*Chris came up behind Cassie and wrapped his arms around her.*
Hey, babe, need a date for the dance?
*Everyone looked a bit nervous about the Monster High thing. The only Hero High event this year that went well was the Christmas dance so they were all a little nervous. Except Scandal and Dani who couldn't keep their hands or lips off each other. It was a bit embarrassing.*
Don't worry, Wally. Hero High kids only blow up their own gyms.

"Hey don't jinx things!" Jen said. "Don't give out a challenge like that the Fates could be listening... I swear if anything weird or explody happens tonight I will be on a rampage... just warning you all."

"Hahahah!" Karen couldn't help but laugh! "Not I'd love to see that! Some other night perhaps! But for this night, I'm hoping things go a smooth as possible."
She chuckled.
"Besides, it's really not like anyone knows were are coming to that dance. I sure didn't tell anyone beside your guys. I figured, they didn't want the entire school crashing the party."
She swoops up lifting Jen on Mysia's back, and shouts down.
"Lets go! I'm ready to get my groove on!"
Dani wasn't paying attention to anything anyone was saying, she was too enthralled with Scandal. She didn't speak since her lips were occupied.

Cassie leaned into Chris.
"Hello there yourself handsome..."
Cassie smiled looking over at the others.
"This dance should be a blast! I heard Monster High's dances are super freaky fun."

"All aboard!" Achilles called as Mysia leaned down for the boys to climb upon her wide back. He looked back to Wally and waved his hand forward. "You take front. You know where your friend lives and can direct her there."
Achilles lept up onto her back by his leg strength alone and paused while Chris and Wally climbed up as well.
"Hold on tight!" He called to his two friends. "Be steady Mysia!" And the giant elephant trumpeted and she started walking up into the air...

Onboard Mysia, it didn't take them long to get to New Salem, Oregon where Monster High was located. They came to land on a street full of sprawling, unusual houses. Wally noted one with a waterfall going over an electric generator in the back, a house that was more castle than house, and a looming, bat-themed mansion.
Their destination, though, was a much more modest house that only seemed to be bursting at the seams because it had dozens of Wolf family members pouring in and out of it.
"That's the one!" Wally pointed, and they landed. As they slid off the elephant, they were immediately assailed by a bunch of Wolf kids, from elementary school-age to one who had barely started to toddle on all fours. They crowded Achilles.
"WOAH! Check out the hellyphant!"
"Can I have a ride?"
"Do you swoop out of the sky and scare people?!"
While Achilles was being question-mauled, the rest of the Hero High students were greeted and ushered inside. The inside of the house was as chaotic as the outside. Wally found himself at the head of the pack, looking for Clawdeen.
"West." Instead, Wally found himself facing down Clawdeen's older brother, Clawd. His hair was slicked back in a brown-and-teal mohawk.
"Hey, Clawd." Immediately, a large clawed hand pulled Wally aside from the action.
"Just a quick note, speed boy. That's my sister you're taking to the dance. You will treat her like a princess with the utmost of care and reverence. Or else." Clawd's teeth caught the light and Wally could swear he heard a slight growl in his voice.
"S-sure, I mean, I wouldn't-"
"CLAWD! Knock it off!" At the top of the stairs, Wally's date for the evening, Clawdeen Wolf glared at her older brother. She looked stunning in a purple microdress with zippers running all over it. She'd cropped her hair and dyed it lime green.
Clawd let go of Wally's shoulder and shrugged.
"Juuuuust giving him some advice from a concerned brother, that's all." Clawdeen rolled her eyes.
"Yeah, I know what your 'advice' entails, Clawd. Don't you have a suit to put on to pick up your OWN ghoulfriend?" Defeated by logic, Clawd stalked off, leaving Wally to greet his date.
"Thanks. You look fantastic!"
"You mean FANGtastic! My goal is always to have all eyes on me when I enter a dance. Is everyone ready to go?"
"Yeah, I think your mom is trying to feed them before we leave."
"Because of course she is. Oh, let me go grab Liir. He's with my sister Howleen. She can't go to the dance and she's barking at anyone who'll listen about it."
"Who's Liir?"
"The neighbor I told you about. Liir Thropp. He was thinking about not going, but I talked him into it. Dances aren't really his thing, and he's like me - allergic to drama. I won't get into it right now but I will chew your ear off later with all of the ridiculous gossip going on in my school right now. 'Kay?" Clawdeen leaned in close and gave Wally's ear a nibble.
"Sure, go grab him." Wally headed back over to his group of friends, who had been all given sodas and snacks by Clawdeen's mother. Everyone looked unsure of what to do, not wanting to mess up their nice clothes.
"Hey, we'll be off in just a minute, guys."
This was nice. Wally tried to tuck away the nagging thought that was wondering what Linda Park was doing right now.

Jen sipped her soda, grateful she'd packed her lipstick. She looked at the weird moon cookie, it didn't look poisonous at least. Some of the kids looked really cute if a not fuzzy. Achilles looked more overwhelmed than annoyed at the kids, which was good they just seemed excited since this was the first elephant they'd seen.
She gave Clawd a quick once over, he was busy keeping his eyes on his little sister. A perfect chance for Jen to see if he was eye-candy or not.

One of Clawdeen's sisters ran a snack and soda from her mom out to Achilles and when it came to food, well the boy didn't hesitate to inhale it in gratitude. He chugged the soda as the cubs watched in amazement. "He eats as much as Clawd!" "More!" "I bet he could win in an eating contest with Clawd!" "Could not!" "Could too!" Achilles wipedhis mouth and took another drink while the debate raged on. he waited for his friends to come out while he watched Mysia give Clawdeen's brothers and sisters rides up and down the block. He smiled. Mysia seemed to be having as much fun, if not more, than the little ones.

*Chris happily munched on cookies and soda while the storm of Wolf children whirled around the room. He loved free food. Like the time Cassie and he got free wedding cake samples in Hawaii.
Dani and Scandal continued making out, undeterred by the location or company. Seriously, those two should get a room. It's like they were trying to replace Chris and Cassie as THE hot couple of HH.

THEY WERE TRYING TO REPLACE CASSIE AND HIM! Chris nudged Cassie and nodded towards Dani and Scandal.*
We're still the hot couple of Hero High, right?

Clawdeen rejoined Wally with a lanky green teen at her side.
"Wally, Liir. Liir, Wally."
"Yo."
"Hey." And that was that. They headed back over towards the elephant.
"Down! Down, you little beasts!" Clawdeen mock-shoved away the scores of wolf kids climbing on Mysia and Achilles. Liir frowned.
"Billy's not coming, huh?"
"Billy...Kaplan?" Wally shrugged. "Nah, there was a whole 'thing' with him last week that he's recovering from." Wally avoided mentioning any destroyed auditoriums. He didn't want to remind everyone of Hero High's rep.
"Bummer. I met him during that deal in the other dimension. Nice guy. Little high-strung. Wanted to talk some magic shop with him, but whatevs. Hey! Another green person!" Liir walked up and offered his hand to Jennifer. "You a witch too?"
Meanwhile, Wally was helping Clawdeen climb up on Mysia in a way that would keep her micro mini skirt intact enough to keep Clawd from giving him the evil eye.
"Fair warning, speedster, my friends are ALL fighting with each other right now. Double fair warning: the theme of the dance is 'Terror Under the Sea' and the school pool is full of pirahnas."

Jen blushed as she was asked a weird question, he wasn't a hulk then.
"Nope, no magic from me other than my sparkling personality." Jen laughed. "Thanks for the snacks!" She made a quick wave to the werewolf pack as they gathered around to see them off.
"I guess this dance is going to be packed with all kinds of interesting people." Jen said.

What was Linda doing? Why looking at Kori's blog of course. Most people thought that the tall busty cheerleader only had a facebook page and not a blog.There were a lot of comments on her blog by someone name PandaBear89... whoever that was and Kori was planning on getting back at Wally... tonight at the Monster High dance not good. Wait what else was there... something about Karen... she was... on no...Linda texted Karen...
"Karen- Someone's after you. Be careful"
She then got a call on her phone... from Vash?
"Hey Vash what's up?"
" Word is a bunch of spaceships seem to be zeroing down on earth. Wanted to see if anyone at Hero High knew anything about it."
" Honestly I have no idea. I'm trying to figure out who this PandaBear89 is and why shes going after my roommate."
"PandaBear89... sounds familiar, have any idea when this person will strike."
" Tonight...at Monster High."
" We should go, this PandaBear person might have something to do with those ships.. and believe me they don't look friendly. I know a guy at Monster High who can help us... I'll meet you at the front entrance in 30 minutes."
*click*
Linda sighed... She knew nothing about Monster High except that they were having a dance tonight. Linda was not dressed for a dance nor did see intend to as she put on a red sweater and black pants. Why on earth did she care about what happened to West? The guy was a jerk, okay he was a cute jerk who had a nice butt... but still a jerk. He probably deserved whatever was coming to him. No Linda, don't think like that... besides it was more than Wally... Karen was in trouble too.

"-and so her dad wants them to break up because of the whole vampires hating werewolves thing." Wally nodded lightly as Clawdeen ran down all of the problems her friends were having as they flew through the air to Monster High. "Needless to say, my brother and Draculaura are pretty tense right now because of it. He loves her, but you don't want to tick off Dracula."
"Uh huh."
"And then there's Cleo and Deuce. I think she's accused Deuce of cheating on her with all of the girls in Monster High and half of the guys!"
"Huh."
"And don't even get me STARTED on Frankie Stein! She somehow managed to cheat on her boyfriend - with himself!"
"Uh hu-wait, what?"
"He has a split personality."
"Oooh." They landed, and everyone who was on the ground oohed and aahed at the kids arriving via flying elephant. Wally saw some skeleton kid's jaw drop....right onto the ground in awe. Clawdeen poked him in the ribs.
"Hey, you're some sterling conversation tonight, aren't you?! Come on, make me feel better about my friend's stupid drama! Tell me about some of the drama you're seeing at your school." Oh, man. Wally rubbed the back of his head as they started heading towards the thumping sounds of bass coming from the eerily lit gym of Monster High.
"Well, there's this one guy...and he's, like, kind of a player with the girls." Clawdeen giggled.
"Oh yeah? Sounds like my kinda guy."
"Yeah, and like most of the kids at our school, he's got a secret identity. And there's this new girl at school who loves his superhero persona, but totally loathes his civilian persona. And you'd think that'd drive him crazy, but he can't stop thinking about her."
"Eeeyerk. Sounds clawful! See, you're like me. You don't go for the drama. You just want to party and have fun and flirt like you just don't care." Clawdeen nipped him on the nose with a quick kiss. "That's why I like you, despite the fact that you're a normie."
"Hey, I'm not a normie! I'm...a super-normie!"
"Hah! I like that. Well, super-normie, get ready to escort me inside, okay?" A pair of winged gargoyles swung the doors open and the music enveloped them. The party was HUGE! And the school apparently spared no expense on the 'Terror Under the Sea' theme...there were theatrical spider-webs and cartoon gore splatters everywhere. A group of zombie boys were out on the dance floor doing the Thriller dance. The pool, on one half of the gym floor, was indeed churning with what Wally supposed were the aforementioned pirahnas. Clawdeen waved at her various friends, apparently all scattered around the room. Wally noted with a hint of pride that, yes, as they walked in, all eyes WERE indeed on Clawdeen.
He looked outside and waved his pals in.
"C'mon in, guys! I hear the water's fine."
