Kibo: Storm isn't exactly the most... gentle soul on the earth. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if she used you as a shield against musket fire.

The door swung open again and Ranu came in again. He looked restless and nervous as he swung the door. As he did, the candle on the table went out. Ranu span to it, flicking a finger to relight it. As he passed, it went out again. Checking over in Kibo's direction, he saw that the male wasn't touching his arm, a look at Storm showed her engaged in conversation. Wiping his nose, Ranu light the candle again and walked away from it. He glanced back as he approached the bar, then smiled that it had remained lit. As he reached bar, another went out, this time casting a shadow over the teenager, who looked faintly disturbed, but ordered a drink.
The barmaid gave his nose with a funny look, and Ranu glanced at the glass, using it as a mirror, which showed the blood on his face had vanished, as had the crack in his nose. He touched it, realizing with a start he'd not felt pain in his ribs. With a shaking hand, he drank his drink, then squeezed the glass slightly. The glass gave a creak, then exploded in shards of glass, most of which embedded in Ranu's hand. He looked at them, watching as the glass fizzed from his skin, which healed. He let out a excited shiver, then took a shard of glass, slitting his write deep enough to sever the artery. He felt himself get dizzy then it faded as he healed. He looked around and felt the barmaid watching him. For a moment,t here was eye contact and Ranu shivered. The woman seemed to sag, then fell after several moments, while Ranu suddenly knew how to make a 'hot sex on the beach'.

((Ooo, hot sex on the beach. I haven't had one of those in a while. I was tricked into trying a certain drink that involves you taking the cup in your mouth and tipping the contents into your mouth. It was only after that they told me said drink's name was "b*****b." And as for the whole vampire/vampyre thing, vampyres didn't exist in the 1700's. They were all vampires.))

She was horirble at guessing ages.
"I hardly think Jay is an innocent."

Ranu can still maintain the tan that Storm dreams of.]
Ranu twisted to Kibo and nodded, showing his wrist as it completed his healing. "I'm better." He eyed the room, hungrily taking in all the sights and sounds that he seemed to pick up far better than before. He watched a fly buzz over Storm's glass with a chuckle.

"What gave you that idea?" Jay responded quickly. "I-I'm just not up for a bottle now, that's all. I mean, my brother's Jack Sparrow, so of course I love the drink!" She bit her lip hard after finishing her sentance, praying that the Admiral wouldn't see through it.
