*Chuck put out his hands as if to quiet the masses.* "Thank you, thank you. I know it won't be easy. Going from lowly peon to junior editor, but I think I'm up for it."
*Luke is grinning along with Chuck.* "Oh, that's it. We are celebrating tonight, man."
*Chuck laughed.* "I'd definitely like that."
"I'm not talking some little s**t celebration. We're gonna ring this in."
*Chuck snickered, looking sheepish for a second.* "Well, it's not that big of a deal."
"Bullshit." *Luke put out his hands, a man with a vision.* "We'll leave a trail of beer bottles to your office."

*Chuck smiles, but he's starting to look a little embarrassed.* "I almost forgot about that."
*Luke makes a noise.* "Yeah, we won't. You can put your money on that."
*Chuck's starting to blush a little. He looks around and realizes...* "Where's Max?"
*Luke smirks and says.* "He's cleaning his dirty a**."
*At that, Chuck left teh room. Luke could hear him crack open the door of the bathroom.* "HEY MAX!"
*Max shouts, pissed off that his shower has been interrupted by a guy.* "WHOA! WHAT THE ******** DO YOU WANT?"
"I'M JUNIOR EDITOR OF THE SPORTS SECTION!"
*Anger fades.* "WHOOOO! YEAH b***h!"
"I won't write those bullshit articles any more! I won't write those ******** articles you hate!"
"Yeah! Haha! Now they'll be in the sports section!"
*Chuck started to say something, stopped, and made no further comment.* "Yeah, well. Hurry up and get your a** out of the shower."
"You want me to come out now?"
"NO!"
"I didn't think so."

That he will be. Been too long coming, too. *Chuck had been wearing those a**-kissing boots for WAY too long, and Luke was glad to see his man get a break.*
*Chuck walks past them, at least five towels in hand. He says to Luke, casually.* "Hey, man. Do me a favor? When Max starts screaming for a towel? Wait it out."
*Luke's mouth drops open, before he says.* "WHAT?!"
*Chuck puts out a calming hand, holding a towel.* "Just trust me on this. Aimee? Sweetheart, do you still have your video camera?"

*Luke burst out laughing, and from the other room, Chuck goes.* "Quiet, Cora!"
*Luke says.* "Good one, Slim."
*Chuck throws the towels in his room and informs them all.* "It'll only work if he doesn't suspect it."

*About fifteen minutes later....*
*Luke, Aimee, Cora, and Chuck all stand by the bathroom door. Max has been bitching and moaning for the past ten minutes, but it is easy to see that Chuck is winning. Aimee's video camera has been playing the entire time.*
*Chuck is talking to Max, as a teacher to a small child.* "C'mon, Maximillion. It's not that difficult. Repeat after me."
*From behind the door, Max is feeling the sting of defeat.* "Ever been roundhoused by a defense lineman, Burmer?"
*Chuck laughs, despite the threat.* "Repeat after me."
*A long sigh is heard from behind the door, and Luke is laughing.*

*Chuck laughed.* "So do it! C'mon... we're waiting!"
*Another ragged sigh is heard. There is a long minute, before Luke says.* "Is it getting cold in there, Max? I bet it's getting cold in there--"
"Alright!" *From behind the door, Max cracks.* "What do I have to say?"
*Chuck starts again, from the beginning. He's having a hard time stopping himself from bursting out laughing.* "I'll repeat it one more time. Chuck is a sexy piece of a**."
*There is a very long pause and then...* "Chuck is a sexy piece of a**."
"Whazzat?" *Chuck puts a hand up to to his ear.* "C'mon, we can't hear you."
*Max repeats.* "Chuck is a sexy piece of a**! You mother ******** and Luke almost fall over laughing. This is all being caught on tape. Then, Chuck continues.* "Who is the greatest sports journalist in U of Penn, Phildelphia, and the known world."
*Max has an easier time repeating this.* "Who is the greatest sports journalist in U of Penn, Phildelphia, and the known world."
"He is a scholar and a literary genius."
*There's a moment of confusion.* "A what genius?"
