Radnor just stared blankly at his hand. He had just done this twice in a row. How could he possibly have forgotten how to do it right afterwards?
"ARGH!"
He let out a bit of steam with that growl and concentrated harder on his hand.

For a second nothing appeared to happen but at the last moment his hand began shining with color yet again. Radnor sighed a sigh of relief and grinned a little while staring at his hand.
With a quick glance to the teacher and the child, he let go of the concentration and grinned at both of them slightly.
Realizing he was smiling he cleared his throat and stared back at his hand and waved the hand around a little to help him concentrate on it.

Radnor sighed and shook his hand abruptly and then readjusted himself on the chair. He was not tired of failing at this and wanted to get the lesson over with.
Radnor stared at his hand and attempted to concentrate his chakra into his hand.

Another sigh escaped Radnor's lips but he balled his hand into a fist and stared at the fist. Concentration is key and he is getting distracted, even by himself.
Radnor attempted to clear his mind and just stared at his fist, attempting to control his chakra into the fist.

Radnor gave a sigh of relief, let the color fade away and then grimly stared at his fist again.
"Only one more time..... I can do this...." He muttered to himself mostly, but probably loud enough to be heard regardless.
Radnor concentrated again and stared at the balled up fist, willing his chakra into the fist.

"WOOH! There you go ma'am, 5 times."
He wasn't happy it took him ten attempts to get those five successes, but he would improve that over time.
He grinned at the teacher and awaited his next lesson

((I guess this is where I start posting.))
Tengai Kimusume walked hesitantly up to the front of the ninja academy. The building was much more intimidating than she had expected. The doors were swung wide open and there were several students milling about. Kimu realized that she was one of the older students. That probably meant she would have to work hard to catch up. "Well, here goes nothing. Better make my family proud." Kimu exhaled slowly and entered the building, looking for her new sensei.

Marcus would sit atop the school looking out to the world around him. He took a deep breath and began lean back. It was a slow day and he was mostly avoiding work so this was one of the best places to be at really. He laid back and took a deep breath.

As Kimu was about to enter the building, she saw someone sitting on top of the school. She could not see who it was, but maybe they knew where she needed to meet her new instructor. "Excuse me," she said looking up at Marcus, "do you know where new students are supposed to go? I'm a little lost." Kimu hoped she did not sound as pathetic as she felt.

Marcus would look down to her. Not because he heard her but because he felt her presence. After all, he had his earphones on. Good thing was that he had learned lip reading a long time ago and more so read her lips than listened.
He yawned a bit and nodded his head as he looked to the girl and stretched. Pointing down, he would be making a motion that there was a door below him, which there was. He then smiled to the girl and waved.
It did him good to see such youth growing in their endeavors.
