1) I've been looking all over the place for the location of TM 29 but I can't find anything about it, unfortunately.
2) Too late for the Drowzee at level 40, and I do not wanna train another one.

Celadon Game Corner has it for 10k coins.
PokeWalker course, "Night Sky's Edge" has it once you go 10k Steps (very rare).

I still need to beat the Elite Four -cough'five'- As for the pokewalker, I average around 30k steps a day (While I'm sitting I my leg jumps and I also cheat by putting it on my sock) Lucky me I was able to get Jirachi, but the only thing I keep getting is Stardust and Pearls.

It's a corny joke where she said call me "whatever" so Thard was saying it as she ment that's what her name was >.>;
Kind of like Alice in Wonderland:
The Jack walks in and notices Alice.
"Oh, who is this my Queen?"
"This is my new favorite, Um." the queen replies.
"Pardon me?" Asks the Jack.
"This is Um!" The queen replies again.
The Jack then turns to Alice and says, "I'm terribly sorry, but your name seems to have slipped the Queen's mind..."
He is then interrupted by the Queen.
"No you idiot, her name is Um! Um, from Umbridge!"
And yeah... that's a little example of that... I figured I killed the joke he made explaining it... so I felt like slaughtering it with an example xd and plus I saw that movie a few days ago and wanted to quote it some how xp
