Well I didn't realize they were playing favorites until I confronted the head mod about it. I was fighting the character that was the son of one of the other Captain's characters. I got really pissed because it was a bunch of bull-crap that many others agreed it was as well, including other crew members. But it didn't change a thing, so I just dropped out of the fight (it was a chunin exam, and because he was godmodding and it was against the way my character is, I refused to type "I give up" in the rp. My character was the headstrong "I'll die before I surrender" type of character, and he pretty much never gave up).

Oh I'm pretty sure stuff like that happens in pretty much every guild. I can't be accused though, I don't like to play favorites. I can prefer one area over another, but it isn't my favorite and I won't do anything to change it so that I get the preferred way (unless it's a fork in the road and I would have to make a choice).

I don't need to, and I've been very good as of late. Like I said, I actually haven't been godmodding. The only time you should godmod, is if it's just for giggles. Couple of my friends rped online together with some of their friends, and it was just them. It wasn't an rp like this or anything, it was rping via ims. And it was just one big godmodding fight (with exceptions like, if you detonate that c4, it will kill us all. hence he didn't throw the c4 and tried something different instead) until they eventually turned it into a story. It was actually a very-good story about their characters and how they know each other/ their adventures for every single time they ran into each other.

Rednal signed up to be a shinigami vizard too, but he hasn't done anything in regards to becoming one which makes me wonder if he really is interested in becoming one.

That... is not a completely accurate statement. Rednal headed off and went through a short transformation, and how he's watching you guys fight as he considers how to control the new power.

Wow people in this guild get really...touchy when you say certain words. It's kinda depressing.

*Sips tea*

Yeah. It's kind of fun to read, though.

*Is very hard to bother*

The #1 thing to do in all situations is chill out. Things get better once you do.

OO Im fighting against Hidate because Hidate's Vizard shingami have been Vizard.. look like Hidate's guy gonna die.
PostPosted: Fri May 01, 2009 6:17 am

Yup. Soul Society is racist against Vizard. Despite, y'know, the Vizard seeming to primarily be helping them in the actual series. XD *Eats some popcorn* Ah well. I'm not sure why he used a high-power spell wanting it to be blocked, though... that would be quite an energy drain even without the chant. Vizard get lots of extra power to spend, but it's not like it can't be used up... XD

yeah Hidate's character used his vizard mask too much for him because he used his reitasu i think he should be done as DIE!
PostPosted: Fri May 01, 2009 6:26 am

Well, he does have a five-minute limit on how long he can hold it...

Considering the number of posts it's been on, I'd say that yeah, he's probably pretty close to his limit, and casting a lot of high-powered spells isn't without its costs.

*Munches on crackers; doesn't particularly care about the outcome of the fight as long as it's fun to watch*

how many posts for 5 minute limit?
PostPosted: Fri May 01, 2009 6:33 am

It's not listed specifically anywhere, but you can get a good judge of how time's pasing from how much was done. Plus, any damage he's taken will accelerate the breaking of his mask, according to the archives. But very roughly, I'd just say a post per minute to make it fair, maybe two or three more if they do very little in a few of said posts. But that's just me; better to get a mod opinion on it.

I don't think their racist toward them...anymore. Besides they got the pillars off of Urahara so chances are the moment they knew of Aizen they started putting two and two together his charges were removed...thus why Renji and the others were allowed to interact with him.

Besides, Soul Society only has a rule that Shinigami are not to obtain Hollow powers, which was in affect back in the 1900's...1901-1910 I think is the time frame from what I gathered. The law might just state now that they can't remain in Soul Society not that they have to die.

Canon-wise... I'm really not sure. XD What I think is that the Vizard will be mostly independent and govern themselves, but still help SS out with hunting Hollows. A working relationship, possibly smoothed by Ichigo.
