Rai sort of just bit his lip to her initial reaction. It seemed she was offended by him saying the things he said. But then she spoke and it seemed her reaction had changed. And he was happy to see that. When she told him about the scars, he could see that she was just self conscious. "The scars are a part of who you are, right? Our pasts will always stick with us in some way. I understand you not wanting extra attention. But as you become older.. you will notice that we get mature about things. Most of the people that see those scars in the world of us ninja, will probably assume you fought for something important to get them." Then the next thing Raisuke would say he would sort of mumble, like a shy tone of voice. "Scars or not.. you have a pretty face. If you have to hide it from the public.. then you should spend the time when you aren't training with me. So you aren't restricted by a mask all the time." He would then just close his eyes. He didn't want to know if she was looking at him. Seriously.. for being a young man he shouldn't get embarrassed about saying something like that.

As the your girl questioned him he seemed as if he got a straight face to it. It was just him. He was sincere more often then he was joking usually. It was best that she knew that now, instead of finding out later. "Amaya.. you know who my sensei is and he teaches the way he asks. If I say something in a serious manner and am not sincere.. there is consequence. Being as you know how I am taught there should be no need for such questions." After this statement he would flash her a smile. It was hard to tell at times if he was joking of not. Hopefully he didn't come off wrong when talking to her. He could only hope she would understand his way of doing things.

Raisuke raised his right arm in the air and made a signal that he wanted water to drink now. He didn't know how the curry cafe worked.. but he had visited tea houses before. He knew how to signal waitresses for certain thing. He needed to replenish the natural water in his body. If he diluted it with tea and other such beverages too much then it would effect his fluid motion he had started to learn to utilize. Ah.. the benefits of knowing what one truly was and the powers they possessed.

He gave off a soft laugh as she said she shouldn't have doubted him. It felt kind of like she was trying to stoke his ego or something. But as she gave a little chuckle of her own it was clear that she was just joking with him as well. Then she had the suggestion of becoming regulars here. "Mm, we may be. Looks like we will have to stay busy on missions and such to be able to afford it, hm? We don't have to be eating to hang out though." He made the suggestion, because he knew he needed to save at least some money. Just so that he could buy a new ninjato. He still hadn't replaced the one that he had broken in training.

Just then he heard the foot steps of their waitress coming over to bring him his water. At first he wouldn't even give her a glance. He just took the glass into his hand. He would then turn to her and give her a soft smile. An almost suspicious smile. "This will be all, thanks." He then lifted the glass to his lips slowly. Letting the water barely touch his lips as it slowly was consumed. Then he turned back to Amaya.
