~Rasxa~
Life is an Illusion, Therefore, We all Believe the Same Lie ~ Traverse Town--> First District-->Cafe~ Rasxa was quite puzzled by one of the man's looks. Then is suddenly came to him, Oh... he must be from a whole different culture. It wasn't rare that he met people as such. "Um... you shake it. It's a type of greeting. Your hand meets mine and we shake it up and down." He explained awkwardly, really not used to explaining about how to greet people. His hand fell to his side. "Anyways, it doesn't really matter. Just another silly way of being polite. So... how's life?" He said, still unsure of how to proceed.

~Window~ [Traverse Town::First District::Cafe] Window was just as unsure about the gesture as Solaris was, though he could guess what was supposed to take place. This...Rasxa was an odd one, introducing himself and then asking such a broad and philosophical question as, "How's life?" Maybe it wasn't directed as a exercise of the intellect in this case? The man found himself unsure how to respond. 'Life...is fascinating, I guess." Trying to find some kind of common ground of discussion, he proceeded, "But at any rate, we were just about to dine on the morning meal along with a few of our companions who are outside. Would you like to join us?" Window gestured to the large table. "Please, Solaris Teodolis, Rasxa, sit down. If you are open to divulging such information, I am interested to hear about your personal history and arrival on this planet." He was certainly very interested in such matters. Before yesterday, he had not even known life on other worlds to exist! With the limited time he had, Window felt he needed to absorb all of this new knowledge before he was isolated once again on his world. "And Rasxa, why did you happen to join us? Did Merlin send you?"

Life is an Illusion, Therefore, We all Believe the Same Lie ~ Traverse Town--> First District-->Cafe~ Rasxa smiled, realizing that the guy had no clue as to what he was hinting at, but oh well. "Um, thank you, I guess. Alas, I already had breakfast when I came in this morning, but I can give you at least some pleasant conversation as you eat." He said, trying to be as polite as they were being to him. He took a seat right in between the back of the table and the front of the table, leaving space on either side. "No, I only happened to join you because you two appeared to be interesting, as you seemed to be in the company of the great wizard Merlin. The most interesting people come into his company. I arrived here around the time that the Heartless started appearing, as my own world was consumed by them." He said sadly, thinking about this is the second time that he had purposely started thinking about the day he lost his heart and his friends. Well I am going to find them, I swore to it that day! He thought, determined to get them back to their former selves, although he had no slightest clue how.

{...} [Traverse Town: Inn] The brown shifted to a full on sky blue as Kuumaru spoke, before shifting to a spring green of mild embarassment as he wrote some more, before scribbling that out and shifting to a new page and rewriting it there. I'm sorry, but I wasn't there for that long. Just long enough to note the bounty and the little information on her last known whereabouts. I managed to make it here before realizing I had nothing on her.

[Third District : Merlin's House --> First District : Restaurant]Merlin was marginally startled by the presence of Vain, halting his spell-casting momentarily before he continued 'conducting' the magic dust; it was now almost entirely surrounding the Gummi Ship. "Well, I managed to convince Cid to give them a ship, but I'm not their leader by any means- if you want to join them, you should ask them yourself. They could used a skilled warrior with them."
As he spoke, the Gummi began to elevate from the ground, only to implode with a slight, comical 'pop' as if it had been a soap bubble- almost immediately thereafter, an entity walked up to Merlin, catching his attention. "Yes, I'd planned to find the owner and warn him myself, so no need for worry-," he began, turning toward the man-
And gasping in complete surprise.
"By Joe!" he said, bringing a hand up to his mouth as his eyes bulged, looking at the entity with a gleam of awe and fascination. Unlike mostly everyone else on this world (save, perhaps, Youni), Merlin was both experienced enough and powerful enough to see the currents of magic in the very fabric of space... and he saw the heavy chains binding Kuroda, weighing him down, keeping his cosmic energies bound to mortal coil.
"Forgive me, I- I've never- that's fascinating. Who are you, sir?" he asked, looking almost jovial at having met the entity before him.[[GAH Sorry for the Merlin wait ><]]

[Third District : The Survivors' Apartment]Aerith smiled, an aura of relief and assurance more powerful than usual, because she was thrilled that Youni was feeling, that she was beginning to reach a state of true humanity.
"That, Youni, is what we call friendship. You are beginning to care for Window, and the idea that a friend, like myself or Leon, could leave forever brings you sadness- that empty ache you feel," she explained, continuing to smile brightly. "And that 'something else' you feel... I bet it's a warm sensation, isn't it? That's what we call happiness."
Aerith's mental gears were turning, contemplating what this meant. Merlin and Aerith had discussed the possibility of this happening, had known it would come, but didn't know what would act as a catalyst. Window had done it- perhaps it was simply the idea of a friend leaving forever.
They had also discussed another inevitable event- or, at least, that's how Merlin felt. One day, he'd said, Youni would have to leave. Youni would have to go off, and not with Aerith, or Merlin, or any of her 'family'. She had great potential, and as Merlin had always preached, the best way to unlock one's potential is to do so on one's own. A good teacher could only direct you down the right path... he could not walk it for you.
Aerith had always worried when the time would come. How would they know if it was the right time for Youni to walk down her path? How would they know when she was at the critical point of her potential that she needed to take her first steps without the hand of another?
Merlin's only response... was that Aerith would know when the time was right.
He was right... and now, she knew.
"Youni... think about this... how do you feel at the thought of going with Window and seeing the universe, helping him along the way?"

"I'm glad you think so," Vereor replied, a smile on his features despite the fact that he couldn't actually feel glad.
"So, Nymira, as second in command, I would like to formally extend an invitation to join our ranks," he explained, keeping his golden eyes on hers as he spoke; not with the intent to seem threatening or superior, but merely to keep her attention. "The Conclave of Ruination is, put simply, a fraternity of like-minded individuals. Our members seek power, knowledge, or, put simply, chaos, or rather, a superiority over the chaos."
"As is almost completely obvious, we are not exactly 'friends'. We do, however, all accept the following facts: that the... misguided forces of Light would seek our destruction, and that it is much smarter and more efficient to work together, in some way or another, than to work alone," he continued, smile fading somewhat into a knowing, simple smirk that was not directed at her, but rather, some stray thoughts in his mind. "Should you join us, there are only two limitations that you need heed, and they are quite simplistic."
"The first, that commands given directly by myself or our superior must be obeyed to the best of your abilities, though we do not punish failure;" his smile began to fade once again, his face now cold and devoid of emotion. "The second, that killing or sabotaging another member is strictly forbidden, and both are punishable by the unraveling of your existence."
"Besides those two things, you're essentially free to do as you please. Continue doing whatever you want, but consider this a base of operations," he explained, smiling genuinely once more, leaning back in his chair somewhat. "Are you interested?"

Nymira sipped her tea, nails tapping against the table as she debated this offer. Power, knowledged, chaos.... It sounded quite tempting. All that for just a few missions and not screwing over your 'allies'? Sounded quite the choice deal. However....
"One has to wonder what kind of missions one would have to go on before joining such an...organization. I do not believe one should commit to something they don't know about. Just does not seem intelligent, don't you agree?"

Vereor's smile widened, as if he was either impressed or just proud of the woman in front of him.
"Indubitably," he responded, a brief chuckle escaping his lips. He crossed his left arm over his chest and leaned his right elbow on it, bringing his hand up to rub his chin in thought. "For the most part, it's usually something direct, such as attack this world, assassinate this leader, stuff of that sort. Every once in awhile, we send a few members to whittle away at the Heartless population so they don't end up consuming things before we'd like them to."
"We have a few odd-jobs here and there, but Kyozuto and myself usually give each mission to those best suited to the job- why risk failure for the sole purpose of giving someone experience?" he continued, tilting his head a bit to the side, as if in thought. "And more often than not, the 'missions' are given on a 'first come, first serve' basis, so unless we have someone specific in mind, anyone can take them. Any other concerns?"

{Ignorance is bliss... until reality throws a Heartless siege at you.}
[Traverse Town : Inn ~ Lobby]
"I see... and you say she was part of a rebellion?" Soryuju asked, rubbing his chin somewhat in thought. A woman who'd attempted to rebel against an empire had disappeared, and was thought to be world-hopping.
His thoughts were interrupted by a growling in his stomach.
"Er, what say you all we talk about this over breakfast, hmm?" he asked, scratching the back of his head as his ears turned a flush crimson underneath his blond hair.
---Roughly 30 Minutes Later--- The group, including Kellan, emerged from the Second District into the First District just moments after the Gummi Ship vanished. They had dined in the Hotel Café just underneath the Hotel itself, just as they had the night before, and were now headed toward the Gummi Hangar. Kellan had agreed to come with them, searching for any sign of Haruko.
"... so we'll just disassemble our spare ships and keep the parts with us in case we need them," Soryuju finished, voicing his idea for what they'd do with the spare Gummi Ships. The Royal Twins' ship was apparently large enough to accommodate all of them, or at the very least they had the parts to make it so. That certainly made travel more easy. "Not sure where we'll stop first, though. We'll probably just stop from world to world, asking for information and helping where we can- at least, that's what I've been doing the past few years."

With a nod and a couple more taps of her nails, the woman smiled slightly. She had one more question.
"What do I get out of this? While, yes, it is a collective group searching for power and knowledge, but what's to say any of them will help me? Why tie myself down to something with no guarentee of gaining something out of it only to do another's bidding? Especially considering I can do much of what I want without the aid of others. Besides that last thing, of course." She was referring to the wall of darkness that impeded her progress. However, if need be, she would have just left it without a thought. Or broken down a wall.

"Let's just say that our Superior has... a sense for power," Vereor replied, his answer left somewhat vague as he glanced at her, an almost playful gleam in his golden spheres. "He can find powerful artifacts and magics before most skilled hunters or wizards could hope to find a lead, and has a knack for finding people with great potential strength."
"I'm afraid, however, that's all I'll say on that matter. If you don't find the offer worthwhile, then after we're done with our tea, we'll escort you to the exit and you need never hear from us again," he said, standing and walking over to the nearby stove, where another pot had been set to simmer, keeping it warm in case they ran out of tea- and they had. Walking back to the table, he poured himself another glass. "The choice is yours, we'll not coerce you."

~.~Thales~.~ ”You can bend it and twist it… You can misuse and abuse it… But even the gods cannot change the Truth.” [Traverse Town ~.~ First District]Thales read the pages of the notepad the man, Kellan, flashed with each response. He also noted his hair would change colors... which was odd. He wasn't sure how he felt about the idea of a bounty hunter, let alone helping him collect a bounty as it may result in someone's death. If this person, Haruko, was really responsible for the accusations Princess Suzu had stated, then she will be brought to justice (preferably without bloodshed). At the mention of food, Thales perked up, his mouth beginning to salivate and his stomach growling. He loved food... He joined the group at the Hotel Cafe beneath the Inn, scarfing down as much food as possible, before following them to the First District. Thales walked at the end of the pack, rubbing his now small protruding stomach and picking his teeth with a toothpick, while listening to Soryuju talk about their journey. "Pst...," Thales whispered, tapping Princess Suzu's shoulder. "I'm allowed to come too, right?" he asked her, sounding rather hopeful.

Kuroda
{Traverse Town ~ First District}
Satisfied with the wizard's answer, Kuroda had plans to leave, but was stopped by the fact that the wizard could see the chains. Not many could do that. This wizard was either very powerful, long-lived, or both. And, given the appearance, it was probably a combination of the two. And he seemed to be aligned with the light, so there would be no harm in leaving the man with his name.
"I am Kuroda Takumi. And your name good sir?" He asked politely. Kuroda felt that he already knew the answer, but it would be impolite to presume who he was, although there was really only one answer for it. The age, the experience, the power, coupled with the Light that seemed to hang around him, it could only be the mage Merlin who seemed to have a residence on this world.

{Life, death, it does not matter. All that matters is that they are mine.}
[Castle Oblivion: Kitchen]
With a small huff, Nymira swirled her tea in her cup, watching the liquid spin and vortex. What was her choice? What was her decision? Was the search for power really worth submitting yourself to a leader? To being ordered about like a dog, if he deemed it necessary?
Taking the final swallow of her tea, the woman set down the cup and pushed it towards Vereor. "As long as I get my own room to do with what I please, then I humbly accept joining your ranks. Now, be a stud, and pour me another cup of your delicious tea, would you?"
