You'd be better of asking the Joker for use of his crack team of lawyers. By all accounts I'd say you'd be better off. Obviously since the Joker isn't sitting on death row yet, those guys must be goddam fantastic.

She smiled and kissed Harvey on the cheek. "You're always a class act, Harv." She got up and gave Nightmare a pat on his head.
She has lately Stray. She's murdered numerous poacher's and lumber tycoons in the Guinea forests. And she plans on killing many more when she returns to Gotham.
She's going to halt the growth of plant life in Gotham to punish people. Since people are so adamant about destroying plant life she's going to take away the trees, grass, flowers, bushes, fruit, veggies, etc.

Of course you think she Stray.
And her methods of murder are far more brutal now. She's become much more cruel and cynnical in her killings. The sex appeals there it's just still dark.
