I just thought of a way to explain why so many people have Kekkai Genkai's.... Because their bloodlines allowed them to be stronger, they succeeded in surviving longest, so, by logic, the normal ninja would have been weeded down quickly while the bloodlines where killed much more slowly.... It makes sense to me.... sweatdrop
