'Kay. I'm goin' to bed now. It's one thirty, and I feel like a loser for turning it in this early...but I'm sleepy. Gonna finish up that profile tomorrow when I get on. Gonna go see The Proposal --Mental jump for joy because she's going to see another chick flick--, gonna do more yard work...I shall see when I can squeeze time in.

My last job was as a freelance play-by-play announcer for the college radio station's sports broadcasts. Before that, I was on the staff there, until they brought in a new adviser to the station who wanted the sports job for himself. So naturally, I was downsized.
Only the fact that I was tight with the station manager and that he thought I was the better sports guy allowed me to keep doing games, but even that was only after a nasty split in the Comm. Department which saw the adviser take over TV announcing and me getting back into the radio side on a freelance basis.
Fun times...
