Yamato rushed into the main room, where the others were already there.
"Phew... Just in time for the next mission"

Rosie was reading a great book. Her last mission had gone really well and she'd passed! Her money stash was slowly building up. The girl thought about how everything had led up to it. Cooking in the kitchen, playing with Lily, the TADS glowing. The mission and choosing to complete it, the bikers- she winced at the thought of that. Meeting Rydel himself and discovering what a horrible man he was and how much he reminded her of her father and the past she had left behind... Cinna winning his first battle against the Electrike...and then the brief struggle of dominance between herself and Rydel. Both Vale and Cinna had helped her win and then heading home with bikes and then making ice cream. All in all- it had been a successful day. After a nice long night of rest, she was feeling refreshed and ready for whatever adventures were happening today. As people started entering the main room, she could tell a new adventure was about to be added to her experiences at Team Aqua! But this time, at least she could be with Thorn!

Maddy pulled a sheet of paper from her pocket and unfolded it. It was a blueprint for a highly advanced submarine.
"This is our mission." She said, holding out the sheet for everyone else to see.
"It's currently docked at the harbor in Slateport City and is supposed to go on it's maiden voyage to the bottom of the sea floor tomorrow morning."
Maddy gave a little smirk.
"It's not going to make that voyage tomorrow though. It's going to make it tonight. And we're going to be it's captain."
She folded up the blueprint and stuffed it back in her pocket.
"Any questions? If not, I expect you all to meet me at the Lilycove harbor. I've made some arrangements. Come prepared."
With that, she turned and left the building, heading to the docks.

Yamato followed Maddy to the dock. He was eagered to do this mission

Allen chuckled after hearing the basics to the mission and nodded as Maddy told everyone to be ready. Swinging by the store on his way out, it didn't take long for him to pick out exactly what items he needed, mostly healing items was all he needed anyway.

Thorn leaned forward curiously, watching as Maddy unveiled the submarine plans. Sabotage and commandeering! Team Aqua was certainly living up to it's water-y name and it's pirate-theme constuming. Still, it seemed like a pretty straight-forward set-up. He glanced to Rosie, and the pair of them get up. It didn't take too long for them to get ready-- it seemed the both of them were still pretty readied up from their missions. After that, they left the HQ. Rosie seemed somewhat clingier that usual, holding on tightly to his hand. Perhaps it was a side-effect of how they'd been separate so much during their missions. He didn't mind at all, and gave her had a friendly squeeze as they ran towards the docks and Maddy.

Cody popped into the mission out of nowhere. "Hey, everybody!" the boy smiled, waving to his team. "What goes on?"

The night sky was perfectly clear, no clouds to be seen. Stars of every color glimmered on a canvas of black and were reflected on the ocean surface, rippling with the waves. A small ship was roped to the dock. It was painted black and would've been completely unnoticable if it weren't for the sound of the waves smacking against it's hull.
Maddy turned to her companions.
"This ship is going to carry us to Slateport. As you can see, she's painted so we'll be unseen until we're upon them."
"LES GET'ER GOIN' ALREADY, LUH!" A voice called from inside the ship.
"... All aboard, then." Maddy said, climbing aboard the ship. She sat on the nearest ledge.

Cody looked to the ship and down to his belt where his pokemon rested. "I wish I could fly. That would make this whole process so much easier." With a small shake of his head, he silently made his way onto the ship, not saying a word to anyone. He took Fraxure's ball from his belt and rubbed it as if he was petting his pokemon.

Dark gets on the ship quietly and sits down. He counts his Pokemon to make sure he has them all. He prepares himself for the mission ahead.

Thorn stepped onto the plank, being as careful as possible in the pitch-black. Song perched on his shoulder, dark blue wings folded by this neck. He stayed close to Rosie, resisting the urge to talk to her. It wouldn't do to speak up and upset the mission; something like this required them to be absolutely quiet. Instead, he simply rested on the boxes by the port bow with her, sitting peacefully in silence.

Once everyone was aboard, the ship's engine started and she pulled away from the dock, heading out into the open ocean. The vessel was quite quick on her own, but the wind was at their backs and was helping their journey along.
Once they neared Slateport, the engine to the ship was shut off and she was allowed to drift the rest of the way to the docks. Sailors dotted the wharves, loading and unloading various ships of all sizes. The ship that carried Aqua was headed to the empty part of the docks at one end of the harbor, so as to avoid being detected by other ships or sailors. Once the boat was successfully roped to the dock, the captain spoke up once again.
"I'LL EXPECT YUR PAYMENT TOMORROW." He was most likely talking to Maddy. "GUD LUCK ON YER MISSION, B'YS."
As soon as they were off the boat, the vessel was out into the open water once again and out of sight.
Maddy sighed. "Well, this mission has to be successful or we'll be walking home."
Already some sailors were passing by and noticing them, staring at them with confused expressions.
Maddy cleared her throat. "ATTACK!"
Everyone fight 2 sailors, each with 1 or 2 basic-stage water Pokemon.

Dark rushes a Sailor ready for battle.
The Sailor sends out a Goldeen. Dark sends out his Chimchar.
"Diddy, Swords Dance!" Dark shouts. The surprised Sailor has Goldeen use Water Gun. Chimchar is hurt but hangs on.
"Thunderpunch!" Dark orders. Chimchar's fist sparks with electricity as it collides with the fish. With his punches boosted by his Iron Fist ability and the Swords Dance Diddy's attack easily knocks out the Goldeen.
The Sailor recalls Goldeen and sends out Krabby.
"Thunderpunch again!"
The Sailor's second Pokemon goes down without a single attack.
Dark nods triumphantly and recalls his Pokemon, right before being ambushed by the previous Sailor's friend.
The Sailor sends out a Skrelp while Dark sends out his Magikarp. The Sailor orders Skrelp to use Acid as Dark recalls it and sends out his Larvitar. Larvitar resist most damage from the attack.
"Now Brick, use Earthquake!" Dark shouts.
Larvitar stomps the ground and sends a powerful shockwave into the body of the poison type. The Skrelp goes down and the Sailor sends out a Ducklette.
He orders a Water Pulse as Dark recalls his Larvitar and sends out his Rotom. Rotom is splashed with water.
"Okay Polt, give it a Thunderbolt! Shut it down!"
The Rotom lets loose a powerful bolt of lightning from it's body, blasting the Ducklette and rendering it unconscious.
"Well that takes care of that." Dark chuckles as he recalls Rotom.
