Actually, that doesn't work. For instance, I will go to bed at midnight tonight and get up at 0615 and I won't be tired after the sun sets....maybe I should drink caffienated beverages before bed....I usually don't, but when I do, I get tired.

hehehe >,< i dunno what to tell you. cuase i think after the first few times your body will be so used to your other sleep cycle, that it'll take a while for it to adjust.
