"Fae!" he said, as she walked in "I'm glad you're here" he nodded to Nyxa as she joined them.
Suddenly another loud rumble passed through the ground. The centre stood firm but something was really not right.. and getting worse.
"Right" he said, authoratatively, "We need to get everyone on Cetalu into this centre!" he looked around at the people there "I need volounteers to go out, and people who can stay behind to watch the little ones. We need to tell everyone it's an emergency and to get here fast, no worrying about bringing anything but what they have on their backs." he looked slightly harrowed. "I'll need to stay here to monitor the situation on Ar'Idil, with Anthony, and see what data the University sends back."
He paused and looked around the small group. "So.. who's up for it?"

Fae's body jerked in tension as another vibration was sent through the ground. She pursed her lips and exchanged looks with the others there. Nodding to Nyxa as she hurried inside, she started to rub Pueblo's back gently.
Lifting her head, Pueblo rubbed her eyes and blinked. "Tsu?" she murmured, rather shy to let her voice get so loud. Her hand groped the air in a childish wave.
Without deliberation, she knew what she needed to do. It was clear Pueblo wasn't going anywhere. "I can stay here and watch the Aerandir," she offered.

Ieyasu nodded his head, a slight frown on his face. Damn, this was bad.. The fact that there had been another quake was not reassuring.
"If someone can look after Osu, I'll go out." Glancing down at his towel, he grimaced, muttering a few words quietly. "Ah, ********... Pants would be handy."Not the best thing to be in for running. Turning around, he sprinted back for the springs where he had left the rest of his clothes.
Sliding through the door, the kitsune almost stumbled in his rush to get to his clothes. Recovering himself, he scooped up his soggy pants, hopping into them as quickly as he could. He left the towel in a heap on the tiles. Wasn't like it mattered right now. As soon as he had them on, he dashed back through to the centre's interior again.
"Lotsa peeple!!" Osu practically bounced up and down on the spot. Was there something fun going on that he didn't know about? Spotting Tsu, and then Pueblo, he waved cheerfully, giggling. Today had been so much fun so far! He'd played in the water, met Luc after sooooooo long, and now there were more people to play with. This was awesome!
Running a few paces forward, he waved to Tsu and Pueblo. "Hiya!" Cheerfully, he then moved back to Luc. He wasn't about to be separated from his friend now, just when things were getting good!

"Well, if Fae's up for looking after the kids, I can head out with Ieyasu, lend a hand," Kiro said after Ieyasu made his return. That knot of worry in his stomach was getting worse and worse as the next rumble shook them... Definately not good...!
Tsu raised his hand to wave at Bobo as he heard her, then turning his attention to Osu and Luc and waving at them too. His movements were slow and worried, but he was intrigued by how excited Osu seemed to be about it all... He was definately a strange guy...! But at the next batch of movement and sound, Tsu clung tightly to his guardian again, his tufty tail wrapped tightly about Kiro's waist in apprehension.

"Aly!!!!!" Nehanda slammed into the Centre, and honed in on the first person she recognized. "The earth's dancing! What's wrong with it? And Foenix fell and she's not waking up!!!"
A tall humanoid creature followed closely behind the child. She had long ears and a full tail, both streaked with purple and silver, and she carried Foenix in her arms. "She's okay, just gave her head a good knock by falling off the porch." She lay the woman on a couch. "I'm Kylara, and could I perhaps get an ice bag?
Nehanda whimpered as the ground rumbled again, but she edged over until she was standing by Foenix's head. "I, uh, I broughts my kit with medicines and stuff, so's if anybody gots hurt . . ." she trailed off and looked down at her guardian. "I guess someone already dids, though." She sniffled, obviously fighting back tears.

Kami burst in through the doors shortly after Foenix and Nehanda, an incredibly frightened Keanu gathered up in her arms, Mazin following hurriedly behind the pair. She looked grealty flustered, and Keanu was whimpering softly, wrapped up in a blanket with his head buried in his mother's front. Kami wobbled, like the others did, as the horrid shaking occured, hurrying into the building. "Geez!" she huffed, rubbing Keanu's back, "What on EARTH is happening!?" she panted softly, her heart racing. She skittered over to 'Yasu and Kiro, flustered as they made their plans. She had become freaked out the moment the quakes start, and certainly hadn't wanted to stay alone in the house, which was why she had rushed to the centre...
Keanu sniffled, and glanced back through frightened eyes, and seemed almost relieved to see some familiar faces. The quaking wasn't settling with him very well, the first had knocked him over, and the noise made him panicky overall.

"I'll stay with Fae and the children; overall it looks as though mainly everyone is here." She ran her glance over the large group assembled in the Centre. "Someone should check on Rahujo, though. And Syrenrei and Delta. And grab blankets if you can find them? They might come in handy. We don't know what's going to happen, and it's best to be prepared."
Luc wasn't about to move from Osu's side. Instead he tossed an arm over his long-lost pal's shoulder and whispered, "Whatcha think is goin' on, huh?" He was slightly baffled by the nervous nature that most of the people had, but all in all the ground shaking was far more interesting, at least to him. Then again, seeing another Aerandir hurt wasn't very fun.

After the second wave of ground rumbling had stretched through the islands, Syrenrei appeared rather undramatically with Delta. Typically the woman was a little nervous and clutzy around others, but when she appeared she need calm. Kneeling she set down her daughter on one of the cushions and smothed out her skirt, looking around her. She would have rather not brought her here because all the adults appeared to be just as panicked as their children, and their fear only scared the children more.
Syrenrei smoothed out Delta's hair and handed her her favorite doll. "You stay here, okay? I'm going to talk to the other adults for a minute." Delta had become surprisingly quiet- the fear of the shaking earth had silenced her. As scared as she was, though, she wasn't going to let her mommy think she couldn't be left alone five feet away! She managed a small, somewhat brave smile.

"Thanks Fae, Yasu, Kiro" he said, then he nodded slightly to Nyxa. "Good suggestion, Acia too. Osero, I'm certain will have noticed something's wrong. He'll get himself to safety."
As Nehanda ran in, he quickly knelt down, listening to the girl, half horrified at her tale. Kylara's assurances left him only with a little twitching nerve at the back of his neck. "I'm not sure if we have any ice, or many frozen items but there's some coolant spray in the med-kit in the kitchen" he directed her. "Maybe lie her down on one of those chairs...?" he realised he'd never met this humanoid creature before. "Miss" he settled on, he'd sort that out later. Turning again to Nehanda he smiled as much as his nerves would let him.
"It's allright, Nehanda, I don't think anybody here is hurt too bad but it was a really good idea." he truly meant this, the child had a great presence of mind for such a young one.
As Kami then entered the room, then Syrenrei, he began to take stock.
Nyxa, Foenixfyre, Kami, Fae, Yasu, Sy and Kiro were here. There were still a few missing. Yakobi, Keilin, DFly, Inle. A few, he knew, might not even be on the Island at the moment but he wasn't sure about them all.
"Right, Kiro, Ieyasu, we're looking for Yakobi, Keilin, DFly and Inle if you can find them, Acia and Rahujo too." he said.
He looked down in exasperation at his only clothing, the towel, and quickly shouted "Nyxa, Fae, the rest of you, maybe organise something quiet to do? he trailed off as there was another tiny rumble. "Quickly!" he urged them, just as the sat-reciever beeped behind him. He fled into the room to see what the news was.
((Due to hiatuses Keilin, DFly and Inle won't be around for sure so we'll assume they make it through safely and when they come back they can pretend they were here or managed to hide in their homes and whatnot.))

So... only a few to go. Sounded like a plan. Kiro thought he could remember where they all lived, and failing that he was sure Ieyasu would have an idea. Or, the alternative was beating doors in until they found everyone... Carefully, he peeled Tsu from around his waist. "I'll be back soon, okay?" The neko-jin glanced towards Fae, before giving Tsu a little push towards her. "Go on, Fae and Bobo will look after you, okay? I'll be right back." "Pomise..?" Tsu murmured, his eyes wide with worry. It wasn't enough that the ground made stupid noises, but now Keeo was running away without him! Kiro nodded, patting the small child on the head for a moment before getting to his feet and quickly making for the door, not doubting the other wouldn't be far behind. ((Kiro has just fled to the Settlement))

With a hurried pace uncharacteristic of the normally patient and staid hunter, Osero made his way quickly into the centre. Pausing for a moment in the main room, he looked around at the gathered crowd, his eyes searching.
Not finding what he was looking for, he offered everyone else a small, quick nod before taking another few steps forward. Ah! There! Catching a glimpse of a figure disappearing into another room, Osero followed. As he passed from the main room into the smaller room, he spoke urgently.
"Alyosha, do you need me to help with anything? There's smoke.." He cut his sentence short as he realised that the man was at the radio.

Alyosha looked up, very worried. "Osero" he said quietly. "Help? ..." he thought for a minute. "We have a 'rescue party' set up here.. perhaps you could lend a hand over on Ar'Idil?" he paused and looked at the tall Aerandir. "Be careful, Osero, really, get out of the sky as soon as you possibly can and stay low as you fly." he said, cryptically. "Once you're done, stay put." he added.

Osero nodded his head. He wasn't entirely sure of the reasoning, but he was sure Alyosha knew what he was talking about. "Alright. I'll keep on the ground where I can."
He turned for the door again, flattening his wings so that he could fit through more easily. Pausing at the doorway, he turned back. "You be careful too." With that, he left, offering another brief nod to the occupants of the centre. It seemed like nearly everyone was here... but he didn't see any sign of Rahujo or Acia. He hoped that they were alright - they were like his sisters, afterall.
As he left the centre, he broke into a steady run, pounding past Anakiro. Osero wasn't much of a sprinter, but fortunately, the wolf in him had stamina.

Ieyasu nodded his head to Kami as she approached him. "I'm not sure.. Glad to see you're ok though. I'm just about to go help round everyone else up. I'll be back soon." Heading over to Osu, he crouched down. ...Why was it not entirely surprising that Osu didn't seem in the least bit scared by all of this? If the situation wasn't so serious, Ieyasu could have laughed. He smiled at the kid. "Osu, I've got to go out for a little bit. You stay here with Lucius and the others, ok? I'll be back soon." "Ok!" Osu was glad that Yassu wasn't going to take him home. He could stay here and play longer! Looking to Luc, he screwed up his face in thought. "Dunno. There's loads of peeple though! The ground is being funny, too." Osu flicked his sodden tail back and forth. He didn't quite understand what was going on, but this was interesting!Standing up, Ieyasu looked to Alyosha as he listed those who were missing. He didn't know all of them, but there were only so many houses in the village, and there were some he knew were empty already. Nodding his head, he headed towards the door. As he made his way out, Osero rushed past him into the centre. Well, that was someone else they didn't need to find. Although Aly had said that he'd no doubt be fine anyway. Continuing out, he followed Kiro to the settlement.

With Foenix settled on a couch and Kylara in the kitchen searching for something cold to put on her bump, Nehanda took a deep breath and looked around. There were more people here then had even been at the Hallyween party. Keanu was huddled against his guardian, and Delta was over with Syren. They looked pretty calm . . . and that was exactly what she wanted right now.
Now that she was here with everyone else, she wasn't quite so scared. Knuckling a tear from the corner of one eye, she edged over to Delta. "Hi," she murmured.
"Ugh . . ." Foenix muttered as she came to. Raising a hand to the bump on her temple, she winced and opened bleary eyes. "What the hell happened?" She looked around from her prone position, automatically searching for Nehanda as she remembered the 'quakes.
