Erik was immediately on his feet, glaring hard at Myka. "Don't you ever throw her name around like it's nothing." he seethed furiously. "Do not ever - EVER - talk like you know me so well, because all you know is what you want to believe." He swatted her hand away before it could touch his hair and turned around, glaring harshly at the sea. He wouldn't reject any help, but that was the worst form of help he could ever imagine.
Damian simply watched the last parts of the sun set into the sea just as Myka sat next to him. "I think you laid it out a little too hard." he chuckled and put his arm around her shoulder.

She shrugged. "Eh, Mr. Too-Emo-To-Admit-It needs to get over himself anyway. I do know him, I used to be him. And the sooner he realizes that he needs someone with both less issues than him and less of a Mary Complex, the sooner he'll learn to smile."

*Anau looks over to Erik and walks up to him* Um Erik..... *not even sure what to say she carefully and tenderly reaches out to hold his hand and whispers softly* Please don't be mad Erik... *gentle and sweet she remains quiet not wanting to push him to anger and resentment* Awesome nerd Erik was immediately on his feet, glaring hard at Myka. Erik glanced down at his hand then over at Anau. He pulled his hand away and picked his shirt up from the sand. "I have to go." he said softly and strode out of the beach.
"I was talking about that girl." Damian sighed and put her head down on his shoulder. "And why do you keep calling her Mary?"

*hurt Anau doesn't stop him but quietly whispers* I'm sorry Erik....I really am. If I could I.... *the sad truth was that she understood Erik's love for Winry and knows she's not her but still, even if Erik loved her and she respected that, she would never ask him to forget since the deep love she had for Inferno still laid in her own heart* Awesome nerd Erik glanced down at his hand then over at Anau. "Everyone needs a reality check every once in a while," she insisted. "And if I tell you, you'll be cross with me." Leaning further into him, Myka sighed, smiling. "I love you, you know that?"

She sighed, closing her eyes. "Mary was a girl I used to know when I lived in London with Dominick. She had to make a big deal out of everything, even though her life was pretty spectacular. She was Dominick's friend, by the way, so I could never say anything, and it didn't help that she was a princess of some random country right next to Poland. She always complained about how her people loathed her because her mother was Polish and her father was born in their country, when in reality, the people didn't care. They didn't like her because she was whiny. Then she complained because her boyfriend died. She didn't once think that he died in a war, fighting for the people's right to freedom. And worst of all, she kept trying to come onto Adrian, even while we were dating. She just threw all of her garbage at him, begging him to pity her and love her, but thank God, he never fell for it. Eventually, she went back to Whatever-It-Was and left us alone. Now, every time I meet a girl that reminds me of her, I call them Miss Mary, like I used to call her. It may seem mean and horrid and I know, I should have tried to understand her plight before I judged, but that girl...she just drove me insane with her constant whining and complaining." Myka sat up, bowing her head. "I suppose you're mad at me now?"

Damian had his eyes closed the entire time. By the time she spoke to him again he nodded slowly in response. "That's... You can't do that, Myka." he said and opened his eyes to look at her. "Did you hear yourself?" He shifted into her and sat back. "She always complained about how her boyfriend died and how her mother was Polish and not the same as the country she ruled." he summarized in her voice then shifted back to normal. "She can't help what life threw at her, and Adrian was the one she trusted the most for it. In a way, you're like her. You always talked to me about Kira and your parents when we first met, and I don't hate you." he said and sighed as he laid back on the sand. "Just don't get mad at someone for trying to express themselves, okay?"

She scrunched up her nose. "I really hate it when you do that," she said, moving to sit on his stomach. "You always make my eyes too close and my nose too wide." She watched as the sun disappeared beneath the sea, sighing. "Just a few months ago, I told you I love you on this beach. How things have changed..." Suddenly, she stood. "We should get back to the prom before Leon kills us."

*Anau gets up and summons her beach dress on then goes over to Damien her brother and sits next to him* Would you want some water??? *she nods and Damien goes to buy her some water and a peach*

"Sorry i can't be the Michelangelo of shape shifters." Damian shrugged and enjoyed this moment for a while. Yeah, he remembered everything that happened here with Myka. Everything. The thoughts brought a tiny blush to his face, but luckily the orange skies camouflaged it. He saw her stand up and held himself up with his elbows. "Eh? Why?" he groaned and laid back down. "Let's just relax. Not like we got king or queen, right?"

The angel sighed and took her hand. "Fine." He got up with her help and put his arm around his waist. The orange sky drenched him all over, even the giant wings that protruded from his back. "Y'know what?" Damian said then let go of Myka and folded his wings up. "Let's ride there in style." he smiled. He backed up a good few steps then curled up in a ball and shifted into an impressive looking helicopter.
