Okay...this will be long however. Don't think I'm getting mad. I'm not mad but I am a bit preturbed.
In reference to what Shadow-kun (or sama? for the respect) says in his Roleplay, witches aren't what Hollywood makes them out to be but they are quite human. they are walking among us. Your best friend could be a witch but very few of us come out about it for fear of being persecuted. My mother is a witch and I am studying the pagan paths. It's not about summoning spirits, or cursing and hexing. In fact, the Wiccan Reade states clearly: "Do as ye will, An it harm none." smile Please enjoy this tidbit of info and research the subject. I hope I have cleared up any illusions Hollywood or your friends have given you after you read this.

My mother is a High Priestess in the Wiccan faith, so I understand why the rant, Ebony. Just be careful about offering semi-upset tidbits of religon. You quoted the first rule, and I quote the third.
"Silence among the non-believers"
I understand fully why you might get upset, and also can feel the conviction as to why you would like to clear that up. However, there are bound to be 'non-believers' here and it would be best if we avoid a holy war, ne? sweatdrop

As I recall Shadow actually does mention that the view of Witches in the RP is fictional and that there are many witches, or wiccans if you prefer, in todays society.

Thank you, all three of you. Believe me, I understand that very well. I have numerous friends, online and off, who profess to be witches. As I said in the disclaimer, neither I nor the original owner of the thread meant to offend or misguide in any way.
