they're annoying when you're not interested in them. I remember my professor once brought that there was talk of an electronic billboard that will use face recognition (can't remember if it'll bring up your facebook or not) and use that to show potential ads.

Apparently adblock is the best solution so far, but I'm not sure about downloading something I don;t know all that much about emotion_yatta

I'm not good at backgrounds so I just stayed out of the contest this time.
I just had one of the funniest conversations with my baby cousin! He's soooo cute! >//w//< A lady who was watching him play at the lake with one of her kids turned to me and said, "That is the cutest little boy and he has such pretty skin! Is he part Mexican?" I had to sit and think for a moment (because his real mom basically abandoned him when he was a baby) and then I turned to him and this was how it went:
Me: Hey, did you know you're half Mexican?
Him: Seriously!? NOOOOOOO!! gonk
Me: o_o; W-What's wrong?
Him: Now I got to speak Spanish! ;~;
Me: ... You don't have to... =u=;

Armelle of the Forest I'm not good at backgrounds so I just stayed out of the contest this time. I just had one of the funniest conversations with my baby cousin! Apparently adblock is the best solution so far, but I'm not sure about downloading something I don;t know all that much about emotion_yatta Better Gaia, an add-on for the most popular browsers, has an adblock feature. Works well, too!

I learned italian for no reason?! D:< him: pretty much ^^; but, you should be proud of yourself for learning a new langauage me: go screw yourself D': him: ._.;

I know enough Japanese to get me through the day in one piece, but not enough to have a real conversation with a Japanese person. I don't think I actually qualify as literate. >w>;;

I don't think I actually qualify as literate. >w>;; I don't speak too many languages, but I'm able to grasp at their meaning. I have many foreign relatives, and somehow we're able to understand each other, even if we don't speak the same language. Right now, I'm interested in learning German or Swedish. My sister was learning Russian and Polish, but gave up cuz it was too hard memorizing their alphabet xD Russia's got the backwards R and that's all you need to know xD
