((I'm just toying with Maggie's potential. Something to do, anyway....))
Maggie stood up shakily, her eyes weary and her mind foggy. "Sh-shina?" She clutched her forehead, mind racked with pain. "Th-that was... abnormal...."
Marth sat up, hastily trying to leave the room. He had felt it... he had felt the power of Maggie's ascension. The question was, what did she ascend to...?
Blake gave up searching for Jad, and instead walked to the galley. He ordered a plate of steaming spaghetti, with lots of meatballs and heavy on the sauce. Some garlic loaves as well - might as well gorge since he was going to be eating real food for once.
He got a prepackaged TV dinner with a slice of bread and two small packets, one of garlic flavoring and one of tomato sauce. Grumbling, Blake walked to a table and picked at his food.
((Nina should come join Blake! They can talk about... whatever! Being captains, or how the Empire is treating them, or something. Anything, really.))

Rosa pushed Damien away from her, a frustrated look on her face. "You idiot...your death would not benefit anything! Think about someone other than yourself for a change..." She said rather bitterly, walking off on her own.
Damien chased after Rosa clumsily, but he couldn't quite keep up to her. He sighed and looked down at the ground. "...You're not just a weapon, Rosa...you were built to be originally, but you've evolved far beyond my expectations...you've become a person, not merely just an object..." He said, watching as Rosa stopped suddenly. "...and I'm proud of what...no, who you've become, Rosa." Damien said, though his words were a bit struggled.
Rosa stood still for a moment, then continued on her way in silence. Rosa was pleased with what he said -she finally got the answer she was searching high and low for. Though it may have seemed like she was leaving Damien behind, she was really searching for someone or something that could help him, deep down she was a nice person, though she didn't always like to show it.

Dr. Jeremy began to work on MAI, tis thoughts filled with schematics and circuitry he barely understood, relying on Layla to lead the way for this unique unit...
"The 'skin' is a polymer project A came up with... it's not as good as the exoskeleton, but it rivals a warship..." he explained.
Miku had vacated the room. where she went in the large lab wasn't known, but she wasn't there.

Maggie wobbled uncertainly. She seemed to be recovering fast, though.
Marth rushed into the room, nearly shoving Shina into the side of the doorway. "Maggie! What happened!?"
Maggie only blinked. Then she giggled - a brief, but completely uncharacteristic action. Marth looked into his sister's eyes - tilting her head with his hand to make her look back. He obviously already had some idea of what had happened, else he would not have been so worried.
"Maggie - Iluclaara." Marth said, using her real name. This seemed to bring her somewhat out of her trance. "What did you do?" Maggie looked back into his eyes. "I - nothing," She answered, then gestured towards Shina. "She broke my trance... nothing happened...."
This seemed to be enough for Marth, who visibly relaxed. He lowered his hands from her chin and shoulder, staring out the window for a long moment.
Finally, he let out a gruff, "Thank you, Shina," before walking out the door and to another segment of the ship.

Shina blinked as the two left, then picked up the wrench she'd dropped and sighed. She still couldn't find the washroom... why didn't she have one on her ship?!
"Dangit Jad, you're so inconsiderate!"

Jad suddenly sneezed, then looked around, "That's odd..."

Nina walked into the cafeteria and after carefully observing the options, she chose to buy a granola bar from the vending machine. She was no longer wearing her protective suit. It was getting a bit stuffy. Now she was just wearing her normal captain's uniform. She sat down at one of the tables and ate in silence.

Layla acted like this project was nothing special, to her, everything and everyone (other than herself) was ordinary and disposable, once something has done it's job its meant to be thrown away for a newer, better version. She completely ignored Jeremy's explanation of whatever he was talking about -she could tell it was something of unimportance. '...This thing is going to be powerful...though it wont hold up to see the absolute end -perfect.'
(( xp I'm running out of ideas for Rosa and Damien currently...same with Layla, actually... o.o))
