(I figured that, but he'd still have to aim it within himself, because Kysha is within him, so Superio can't get in the way of it. So.....I'm just a bit confused.)

(same here, kinda... let's just go with something along the lines of Superio taking a hit (somehow) that was aimed at Kysha (somehow) that would have killed a god... and just leave the specifics up to the imagination...)

That was a foolish mistake. 14A7 thought with a laugh as he prepared another 'attack'.

(I was already planning that, when [somehow] Superio got hit.)
From inside 14A7, Kysha released the massive amount of energy, making him explode from the inside "You're history" she said.
(I guess the best way to explain where Kysha is, is to say this: Kysha is inside Superio's body, but she is inside 14A7's part. Like a spirit inside of a spirit.)

Superio collapsed to the ground as he got control of his body again. His spirit itself was horribly damaged from 14A7's 'attack', and when 14A7 was destroyed, every one of his vital organs and body functions merely shut off... yet he somehow still barely held on to life.

Kysha exited Superio's body, still in her human form, and knelt down next to him. He was alive, but barely. She pulled out all the stops on her magic and started healing him "You're one lucky kid, you know that" she said.

Superio was unconcious.
Tobias was standing nearby, staring at Superio wide-eyed.

Still unconsious, Superio took a deep breath of air once his respiratory and circulatory systems started working again.
"It... it can't be..." Tobias muttered.
