Jans Viper =P Old School is playing Slivers in a Type1 tourny and actually getting into top 8, or playing Life when you could be playing Psycatog or The Rock. And old just means I'm over 14 buddy. =P I'm not old though. = |

Anonymooo Guh, T1. I'm reminded of my old, old days of RP--Tom Byron, Steven Swain, the E-Jin, etc. xd ^^;;; Think of how bad T1 RPing was, multiply it by about a hundred, and add factors such as how much money you have to blow on cards, luck of the draw, deck organization, sideboard, and matchups. That's Type 1 in MTG. First, second, and third turn wins happen all the bloody time.

@ Jak: Keep in mind the contexts that I'm using: O/M, FFA, or another guilds setting where the guilds are all in the same timeline, same realm of existance, etc. THAT is the type of setting I'm talking about when I suggest character growth as an important thing. Not a place where there're a bunch of different timelines and stories, unless you're playing different ages and stages of growth...

Trei: Another good point, but this is a tournament seperate from that one main timeline.

You all confuse me with your fighting/magic jargon.
And, I still don't understand what the fasination with all-powerfull characters are. Having a very good/balanced weakness should be mandatory.
I wish it was a rule that people had to have weakness's that wern't "The milk from the third utter of the tenth cow milked on the 8th year of the dog." Maybe if people had simple, easier to exploit weakness's (Naruto examples up and coming)
Like the Hyuuga in Naruto, they had easy to exploit weakness's, just they knew how to defend those.
Or, tsunade (before saving naruto) with the fear of blood, easy to exploit.

Good god, I really haven't been active enough have I? And I'm not threatened by anyone here, the only person who I could see beating Viper would be Tacitus, and that's only if he realizes that he's been being a moron and actually uses his Time powers. >_< Time is... difficult to beat when you don't have access to similarily world altering power.

How dare you relate me to Gelmax, Gelmax.
Think of me as a speed hacker or what ever you wish, it still doesnt change the fact that I get away with what I do. I explain my posts to a point where there is no question on if it was done its the question on what was done. I do use a very complex strategy, it involves circular logic, constant relation and re-connection to what has happend and what is happening and the Maelstrom attack style.
I will admit defeat if you defeat me, no question about it because it gives me a chance to come back, hit the lime light once more, but on the other side of things, if I am never defeated than it keeps people gunning for me, trying to prove everything I do wrong, blah blah blah. You see if Gelmax was in fact good at all, people wouldnt be talking about me would they?
You see Dyne's little ability, the speed he actually used, I have worked out any loopholes on any attempts for outside sources to try and tamper with me or alter with what I am doing. I disconnect, reconnect, misdirect and totaly counter any outside logic towards me.
I have many weaknesses people, more than you would think, but I dont give someone the time or chance to expose them, Clash would know a few if he thinks real hard on what I do as the fight goes on.
There are a few ways to defeat me in Psionics/Powers
Over power me
Confuse me
Get me to make a mistake.
All three are very un likely.
