I've made out a list of the different types of vehicles and classes, some of the main DC character like Batman will be Bosses... the tricky part is making the non-lethal characters lethal in car form.

Indirect lethality?
Oil slicks, spike traps, tire-slashing hubcabs....
I don't think there's any way of dodging the mounted machine guns though. Don't all the cars have the machine guns? It's kind of a thing.

Only their signature weapons could be non-lethal, they'd still have the missiles and what not.

Outlaw has a taser thing that disables cars, so something along those lines would work I'm sure.

Yeah, SWAT will have that in her car.
Also, I'm setting it so that the Aliases of the characters will be the cars.
Bruce Wayne will drive The Batman, Eric will drive Nightmare, etc.

Eric Coldfire Can't sleep, storm/tornado might kill me. We almost never get any tornados this far north. What state are you in? I use to live in Kentucky and Florida and saw some pretty freaky weather.
