Jagan Opening- The Jagan is literally the evil eye. The Jagan gives the Jonz Clan members a few psychic abilities, including: remote viewing, minor telekinesis, telepathy, mind control, memory alteration, etc (Clan Technique)(1000 Skill Points)
Jagan Henshin- Jagan Henshin is literally the "Evil Eye Transformation" and it is when members of the Jonz clan transform, when they transform they become goldish with eyes covering their entire body. These extra eyes merely amplify his Jagan eye, giving the user more power and speed (Clan Technique)(1500 Skill Points)

I am thinking abou t the Jagen Eye Would have all sorts of Buffs.
The Jagen Eye can temporally nullify Different Things at different times. OR something. The Jagen Eye can manipulate something... Like Magnatism. Do we have any clans that strictly deal wiith that.. I don't thjink we do!

Welp... There are alot of changes coming your way.
I know alot of you have noticed during your stay that when you first got here, the Handbook wasn't formatted in a fashion that answered your questions.... as you had them. So, I'm reworking it to be chronological. Meaning, it explains everything you need to know, starting at the Getting started, then going through to your eventual and timely death.
Also, within the next few days we are implementing elemental restrictions. This means, if you are a Genin... you'll only have one element. Example: Uchiha Snuffy just graduated the Academy. He may only have the Fire element until he advances to Chuunin.
This process will be explained much better when we finish the details of it. However, if you have a Genin or Chuunin that has 3 or 4 Elements, then we'll have to liquidate those into available words for you to use on other techniques until you reach a later rank.
This essentially makes the guild more like the anime. No more super soldiers who can do all elements, when in the anime only one clan can do all of the elements.
