Character: Kazama Decimo Shinsetsu Technique Name: Yukiton: Oni no Fubuki {Snow Release: Blizzard of the Demon} Rank: S Type: Bloodline Element: Yukiton -- Snow Description: The user will first finish a long sequence of handseals. Afterward, The user's eyes will glow white as they summon upon a great and furious snowstorm that can obstruct any army and keep them struggling for a long time. The size of the snowstorm can encompass an entire village and parts of the land outside of its walls. The storm itself makes for poor visibility, whipping winds, extreme temperatures and hazards normally associated with the arctic. Can not do this jutsu alone as it leaves the caster open for any attack while they gather the chakra needed and perform the seals; unless the enemy is not so smart and lets you get away with it. Each chakra particle is like its own chakra structure and can be independent from the other particles. But it won’t do much good alone.
Effects of being outside in this storm will lead to hypothermia in no more than 5 posts without sufficient protective clothing. Katon users can risk their body to extend this timeframe by five posts. Those with protective clothing have 15 posts before hypothermia sets in, which can be modified with various things at the users discretion. Being inside and out of the hazardous element means they just feel cold.
Effects of hypothermia
Mild -- starts to sink in while the time frame for warmth dwindles.
Symptoms of mild hypothermia may be vague with sympathetic nervous system excitation (shivering, hypertension, tachycardia, tachypnea, and vasoconstriction). These are all physiological responses to preserve heat. Cold diuresis, mental confusion, as well as hepatic dysfunction may also be present. Hyperglycemia may be present, as glucose consumption by cells and insulin secretion both decrease, and tissue sensitivity to insulin may be blunted. Sympathetic activation also releases glucose from the liver. In many cases, however, especially in alcoholic patients, hypoglycemia appears to be a more common presentation. Hypoglycemia is also found in many hypothermic patients because hypothermia often is a result of hypoglycemia.
Moderate -- starts after Mild sets in.
Low body temperature results in shivering becoming more violent. Muscle mis-coordination becomes apparent. Movements are slow and labored, accompanied by a stumbling pace and mild confusion, although the victim may appear alert. Surface blood vessels contract further as the body focuses its remaining resources on keeping the vital organs warm. The victim becomes pale. Lips, ears, fingers and toes may become blue.
Severe -- 3 posts after Moderate
As the temperature decreases further physiological systems falter and heart rate, respiratory rate, and blood pressure all decreases. This results in an expected HR in the 30s with a temperature of 28 °C (82 °F).
Difficulty in speaking, sluggish thinking, and amnesia start to appear; inability to use hands and stumbling is also usually present. Cellular metabolic processes shut down. Below 30 °C (86 °F), the exposed skin becomes blue and puffy, muscle coordination becomes very poor, walking becomes almost impossible, and the person exhibits incoherent/irrational behavior including terminal burrowing or even a stupor. Pulse and respiration rates decrease significantly, but fast heart rates (ventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation) can occur. Major organs fail. Clinical death occurs. Because of decreased cellular activity in stage 3 hypothermia, the body will actually take longer to undergo brain death.
Duration: 40 posts of the user or when the host decides to turn it off.

Standing at about 5 feet in length this lance like weapons appears to have flames flickering at its ends, but it is merely condensed lighting. The lance can be used as weapon, while also being extremely light it is quite effective at slicing though armors and blades. The lance does not disappear until destroyed. Because of this it can be used as a power source but must be created solely for that purpose. At S rank, the lance gains another quality when thrown, it produces an incredibly destructive dome like explosion of pure ration on impact the size of a small village/thread. The user also has the ability to manipulate the explosion either decreasing its size or forcing the explosion to go a certain direction. If raiton explosion is manipulated it counts as another activation. Rank B:Creates Lance, me used as sharp cutting weapon Rank A: becomes power source plus rank B abilities Rank S: When thrown explodes on impact, plus other rank abilities.

He then laces himself with the same polarization. The two will repel each. rocks’s ,dirt, boulder anything in the radius of the field will be charged and then repelled. The field will follow him as he moves. The user can grant passage into the radius by focusing on a individual as they enter, granting them immunity from being charged and then repelled. Going over your field will cause instabilities which you can exploit via chakra to use jutsu in different ways. Enemies, Weapons and solid-based Ninjutsu will be charged a repelled back at the origin. Using this method he can also fly. After Initial activation it takes a B rank amount of chakra to keep active. 20 meter Odin force range. Each particle is like its own chakra structure and can be independent from the other particles. Character: Thanatos Hatake Technique Name: K-9 Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu-Bloodline Element: Maruton Description: Being so intune with his dog summoning and his role as sage. Thanatos can actually transform into a dog, along with gaining the characteristics of a dog and its abilities. His chakra level and all other details are seemingly erased from existence.To all sensors he appears to be a normal dog. He is unable to use any type of jutsu in his dog form and and his physical stats are reduced 1 rank.
So here's the deal you're basically making two rasengan so this is gonna have to be bumped up to an S rank and a cost needs to be added to controlling the direction.

Type: Tamer Ability Element: N/A Description: The first trait she picked up from Shu that symbolizes her as a trainer, was the eyesight. She able to change her eyesight naturally, when a certain light hits on her icy blue hues, there could be a reflection of gold or almost 'glowing' that cats sometimes give out when a light hits it just right. She is able to see decently well in dim light, snowstorms, or darkness with moonlight.

While running, she had demonstrate great balance as if she was a snow leopard chasing it's prey on a rocky mountain and it's quiet just the same.
Character: Nariomi Kaguya Technique Name: Yang Release: Chakra Weapon Manifestation Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu/Bukijutsu Element: Yang Description: This jutsu is a very special jutsu in that, unless the user has gone through training as a sage, and is used to creating jutsu without the use of seals, they will be unable to perform this jutsu. This jutsu allows the user to create a weapon of their choosing made of pure solid chakra. The durability of this weapon is to be treated like a chakra clash with chakra sources of a higher rank being able to shatter the weapon. The types of weapons able to be created is limited only to the users imagination and period accurate weapons (no assault rifles thank you). If a projectile weapon is created such as a bow, then the creation of arrows using the "Arrow creation technique" does not consume an activation. are treated as X rank and are assigned a strength relative to the amount of chakra put into the arrow upon creation. This also applies to kunai, shuriken, senbon and the like. The largest drawback to this jutsu is that while this jutsu is active no other ninjutsu or genjutsu can be active as it requires precise control of ones chakra to maintain the weapon and attempting to activate such jutsu instantly ends this jutsu. This jutsu lasts until the weapon initially created is broken. In the case that kunai are made this jutsu starts and resolves in the same post.

Character: Bjorn Jernhud Technique Name: Berserker's Rage Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu/ Spiritual Taijutsu Element: None Description: In his homeland, Bjorn is what is known as a Berserker, a crazed warrior of nearly immeasurable strength and durability known to be almost unstoppable in battle. Many don't know what the source of this strength is, but Bjorn has learned to call upon it at will through years of hard training. Hm...This has the combination of a D-ranked effect with another D-ranked effect (Mist Vision). My first inclination is to say "Hell naw!" But I won't. Here's why. Naturally speaking, mist cools down an area, so while it would allow you to see "through" it in the sense of seeing body temperatures, that's literally the only way it works. It won't allow you to see clearly through it the way that Mist Vision would, and the body's in a mist would be slightly cooler, closer to the background, just like a body is harder to see in a hot location because everything is hot.
So...as long as you recognize that this allows you to literally only see in that same infrared spectrum, the same way military technology allows, than I will accept it. :3
Character: Kaz Mugen Technique Name: Rasenshogun Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Description: This technique has the user form two mini rasengans, one in each hand. Then the user would reverse the rotation of one of them causing them once connected to act as a ticking time bomb with the adverse rotation spinning away at each other. This technique would need to be thrown the same post or it will detonate in the following post. Once these two are connected it will cause massive winds to erupt from the attack. Enough to offset people within a 5 meter radius. This also is very straining on the user. Rasenshogun can be thrown: If this attack is thrown it will cause massive wind waves all around the two Rasengans spinning around eachother as they move forward. After ten yards this attack will explode without the aid of the users chakra. Causing violent wind out in all directions of the blast. This also occurs if the attack would hit a solid object or target. Can cause any jutsu to detonate prematurely. Rasenshogun Explosion: Doing this is highly dangerous even to the user. Pushing the two rasengans together past the point of connection. Once they are pushed into each other it will causes the blast to explode in their palms. They are as effected as those around them. The blast is enough to send everyone in the immediate area flying. Used in a last resort. Rasenshogun divided: By throwing the attack the user can control the rotation of the two techniques and when desired during the path it travels can make a tearing like motion with both of their arms outward causing the two to blast outward. This is used should a target evade the attack. B rank violent wind to erupt outward in the direction the user darted their arms. (Can only do this in up to 2 directions)
Character: Kaz Mugen Technique Name: Fōkasu seido Rank: A Type: Bloodline Element: Null Description: This technique causes chakra to go into the muscles and eyes of the user. This resonates with each other focus points in the area amplifying the users abilities further when it comes to throwing projectiles or weapons and sharp strait thrust attacks. (Slight increase to speed, strength and accuracy with these attacks for each local Focus point active.) This causes the chakra to glow a yellow aura around the user, the more focus points the greater the glow. The duration of the technique is a 6 posts. This also increases the rank of thrown weapon techniques and thrusting techniques by 1 rank. (regardless of the amount of focus points)
(The Kinmukugan can have a total of 8 focus points out at one time only after they reach the highest maturity of the Dojutsu, Four (4) Ouroboros Kinmukugan, Jounin rank and various battle conditions must be met.)
Character: Kaz Mugen Technique Name: Blade Vortex (Burēdo uzu) Rank: A Type: Bukijutsu (Complex) Element: Fuuton Description: Kaz will take his weapon (Multiple blades or double bladed spear) and spin them or it violently adding fuuton chakra to the blades. This causes a small vortex to form around him causing violent wind like razor cuts to project form his person. This technique can follow wind like strength. This can Slice and dispel raiton techniques one rank higher but on the same note is defeated by katon techniques one rank lower. All other techniques must be one rank higher to defeat this technique. The vortex can be performed as an offensive or defensive activation depending the situation, can be maintained if the cost is continuously payed. If done will not consume additional activations. Can be used to protect all within a 3 Meter radius, attack harms all outside of the 3 meter radius and up to 7 meter radius.
