"Hm," Asalind grinned, "as long as you're all right." He looked around the cave, at the strategically lanterns, door hangings, and the lovely carvings. These he found particularly interesting as each whispered about their artists things they would not have known could be seen. It was the same with other art forms, why not stone? "It's lovely here," the naga replied, straightening up to look at Sheridan after crouching low to look at one of the walls. "My compliments to the artists." Curious about Sahil, he turned to see. "Sure," he said.

"You can pass your compliments to Sahil when you meet him. Akash might be their as well." Sheridan glazed around the cave. "They're probably in the kitchen. This way." He set off following the stream gurgling happy though the cave.

"All right," Asalind nodded, then followed Sheridan as he was led towards the kitchen. Then naga continued to study the surroundings casually and with interest as they went. The underground stream running through the cave echoed through the room, giving it a soothing yet wild feel.

Sheridan pushed aside the curtain acting like a door and stepped in. "Hello Sahil, Akash, this is Asalind." He said intrudcing them motioning to the mer, and then the unicorn in a unspoken hint of who was who. "And Tristan who we already met." He made a small face watching the coon devour a carmal apple.

Asalind nodded to everyone as he was introduced to each. "Nice to meet you all. The carvings on the wall... I must say they're beautiful," he added with a smile. Then to Tristan he smiled briefly, "Hello, Tristan."

Tristan gave a wave as he contined eating.
Sahil smiled. "It was a long winter, and we're rather cut off over here. Thank you for the complement. Many of our clients seem to enjoy them." The mer walked and offered his hand. "I'm Sahil head of the house, it's a pleasure to meet you."

Clients, to buy the statues? he wondered silently even as Sahil moved to take his hand. Asalind grasped it firmly with a smile. "Nice to meet you Sahil. I hope you don't mind my visit. Sheridan and I have similar paths of study, and he offered to show me some of the materials he studies from."

Sahil smiled and nodded. "I don't mind a causual visit. You are welcome here Asalin and I will leave you and Sheridan to do as you wish."
Sheridan beamed. "Now I will escort you to my room. Where we can flip though one of the many books in the piles on the floor." He walked out of the kitchen waiting for the naga.

Asalind's grin as he bowed his head to the mer faded only after nodding again to Akash and Tristan and turning to follow Sheridan. It was replaced by his expression of curiosity for what waited beyond. And, in the back of his mind, should anything run afoul, he readied himself for that possibility as well. To the bunny though, he remained entirely friendly, as that was all Sheridan had been with him. "Lead the way," he said with a smile.

Sheridan nodded walking to his room a little deeper into the cave. He pushed aside the green curtain acting as the door and stepped in."Well this is it. Care of the book towers I don't want to get hurt from an avalanch of paper."
The usuall bedroom furinishing where in the spacish room as well as piles of books, various herbs handing from the ceiling, a cauldron, vials and bottles of various substances, and a rug covering a circle that had been etched into the floor.

Asalind glanced around curiously for a few moments but was mindful of Sheridan's warning. "No problem," the naga said with a grin, literally snaking his way between the tall stacks of books disturbing not even one. Finding a comfortable place to curl up he took more care to look around, categorizing the different references for information. On the air were the distinctive smells of each of the drying herbs, the vials of liquid. He tried to identify each before approaching any, and if he could not, he took great care if he decided to inspect it.
When he reached the rug, at first he did not perceive, but only a few seconds passed before he realized something irregular was beneath it. Lifting the floor covering he saw the circle. Unfamiliar with witchcraft and other magical practices, he glanced up at Sheridan cautiously before dropping the mat back down again. He skirted around the rug for the rest of his investigation.
Finally, is curiousity sated for now, he turned back to Sheridan. "Is there anything you would like to start with first? I hate to make you stand here watching while I snoop around your room," he added sheepishly. "Somehow it seems rude of me..."

"That a summoning circle. It seals what is summoned inside or blocks others from entering. It's a handy little thing, protected my buttocks quite a few time from miss summonings." The bunny made a face, crossing though the maze of paper in one at ease of practice. He peered into the cauldran. "It's empty that good."
His ears twiched and he waved off the sheepish some what apploige. "Look all you like to sate your curiousity. It is a rather odd place; don't worry there is no skulls or black craft items here." He ran his hands down the frail drying leaves. "These are drying well at least. I think I will leave it up to you to start the lesson. You can use anything the room you desire."

Ivy limped over till he saw his mother, and called out to him, still hugging his brother. "Mom! Come help.. please!" He said, falling to his knee again, tired from the walk.
