I've finished it, all that I need is Hatake application approved. If that isn't, I'm kinda messed up because I played heavily upon that.

Well since we thought you were gone might want to post there saying your back, with a link to your app so they know not to look over it.
Just a little thought, also maybe something cute or funny, it is always nice to see Jade, or Lilly giggle.

It depends on how you use it tbh, if it is two swords with separate special ability's that morph together to create one bad a** sword then it would be considered two.
But if it is one sword that has the ability to spit into two swords, then it would be one custom. It could have something else as a ability as well. Best chance is to summit what your thinking you want, and work with the crew to come up with something that is balanced for our system, and worthy to put on your Rpc.
A little piece of advice, to not try adding things like
"+1 rank to lightning jutsu that are channeled through this sword."
Try to make you custom weapon something that is... Well really freaking epic. Best way I could think of putting it, and like always, if you need help with anything feel free to ask.
