He sighed. "Memory loss. Oh, god, I know that feeling. I've had my memory removed and eventually restored four or five times over the years, then dumped on some foreign planet with no idea who I was or what I could do. My memory always returned in time, though. Perhaps yours will too."

"Lets hope," she said with a grin, letting the necklace drop as she leaned against the back of the couch. "I'm getting tired of this whole nervous thing. And being able to trust everyone. I feel like that was something I used to do easily." Twisting around with her feet indian-style, she faced him. "You'll have to tell me how you managed to loose your memory so many times, one of these days. You've got my curosity peaked!"

Haucon nodded to Holly. "Liam can you think of anything else?" He began digging in his pockets for money. "I forgot to check the freezer before I left, but I might have some popsicles...but if you want to go ahead and pick something." he said to Holly.

He laughed. "Well, after traveling the universe for almost four hundred years, you end up meeting all sorts of people who will not exactly want you to remember what you saw there." He nodded. "I'll explain it all to you in time."

"I'll hold you to that." She grinned, before tapping her lip in thought. "I think I would like to do that. Go on adventures, I mean. After I remember who and what I am or course," she added.

He nodded. "Adventures are fun. And if you're waiting to find out who you are first, then perhaps I should help you out." Smiling, he lit a spark of light on his fingertip for absolutely no reason except for randomness. "You have any clues at all?"

Kihaku watched the light he held in fasicnation, before pointing to her necklace. "My locket. The care center gave it to me; they said that they had need to take it off so that they could heal me. But I've never really been able to open it."

He looked at the locket. "Interesting... Perhaps I could help open it. Do you know how it opens? I mean, is it just you can't find the right key, or is it something else you can't figure out?"

Reaching beneath her hair, she unclasped the locket and held it in her palm, before offering it to him. "I don't really know. There is no key to open it, so far as I know. I mean, there's no opening for a key. I tried just pulling it open, but everytime I tried, I would always end up with these small burns on my fingers." She looked at the locket again. "It's very confusing."

"Hmm..." He looked at it, confused. "Well, I'm not exactly an expert... I could try to open it, and I won't get burned because I would heal it as it happened, but I don't think that would help... Holly had heat power, maybe she can help you out too when she gets back."

She smiled softly. "That's alright. I think that maybe the best thing is to wait and let it open on its own. I mean, all good things come in time, right?" Taking the locket back, she held it up in front of her. "It is frustration, waiting though." Shrugging, she clasped the necklace back around her neck, letting the small heart shaped thing hit her chest.

Smiling, he nodded. It was true, after all. "That's a good idea. It will open when it's ready." He sighed, and lay down on the couch. "It's been a long day, I haven't slept in a while. Luckily, I don't have to sleep much, because having healing power boosts your stamina a lot, but it's an easy way to recharge your energies." Lying back on the couch, he relaxed. "Hopefully we'll sleep better than Leila..."

((I thought the door was closed to the room she was in o.o))
The darkness of her nightmare finally woke Leila up in shock, her back coated in beads of sweat and her heart racing at a mile a minute. Eyes wide, she searched around the room, unfamiliar with where she was. This only left her more confused, and she shut her eyes to block out the sudden fear she had.
Where am I? How did I get here?
That was when she heard Dream's voice and realized things must be ok if he was here. Her chest was heaving in rhythm with the pounding in her head as she tossed the covers off of her to cool down.
Where's Haucon...?

((I'm going to move this along, cause it's going to take forever otherwise. Dream and others if this isn't ok please just PM me and I'll delete/edit my post alright? I don't want to godmode, but people are on at different times and so the plots moving at different speeds! sweatdrop ))
Haucon placed Holly's order and handed the girl the money. She disappeared for a few minutes, returning with a plastic back stuffed with disposable take out containers. The delicious smells wafted from the hot food and made Haucon's stomach growl audibly. "I'm famished! Let's get back to the others." he said leading the way out the door and back the way they came.

((sorry, guys, I've been really busy with homecoming stuff for school. It'll be like that until Saturday, probably. confused ))
Holly carried her desserts with her, humming to herself. "Haucon, you're so nice. I'm glad that I got to meet you!"
She gave him a wide, naive smile like a child as she followed him back to his apartment.
