A week later after that incident, Kiera was away on business as she stated to the others that she had to attend a Summit to discuss what they were going to do about Sean's murder. Although it was more detrimental for Kiera as it was also a time that her and Christopher were going to be talking a lot. Dante became more quiet. After he'd burned all of his childhood he asked Soflora not to leave, even though he said he didn't deserve company. And to that day he still wasn't sure where they stood. Dante didn't discuss it, anyway. The only time he seemed perky was when he was in town and trying to impress people. He'd avoided Yuji, as well. Letting Hana use him whenever she wanted. He'd also disappear every day to go and train himself in the underground base. And most importantly, he'd lost his massive appetite. Kiiro was too scared to ask. And Kato just followed him around as normally as he would, sometimes commenting even though Dante would never answer. And that morning he sat in the kitchen leaning back in his chair, eating just an apple as he read a small section of a newspaper.

*Soflora did stay, but only becuse donte wanted her to. She never asked why, never commented on it, still slept beside him at night. But things wern't well, even to her. She didn't like this new donte. And she was starting to get aggrivated. If anyone was to finally make the first move, she understood be everyones actions, it was her. She stepped in the kitchen that morning with cofidence, "anything good in that boaring news paper?" She asked as she leaned on the doorsill.
Meanwhile in the time, shortstraw found himself rasing the two little ones on his own. Being keria was back into the country stuff, it was his job to take care of the kin. Course Evelyn was there to help. So he wasn't alone at least.
Also as everyone would probably expect it was time for verias work on charrlet to show. She suddenly went running thorugh the house, "IT WORKED IT WORKED!~" she giggled, "I"M GONNA BE A MOMMA!~" she replied running around like a little girl waving her arms in the air, whilest laughing. Poor charrlet however, this only ment, she was going to start having a vary ruff time. Course veria asked Cale to be alittle more involved with the familiy too. BUT NOT TOO MUCH, being that she was afrade might acidently mess a few things up here and there. After all, he was her weakness.

Dante turned the page and glanced at the small writing and circled a little article with a black marker. "It's actually interesting stuff if anyone bothers to read it." He replied sassily. Kato poked his head over the table. "Master are you done with that thing yet. I would like to go and train now." Dante checked his watch and folded the newspaper. "Fine." He tossed the unfinished apple in the trash and stood up, folding his hands into his pockets and walking past Soflora without so much as a second glance.
"Have you decided how you're going to do it?" Kiera looked away anxiously. "I haven't given it much thought." Chris' eyes thinned. "Don't stall me again, Kiera. I myself have come under delicate circumstances." Kiera looked incriminatingly back to Chris. "And what was the whole thing about you killing Comet? Obviously that hasn't happened yet. She could have killed Sean." Chris shook his head softly. "No... Kiera Comet was killed three weeks ago by my hand. The rumours that Comet killed your friend was just to stir up trouble." Kiera pulled a face. "Then who killed Sean?" Chris tilted his head. "That's not what we were talking about." Kiera looked away. "I could just kill you and leave things to my own conscience." Christopher grinned. "You can't kill me." Kiera scowled. "Who says so?" He laughed. "God himself. The same reason... you can't kill Cale. That annoying boy you live with." Kiera glanced back to him with large eyes. "Just who are you?"

*However as Donte would come into the hidout Rose was thre to meet him, "hello there Donte. I noticed you have taken things into a turn of events." She smerked and walked with him, "The vampires here are in wonder, but the one named Cresent or whatever is makeing sure no one questions you. An odd one that one."
Meanwhile shortstraw held two crying infants, "Evelyn, dont you have some milk in them things! These two wont shut up, and there hungry. Keria siad they only eat breast milk on thre first few weeks." He shouted rocking them both.

Evelyn rose an eyebrow. "Are you kidding me?" She tilted her head. "Just because I have boobs doesn't mean they're readily available to shush your crying children." She sighed. "You're just not doing this properly. If you're shouting at me then they're obviously going to get more hysterical." She walked over to him and took one of them out of his hands and carefully into her own arms, rocking it gently and whispering softly in it's ear. After a few minutes, that baby quieted down and became calm. Evelyn smirked to Shortstraw. "You noob."
Dante shrugged. "She just thinks differently. It doesn't surprise me that she's backing me up." He walked with her with the same expression, Kato following just behind them.
Christopher shook his head. "It's not time yet. You're not allowed to know." Kiera scowled. "I'm getting impatient with your secretive lifestyle. You know everything about me. And I haven't got anything to put to you name. I looked in the ******** records. You came to the throne after you murdered the last one. Your family don't have any ******** traces. Your last name doesn't even come up in the records. Who the hell are you?!" Christopher just smiled. "If you're so curious. Then ask Cale." He then disappeared.

*Shortstraw tryed to copy evleyn and lowered his vioce, "what the heck do you know about babys then. You have to teach me." He chukkled and pointed to ehr chest, "and what good are boobs if they cant be of any use." He smerked, "never mind i guess they work well on me jsut being there." Turned out by copying Evleyn, Theador also calmed as shortstraw shied, "that was a close one. But now what, they are hungry."
Meanwhile Rose nodded, "Yes she keeps to herself other then watching you." She smerked with her arms crossed, "tell me, is this all an act, or a commission to your own culse. Perhaps to blow of steam even. Not that i am judging, i could just watch you, but i rather ask. Sooner or later, you know the vampire girl is going to do the same."

Dante shrugged. "Anything I seem to do bothers people." He walked into his training room and Kato trotted in happily as he pulled back a sliding door with his teeth. "Even when I'm not doing anything people get annoyed at me." He stretched his back and then his legs. "And then they leave, because I do something stupid." He cracked his neck. "So I'm keeping to myself." Kato revealed behind the sliding door was a bunch of active and inactive dummies that Dante had been training with since he got back. Kato also helped in training his wolf form, and they often scrapped when Dante felt like it. Dante knew he needed to discipline his wolf form more than anything.
Evelyn shrugged. "You're actually expecting me to feed your kids." She brought her hand to her face with a sigh. "They might not even let me. I'm not their mother. I'm not even slightly human. I might have acid in there for all we know." She commented sarcastically.

*Shortstraw blushed alittle, "i could umm... you know... test them for them..." he gulped hopeing even if she took it as a joke, it wouldn't get out of hand with a no. Sadly, he was serious. He looked to theador who pointed at evelyn. Shortstraw chukkled, "i know, thats daddys sexy kitty."
Meanwhile Rose nodded and leaned on the wall, "I see. It makes sense then. And i've seen this sort of actions millions of time s before, and go hundreds of diffrent ways. There was even a time your father gave up and did the same, in the end there was a appoclips do to the item he was suppost to retreive before he gave up. It was quiet a mess." She shrugged, "If you need any advice, thats why i'm here. However i'm not the pestering type." She smerked and pointed with her thumb, "Do you wish for me to let you get on to your training... sit Donte?"

Dante glanced to her suddenly. "I never said I gave up." He snapped, before glancing back to Kato who was still pulling out some dummies and laying out some training sticks on the floor. "I'm still doing things. I'm just not telling people." He walked over to Kato and picked up a stick. "You can stay if you want." At least he tolerated her. With anyone else he probably would have told them to go away already. Except for Kato and Alice, that was.
Evelyn went a little red. "You're not serious." She rolled her eyes. "Oh jesus, you are." She snickered suddenly. "You do realise that if there is acid your face would get mauled in seconds. Either that or there would be a direct hole right through your tongue and out your mouth."

*Shortstraw blinked a few time to think on waying the worth of the thought... he then nodded, "yep still sounds like it's worth it to me." He laughed and put theador down, "Besides i would be the first to try such a thing wouldn't I..." he teases alittle as he looked to her. He even put alittle of his own charm in there.
Meanwhile Rose smerked and crossed her arms, "Vary well then. What your doing is fine. Making the others relize your not a pushover is fine aswell. Coming back from a distant trip always makes things happen between those in familiy or care for you. However somtimes a person changes if even the slightest. I wasn't saying you gave up, however you are starting to make other feel like you pushing them away. Again, a good and bad thing. Everything has it's pros and cons though it can go either way." She moved finally from the wall and stepped up to him as suddenly a fox tail brushed up aginst his face as her cocky smile appeared as she walked a circle around him, "if you do this too long, you will become a man with hardly anyone around, but you will be more focused. If you trying to no long influence anyone, tough luck, your a prince, and even more so you have goals, just like your sisters. Wether it's aginst them or not." She headed to the door as her tail wiped about and she looked over sher shoulder, "however if you decide to let others relize your more serious now, and thats your point then your doing a fine job, but never get rid of who you are, what makes you happy, and things you like becuse of consiquinces on other, nor issues. You will find yourself in a darker world, and become a monster untill you relize when it's too late. I'll let you get on with your training, i do hope if you had any thoughts i was of help Sir Donte." WIth that she left. It was alwasy going to be like this, but she did give him her experinced words exacly how he had commanded. You can talk if you want, that was his responce, thats what he got. Not fully advice, not fully opion or facts, just wise TALK.

Dante exhaled quietly as he shut his eyes in concentration. Meanwhile Kato snickered to himself. "You should listen to her, master. Wisdom comes with age." Kato suddenly dodged a very concentrated attack from Dante as the stick speared into the ground with a little wiggle. "I knew all that already, idiot. I know what I'm doing." Kato grinned. "If you say so. Females are never a reason to get all upset though, master. They'll always meddle around with our business." Dante picked up another stick and balanced it on his finger. "It's not girls I have a problem with." He checked his watch suddenly again.
Evelyn went a little more red. "W-wait.. you're actually going to try?" She blinked and hugged Evelin a little closer. "The fact that you could get burned by acid doesn't deter you at all?"

*Shortstraw was hot faced but even more so he chukkled and scratched the back of his head, "Well if anyone could, or would even have the chance to test that I think it would be best if it was me... You are MY kitty after all." He smiled, "and i do kinda wonder myself." He shrugged, "i look at it this way evelyn..." he walked over closer and thought about what he was going to say before looking to her again, "I'm not afrade of your acid, becuse it's part of you. And even if it burned me, i would endure it as long as i could." He laughed, "and my ceriosity is killing me. I mean just look at those perfict things! Just sitting there, untouched. A full mystery that no one has mastered."
Meanwhile rose chukkled on the other side of the door, "be carful little prince, you play a dangrious game, it can end in so many ways." She walked down the hall to find cresent as she waved her hand, "i wouldn't go in there yet if i were you." Cresent stopped and looked back. THen to the door, damn the rose girl got to him first. Perhaps she shouldn't push it. who knew what was said.

"We have to go in an hour, anyway." Kato frowned. "Do we have to? Its just your business anyway." Dante blinked, unamused. "Last time we talked about it you were all for it." Kato growled. "The last time almost went bad, that's all." Dante flicked the stick around his fingers. "They were there so it was fine. The same thing won't happen again. This time its us personally." Kato looked away. "I'm not even sure its a great idea." Dante stretched his arms. "Its just for demonstration. I won't go any further with it." He grinned. "Are you worried, kitty?" Kato grumbled. "You're walking blindly into a grown up game, that's what I think." Dante smiled. "I'm far from blind anymore. I've been through too much for that."
Evelyn blinked. "Oh.. Well.." She went a lot more red. "..They're far from an untouched mystery but... If you're sure.. You're not worried about the possibility of acid.." She carefully put Evelin down.

*Cresent stood in the doorway, "then looks like i get to be your right hand again." She smerked understanding exacly what the plan was now. "However you will need one more to go, who will you choose." She smerked with erh arms crossed, "Mr Prince of Yokai."
Meanwhile shortstraw's eye widen, she was really going to let him do this... woh. that all he could think, woh. He gulped and prepared himself staring deeply at her chest, with a red face. Infact he sat down on the bed, figuring it best he not try to stand, just incase he falls over or somthing...

Dante struck at the dummy as his amusement suddenly faded. "It's a private mission." He stuck again. "If you want to come, that's fine." And again, harder. "But don't tell anyone that we're leaving. And we're definitely not bringing anyone else." Kato watched him and his ear twitched. "Does the hellspawn really have to come?" Dante broke the dummy in half with the blunt stick. "It's her choice if she wants to get mixed up in this business." Kato sat down and flicked his tail to the side. "You're going to have to make another dummy now, idiot."
Evelyn looked to the side and swallowed hard with a small scowl. "Get it over with! Your kids are going to start screaming again if left unattended long enough." She shut her eyes. "And be ******** gentle or I really will pour a vat of acid over you."
