He takes off his boots (which takes quite a bit of effort, them being thigh-highs) thus shrinking him back down to normal height, then goes to the washroom to wash his face... and probably steal eyeliner from one of the twins.

"Well, they took away my cigarettes and my wallet so i couldn;t buy any new ones...." Billy tells dom the whole story, totally skipping the parts where he and Corri had almost-sex and made out. "I want to go back there and go camping for real-with friends." he says. "This summer."

DOm rolls his eyes. He hasn't had sex in just as long (although he surely could have, had he, y'know, tried), and if billy weren't curently treating him in a very friendly manner (he had noticed at least two opportunities when billy would have used to check him out that the punk did not), he may have offered to help with the problem. Of course, without any parties to go to, it's likely he would wind up being the solution anyways.
