Ms Lois Lane ::Lois almost tripped over her own feet as she turned to Clark. Dang, hanging around him was making HER clumsy too!:: Yes?" she asked with an innocent smile
::Screams rang out across the ice festival and Clark's head whipped around. A figure in a bright orange was skating down a long path of ice in the air. She was heading towards Lex Luthor and the money on the stage! She wasn't the source of the screams though. A figure in blue with a gun was freezing police officers in blocks of ice!::
"Nobody be a hero and you won't get hurt!" the man shouted.
::The voice sounded familiar but Clark couldn't recognize it. Luthor's bodyguard came to his defense but the woman in orange removed a gem from her pocket that flashed in the bodyguards eyes. She grabbed at her eyes and spun away. giving the thief the chance to grab the briefcase of cash.::
Lois...I...uh...forgot to get whip cream on my hot chocolate!
::Clark spun away into the crowd and tossed his drink aside. This was a job for Superboy!::

Jennifer_Walters Jen was walking with Karen. She had hoped that they could have dragged Achilles along but he didn't seem to want to and had quickly rejected the girl's offers. Jen checked out the sculptures. "I wonder if we could smash them once their done?" She thought then added. "I think maybe that's my frustration speaking, so bored just now."
"Heh." Karen gave a courtesy chuckle to Jen, as the walked, it wasn't that she was bored, she just couldn't get Anakin's message out of her mind. She looked to her friend who looked totally bored... with her and these stupid Ice carvings.
"Sorry, Jen... it's Just Ani's last last phone message to me was a little disturbing. He asked if I were ok, and kept mentioning War and clones... Like someones going to clone us all or something?"
She just couldn't get her head around it, But she knew that something was going on in her boyfriends life and she wasn't involved with it.
She sighed.
"These ice things are stupid, I can't wait to smash them..."

Linda was walking alone around the Ice festival, she seemed quite and reserved, she was deep in thought.
With her camera in hand, she took wonderful pictures of all the sculptures around her. They were all so beautiful. The shining lights against the sleekness if the ice, reminded her too much of home and now she was feeling home sick.
She continued to wonder around, aimlessly, with a sad expressionism on her face, that she hid behind her camera.

Jen looked over to Karen as she talked about her boyfriend. Karen did look really worried.
"Was it really weird?" Jen asked. "How weird could it be to have you worried? I think we totally need to smash these ice sculptures up once this competition is over. We both look like we got some frustrations held up. Let's just make sure we don't run into my cousin Bruce, he probably won't like it if we do."
Jen grabbed Karen's hand and swung it around. "Oh I like that one, it looks like Achilles!" Jen giggled as she spotted one that was like a Greek statue.

Kori headed back to school, accompanied by Mia. Kori took out her cell phone as it rang.
" Hello..?"
" Are you ready to make good on our agreement..?"
" Not just yet.. Aspen's out with Wally right now and we still got to snag that machine from professor Richards' lab..."
" Okay, just remember I help you with your revenge and you help me with mine..."
" Agreed.. You will provide the necessary distraction?"
" Headed for Earth as we speak. Now get that device."
" Okay.."
With that Kori hung up and looked at Mia..
"Co'mon... we gotta get the others and head back to school.."
" But Kori, we just got here.."
" I know but it seems our mutual acquaintance is getting impatient.."
" Are you sure it's okay? I mean to just hand her over to them like that..."
".... I want revenge on West.."
"Kori?"
The two girls headed back to campus.

"Woo. Ice." Hartley, Wallace, Amadeus and Teddy in tow had decided to check out the Ice Festival due to a lack of anything else non-sucky to do. And it wasn't very overwhelming. It was just....whelming.
"I'm surprised Len and Lisa aren't here, this is totally up their alley." Hartley commented to Wallace as they huddled together for warmth and adorableness. Amadeus lagged behind, and kept giving Teddy odd looks.
It was then that the masked duo leaped onto the stage. Hartley recognized them immediately and facepalmed.
"Really, guys? This is how you want to make your big break?" He cursed under his breath. He backed up, not wanting to get involved. It would be a huge faux pas to do anything that would muck up his Rogue pals' first big public heist.

Wally and Aspen were sharing a snowcone, with her giving him some not-so-subtle hints about going steady (in the middle of the first date?!!!) when a pair of masked miscreants decided to crash the awards ceremony.
It only took a split second for Wally to super-suit up. He gave Aspen an apologetic kiss on the cheek.
"Sorry babe, but you know that duty goes before booty. Can you handle crowd control?"
Ugh, crowd control! The most boring part of superheroing! Aspen grimly nodded. Wally turned and prepared to dash onto the stage.

Linda looked... two masked deviants were trying to destroy the festival... and who showed up to save the day.... Kid Flash...*Sigh* He has to be like the king of awesomeness or something. Linda got in close... she had to get some totally cool shots of the greatest hero ever.

::Superboy landed on the left side of the stage. The man with the ice gun had already climbed up and grabbed Lex Luthor. The woman was securing the briefcase while the man pointed his weapon at Luthor's head.::
"Freeze, Superboy," the man said.
"Really? A pun, L-" the woman started. "Captain Cold."
"Quiet, Golden Glider, this is serious."
::Superboy saw Kid Flash appear in the crowd. He tried to get the speedster's attention so he could come up behind the pair. Unfortunately, Captain Cold realized what was going on. He whispered to his sister as Superboy said something about giving up.::
"Get ready to move, sis."

Jen brought some popcorn and sat down to watch the fight. There was Superboy and Kid Flash, it didn't seem like they needed any help.
"Well something to watch at least." Jen smirked as she continued her munching.

Cassie thought about going to the ice festival but couldn't reach Chris. She shrugged figuring he might be do something with the baseball team and called Dani, hoping that she wasn't to busy with Scandal. While Cassie didn't hate Scandal, something about her rubbed her the wrong way... kinda reminded her of the Rose Wilson girl. Cassie sighed waiting for Danielle to answer her phone.

"Hey Cassie."
Dani answered her phone with the caller ID. She held the phone really close, as seh cold barley hear Cassie on the other line.
"Are you at the Ice festival? Where are you? Come meet me here. It's cold and I need someone to keep me warm."
She laughed.
It probably wasn't the best plan in the world to got to it alone, but she thought she would bump into somebody.
"I'll be at the Hot Chocolate stand. If you hurry I wont drink yours."

She shrugged it off, not point in worrying about something that she could do nothing about. That may have been part of the problem, she wasn't used to feeling helpless."At this rate, I just hope there some Ice sculpture left to smash, If Kid Flash and Superman break them all that would be no fun for us." She lounged with Jen, snagging some of her popcorn.

"Hey, it's only natural to be worried." Jen said. "I mean he lives in some Galaxy far, far away, how can you not be worried?"
Jen made sure her popcorn was in the middle and continued munching. Then she had an awful thought, this was the end of January which meant...
"So... what about Valentine's?" Jen asked cautiously. "I think you better start finding out if he can make it... or at least prepare yourself."
Jen was dreading Valentine's Day but she couldn't imagine the horror if she actually did have a boyfriend and he wasn't there that day. Being single seemed like a breeze in comparison.
"HEY! Kid Flash! Superboy! We got dibs on the ice statues! So no smashing the bad guys into them!!" Jen gave Karen a friendly nudge. "Well we're going to make sure we get some ice smashing fun. Hey if this fails you could always fly us to the Arctic and we can scare some Polar bears while smashing ice."
