Would a please help? Perhaps she'd just been too rude to the hands. Maybe they preferred pleases, thank yous and being addressed by formal names.
She should give them last names, too. Shortly after trying to rise, they pulled her down again. She lay with her face on the ground, trying not to pass out.

Endless sobbing was driving Raumias mad. She just wanted to yell, by the end: IF YOU CANNOT HANDLE THE ABYSS, DO NOT DESCEND.
She did not, she just tried to center herself, and not let it get to her. Man, it was hard.

From out of the fog, a choir of angels began to sing, and a naked woman bearing grapes and wine and a bunch of cakes started to lift Raumias out of the darkness, cradling her against her bosom.
That was all a lie. A terrible lie.
In actuality, all of the sobbing sounds and the hideous fog creatures had forced her to turn to hallucinations to comfort herself, and it suddenly she was voluntarily plunging off the edge of the platform into the darkness again.
The sweet salvation of the abyss.

As the memory flashed before him Kin found himself screaming, a scream that wouldn't stop. It felt like it lasted for hours until he was finally exhausted and his vocal chords were sore. Horrible grief engulfed him and every step felt like there was a 100 pound bag hanging from his back, but still he continued, the only thing in the world keeping him going was his goddess.

When he reached the platform below Kin just wanted to collapse and never get up but the fissures began glowing and a figure appeared before him, the girls face, contorted in a silent scream, and not a scream of rage but a scream of anguish. He stared at her for a moment before she attacked. He was slow to defend himself but still the drive deep within him to please his goddess made him draw his blades.

Heavy with the weight of sorrow Kins movements were sluggish as he fought the screaming girl, he was taking about as much damage as he was giving and didn't care all that much.

Swinging his blades without precision Kin happened to score a lucky hit and gouged the screaming girls torso with a dagger as she clawed at him.

As a sob crawled up Kin's chest from the memory from earlier his arm jerked and he accidentally cut the girls head off. Glancing down he moved slowly toward the next few platforms.

As he stepped to the next platform something tripped him, he landed on his chest on the platform, wondering if he should just let go but got back up doggedly and continued his path, almost like a zombie.

Kin felt the hand cover his mouth and his lungs stop but he didn't panic, the touch of the hand however made him tremble, reaching up slowly he pulled the hand away from him and shuffled onward.

Kin was stepping down onto the next platform when something grabbed his ankle and yanked him off of his path. Down he went, falling, falling, it was almost a relief until he landed softly on a checkered floor. The glowing orbs before him sparked something within him. Getting up and walking forward Kin reached out and picked up faithless world, and was instantly transported back to the top.

He takes a few steps into this area. Already nervous-- right before this memory hits him.
They blotted out the horizon. He shuddered, his weapon rattling in his grip - no, no, he could not face them! He did not want to die! All around him his fellows stood, staring straight ahead, still and stuff at attention as if they were already dead, dead and propped up to wait for final judgement. With a moan, he dropped his weapon and ran through the silent ranks, feeling sick and worthless-
It seemed strangely familiar and he held his arms which raised with goosebumps. His furrowed as his heart filled with fear.
