Ah well. I saved Blender's homepage to my favorites for that blessed day when my comp isn't a piece of crap.
I guess until then, I'll have to settle for being an art critic. (Of the polite and nice, but honest variety)

You should just save up $500 and get a new PC. You could easily get something about.... eh... 5x what you have now maybe a bit less than 5x, you upgraded the RAM a bit.
