Shicala Kamiki Co-Ownership Agreement with Shicala for Borealis.  ( Borealis is no longer co-owned by LP) - Both owners have full display/sig rights and OOC RP ability - IC Roleplaying rights will default to Shicala Breeding - Both owners get full, exclusive rights to two of the four standard breedings. They do not need permission of the other owner to enter breeding events, and they have choice of breeding partner (unless one is lifemated, see below). The breeding will not count towards the other owner's breeding limitations. - If both owners want to enter the same breeding raffle, priority goes to the owner who has IC RP rights - In the case of FIVE (or 6, if Elderhood is achieved) Breedings, the extra breeding control defaults to the owner who has IC RP rights - If Lifemated, the Soquili can only breed with his/her own lifemate unless a Surrogacy is agreed by all owners. Co-Ownership Agreement
Between Roman Foi and vollyballrocks91 for Cato
General
This agreement essentially is to allow vollyballrocks91 to make executive decisions when I (Roman Foi) am away from gaia for an extended period of time. Vollyballrocks91 may use this with her discretion for any reason she sees fit.
Breeding
Because vollyballrocks91 co-owns Cato's life mate (Bernadette), in the occurrence of a breeding, vollyballrocks91 will get one basket, I (Roman Foi) will get one basket, and Presca will get one basket in the event of a third foal.
Roleplay
vollyballrocks91 has equal role play rights as Roman Foi.
Decorative
vollyballrocks91 may show the pet in her signature, teepee, and otherwise if she so choses, along with Roman Foi.
(Re)customs
vollyballrocks91 may not recustom Cato within the shop, or have him remade in another shop with Roman Foi's permission. Vollyballrocks91 has permission to custom in family members so long as they are of a "natural" horse breed that is a kalona/angeni mix.
All other matters are to be discussed between co-owners. Either co-owner reserves the right to break the co-ownership, which in the event of, ownership will revert back to solely Roman Foi.
