ok heres my idea for an army once the codex comes out, its going to be about 2000pts
2 shas'o crisis fusion plasma shield generator hard wired multi tracker
2 shas'ui crisis fusion plasma multitracker
2 shas'ui crisis plasma missle pod multitracker
(thinking of making every suit in my army plasma fusion....i like that combo)
6 stealth with 2 fusion, bonded (maybe targeting array)
2 troops of 10 kroot each
12 wariors in devilfish
1 full squad of pathfinders in a devilfish (no rail rifles)
2 hammerheads
2 sniper drone squadrens
tell me what you think

Not too bad. Though wait until the Codex comes out. One of the new guns can become AP1 on a roll of 6 to wound

Reddemon Not too bad. Though wait until the Codex comes out. One of the new guns can become AP1 on a roll of 6 to wound yah but it doesnt hav ehte same tank crushing power, with my luck on dice rolls i prefer to get a garenteed ap1 shot that can hurt tanks...and badly i might add. and although its not a horable wepon...i still probably wont use it

But I think only the commander(Or I think his bodyguard) can have it. And then it is only 1 per army. But from what I have hear points wise it is really worth it. All I will say it is below 25. Oh zysac good army list. What I would do is split up the fire warrior squad into two squads of six. Thus they can go after two different targets and if one gets assaulted you will still have six that can still fire. But that is just some advice.

Zysac, personally, I think you have too many 'Big' Guns.... Maybe drop a Hammer Head here, a battlesuit team there (Although I personally would be loath to do that.... I like battle suits) And focus on your core. After all, it's called a core. Having more FireWarriors can be havoc on your enemy's troops, and even a basic FireWarrior can take down some big guns. Even Tanks. You have to remember the balance between numbers and power, and I think you have too much in the way of power and not numbers. Even the biggest HammerHead will go down with fifteen guns or so on it, and then you've lost one of your big guns. Just, food for thought. I'd work more with your troops rather than tanks and battlesuits (although I reiterate-- I LOVE BATTLESUITS).

im not sure really.....i think with all the new markerlight rules i migh tlike an uber pinning army of death with markerlights and carbines everywere....a squad of fire wariors with carbines would probably help my army alot, i might even drop some kroot and a sniper drone team for another set of wariors in a devilfish...or just more carbine wileding fanatics....now withthe new markerlight rules i am really liking carbines

Which means most of their uses are going to be vunerable if they do want to use them.

If your smart youd shoot it first allowing for the bonus's to be applied to your later shooting

All though I might have the odd one. I can not wait for the Pirannah to come out. I am at least goig to have one squad of them. They are going to be great at taking tanks out.

By giving a Markerlight to your Firewarrior squads you dont have to have a slot for pathfinders
