(( -laugh- eh.. But Mimi's more.. easygoing than Midori. He takes everythign to heart. ))

][True, true. But I wasn't talking about Mimi, I was talking about Hakan. xd No one seems to care what he does.. They concentrate on Midori.][

(( Hakan's like oil, water rolls down his back-- Midori's a sponge and sucks it up. If you were to torment either one of these, who'd you go for? ))

I'm worried about Midori...I haven't seen Midori for more than two days---something's wrong. -Mimi stated, tugging at the small backpack she wore as to make sure it was on securely enough.- And.. well..

-Mimi didn't finish speaking. The longer she dilly-dallied around the worse off Midori could be. Again she took a deep breath, only to make her way across the lobby toward the door. - it isn't entirely safe.. y'know...

"What? You think it killed itself?" He would ask with an arched brow. Yeah, it was simply safer to reffer to Midori as 'it' since he wasn't sure if the person was male or female. What -were- you supposed to call someone who was both male and female.. So to speak. It wasn't like Hakan cared about Midori, however he was more worried about Mimi going off on her own. Alot of strange people wandered the walls of Jekyll de Hyde after all. And so, he would jog to catch up with her, only to walk a short distance beside her.

Midori would simply groan and pull the blanket further over her head. It was alive! Either that or Midori was dying. "I don't care about Bertram, or what happened. Go away." She would state quietly, falling over to her side to make sure that her body was completly hidden by the blanket which she clinged to tightly. Indeed, she was a mess.

][Actually.. xd In the minor positions he's been in during his stay in Jekyll de Hyde, there wasn't enough to anger him. But as a matter of fact he's rather hot headed.. Just gotta press the right buttons.][

Duellist sighed, and slipped into voice of command. His was one which had commanded armies... shattered buildings... made strong men chop off their own gonads...though the last one had been when Duellist had accidentally eaten that hippy in the sixties. He had spent the next four days flying in circles. "GET OUT OF BED YOU MISERABLE LITTLE APE! IF I DON'T SEE YOUR FACE IN TWO MINUTES, I WILL EAT YOU ALIVE AND KEEP YOUR SOUL INTACT FOR TORTURE AT A LATER DATE! HUT! HUT!"

Duellist sighed, and slipped into voice of command. Duellist should have known better. Stubborn as Midori was, she would only curl up further into her ball of despair. She didn't even make a squeak as Duellist began to shout at her. Instead, she'd managed to tone it out instead.

It was only of the key factors in her life which kept her sanity in tact. The fact that she could tone everything out, and go into a meditational state of mind where very little would reach her, excluding physichal contact. However.. Duellist, as far as she knew, wouldn't kill her in such a way.

][I'd join and all, Reik..o.o; But it doesn't sound like my cup of tea, sorry. xd ][

There are worse things than death, Hakan. -Something in her voice seemed heavy, if not bitter when it came to the last statement. In the end, it was replaced by a rather worried tone.- Besides, I don't think Midori would be even *that* stupid... I mean... The last time Midori was gone from the premises it was as if the ghosts around went bezerk with small freedoms.

I'm afraid to think what would happen if Midori ceased to exist. - Bravo, Mimi!! It was the first tiem she'd referred to her friend in a way to completely avoid gender specification! Oh, it was wonderful to her little brain anyway.

At last they were outside and making their way to the cemetary, and Mimi had nothing better to say. There were too many other scenarios playing around in her head to make sense of anything.-

The assassin growled, and held his hand up. The hand glowed a frightening blue colour, and the blanket suddenly faded out of sight. "...we can do this two ways, Midori. Firstly, you can do as I say now. Or, we can do this my way, which is essentially me using my powers to eliminate your free-will for all time. Taryn wouldn't like me to use that one, and I'd like you to be presentable when she comes to speak to you..." Duellist sat down next to the now blanket-less young woman. "Midori, I'll be brutally honest with you, young lady. I'm going to get you out of this self-destructive spiral you're allowing yourself to fall into if it kills you." He softly patted the curled up girl on the back, giving a friendly gesture. "We're all worried about you... and I'm sure Mimi and Taryn would have a load off their minds if you were cleaned up for them..."

Hakan knew all too well that there were many many more things that were worse then death. That's why he would only nod, and keep his mouth shut. It was rare, but there were points in time where Hakan could be the most understanding person in the world!

Giving a small bored yawn he folded his hands behind his head and continued to walk along. However, an interesting thought formed in his head, something he could relate to.. Something he should have let die, but instead stated outloud. "However, there are just as many things which could drive someone to kill themselves." The young demon stated grimly.

Midori would take to her normal mood swinging self. Maybe? She would swat Duellist's hand away and sit up shakily. "You know, did you take into consideration that I don't want to see anyone?" Midori was behaving immaturly. Rudely. Selfishly. "I don't want people to see me like this." She would slowly slide off her bed, her knees still feeling like jello, however she was able to stand. "I'm not a lady, in case you've forgotten Duellist! I'm not supposed to look like this.. I'm supposed to be a man!"

-At the last few words Hakan had to offer, she shot him a rather stern look. It wasn't like her, normally, to do such a thing. Then again, she was really worried at the time.- I know...

-Did she? Really? Then again, there'd been many times in which she'd considered suicide herself... At those memories, she firmly shook her head and hurried her step. She didn't know exactly *where* she was going, but she'd seen Midori follow that path before.. so she went ahead. Before long, they were sorrounded by tomb stones and shadowy figures that gave her the creeps.- But Midori's alive, I know it...

Duellist snarled at the unfortunate young woman, his eyes turning grey. He stood up, hands clenched. "There! There it is again! You want to hear supposed-tos, young lady? Fine! I was 'supposed' to have died in the Great War! Hell, they have a gravestone for me!" He slammed his fist into the wall, cracking the masonry. "Don't you talk to me about supposed-tos and should-have-beens. You'll lose, ape." He coughed. "I'm not going to let you pull yourself any further down, Midori... your constant prattling about what you're supposed to be is not just hurting you, but everyone around you!"

The assassin narrowed his eyes, and snapped his fingers. The mirror floated in front of Midori once more, but this time it was covered with the blanket. "Do I have to show you what you are?" He asked, calming down somewhat. "Or can I just tell you?" He went right on with his description. "You are a snivelling, whinging little ape who I have the misfortune of considering one of the better friends I've met in this existence. And friends help eachother, even if one of them doesn't want help." Duellist paused, and made the mirror vanish. "Have you even looked at yourself since you got transformed?"

"If it's alive.. Maybe we should leave it alone." He would dash after her, nearly running into a tombstone, which he eventually hopped over. He was talking from personal experiences, and he'd give the exact reason why Mimi, and whoever else should leave Midori alone. "When I slit my wrists, it was because there was Renai who was pressuring me to stop." Renai? Renai? Who was she? "I couldn't think straight. So, with her yelling at me, I just slit my wrists.."

Duellist was the exact case Hakan was talking about. The type of person who continued to nag, the one who continued to yell.. the one who continued to pester and correct when Midori just wanted to clear her mind! Midori felt smaller, and felt as if she was getting smaller as Duellist continued to yell.

However, Duellist was barking, and hollering on as if he knew what he was talking about.. It was also angering Midori. Duellist didn't know what he was talking about! He was never in the same position! He didn't know what went on inside of Midori's mind, and what she thought of. Nor did he know what happened previously.. No, he carried on as if he'd lived with Midori all her life. "Shut up." she would command, on the verge on snarling. "I don't want to look at this body. I don't want to be like this.. I tried to adjust, I really did.. I thought I could go along happily.. And try to find a girlfriend despite my psotion. But.. I don'y want to! I don't want to be forced to be something I'm not."
