Code-switching was never his best argument, but at the moment it was the only one he had. He didn't know what Abel's problem was, but annoying him wasn't as fun as he hoped it would be. Instead he only annoyed himself when the man still didn't seem to get it. When he spoke it was obvious Abel had not understood a single word. It was probably best he didn't. Going back into the kitchen he pulled himself up on the counter and started in on Abel's whiskey once more. He had just downed his fourth shot and was filling up a fifth when the bottle was taken from him. Jakob glared at the man for a moment before downing the shot. He heard Abel speak and set the glass aside. "You." he said childishly, switching over to German. "One minute you're nice, then flirting, then being an a**. I should be asking you the same. What's your problem?" He wasn't sure if the man understood him, but it didn't matter. He said what he wanted and that was all he really cared about.

Taking the bottle of whiskey from Miguel, he watched as he glared at him. Abel didn't understand why Miguel was mad at him. He hadn't thought he'd done anything wrong but it appeared he had. Abel listened as Miguel spoke this time in something he was familiar with. He watched as Miguel came off childishly. Abel rolled his eyes, "I don't have a problem , however being nice to you is a choice which I can change." He spoke coming closer toward Miguel. Abel reached out running a hand up Miguel's chest toward his neck as he spoke. He gripped it lightly glaring at Miguel.

He didn't really know why he was feeling angry all of a sudden. Abel's attitude just pissed him off for no reason. He thought teasing him would have been fun but he was wrong. He had gone into the kitchen hoping to calm himself before making a fool of himself. That was turning into a failure as well. Jakob glared as the bottle was taken from him. Once again he code-switched. Only instead of ranting however he pleased like normal, it seemed that he was understood. He watched as the man rolled his eyes, he soon came closer as he spoke. His words were few but threatening nonetheless. His hand slid up his chest and came around his throat, gripping it lightly. Jakob held the man's gaze but knew now was the best time he kept his mouth shut. Leaning back against the cupboards, he sat quietly.

There weren't many languages he understood. Abel though understood German. He didn't understand Miguel either. His mood swings were just as bad as his own. Abel gripped his neck watching as Miguel sat back quietly. He held his neck but not hard enough he couldn't speak if he wanted to. Abel found Miguel to be amusing. He wished he could torture him yet he promised not to. However his promise was for Kieran's benefit and not Miguel. "Are you done being a brat?" Abel questioned watching Miguel. He didn't mind playing games though only on his terms.

He liked to think both his parents for his horrible attitude. What with his mother being a tiny, evil, German lady and his father, a hot blooded Brazilian they were bound to birth a little hell raiser. His mood was only all over the place because Abel kept throwing his own all over the place. He wished he would just pick a personality and stick with it. Of course he would never tell him that. As the man gripped his neck he knew now was the time to be quiet. He stared back into the man's eyes and not saying anything. When he was questioned again, he knew the obvious answer. He knew the safe answer. He chose the wrong one. Leaning forward against his hand, Jakob smirked. "Not at all." he said in English.

They were both to blame for their shitty attitudes. Abel wasn't used to someone who wouldn't put up with him. He was used to Kieran ignoring him not the kick back from Miguel. Abel though wouldn't admit it but he liked it. He enjoyed the behavior. Abel questioned Miguel not expecting an answer really. He felt Miguel's eyes on him as he pushed against his hand. Abel saw the smirk cross Miguel's face as he responded. He released Miguel's neck but remained close. "Get off the counter and turn around." Abel ordered wondering if Miguel would follow his directions. He didn't mind if Miguel didn't. Abel wouldn't be mad at him. He would simply leave him be and go back to the living room.

Seeing Abel now it was no wonder Kieran ignored him. He was such a child when things didn't go his way. Jakob was amused watching him fume but at the time wanted to rip his throat out. He knew now wasn't the best time for him to be talking back, but he couldn't help himself. As Abel questioned him he leaned into his pressing hand and smirked. Before any real damage was done the man dropped his hand. A bit disappointing honestly as he was sure Abel would have loved to have kept it there. Jakob continued to smirk as the man gave him an order. Like the brat he was he didn't immediately move, but eventually he did slip down from the counter. Turning away from the man, he placed his hands on the counter as he awaited his next set of instructions. "Alright, now what?" he asked impatiently.

Abel didn't understand how Kirean could put up with Miguel. But then again he was probably used to it from his own bratty behavior at times. Abel was done with his promise but to leave marks. If Miguel wanted to be a brat then he could dish out some punishment. He watched as Miguel thought about his words before complying. Abel wouldn't blame him if he didn't. He watched as Miguel slipped off the counter and turned around. Abel remained close soon hearing Miguel question him. He surrounded him as he leaned down, "Now, you get punished." Abel spoke growling in Miguel's ear out of an annoyance. He pulled back but not too far. Abel reached down pulling Miguel's boxers down to reveal his a**. He brought his hand up running it over Miguel's a** before bringing it back and slapping him hard across his a**.

If he was being honest, while Kieran did allow him some leeway with his bratty behavior he wasn't as terrible as he was in this moment. Then again he had no patience for the man's entitlement. He knew it would likely cost him in the end, but at the moment it was worth just seeing him seethe with anger. Slipping off the counter he humored the man, not really sure what he was going to do. Given their position he could take a educated guesses. Jakob turned around placing his hands on the counter. As he questioned the man, he felt the man's body heat against his back as he leaned in closer to growl in his ear. "Punished? What the ******** for?" he replied, glancing back. As he spoke Abel eased down his bowers, the cool a** nipping at his skin. Turning back around he bit his lower lip as Abel's hand ran over one cheek. He should not be enjoying this. The man's hand soon pulled back before coming back down against his flesh. The sound of the smack echoed throughout the open kitchen. <********> he moaned. "That wasn't part our ******** agreement you a**!"

Abel was done when Miguel's bratty behavior. He was no longer interested in keeping his hands to himself. Abel wanted nothing more than to bend him over the counter and smack his a** until it was different shades. He listened as Miguel questioned him. Abel though ignored him. He pulled his boxers down and cracked his hand across his a**. Abel heard Miguel moan knowing that this wasn't punishment if anything he enjoyed it. He listened as Miguel accusing him of going back on his word. Abel reached a hand up to Miguel's neck holding him in place to keep him from moving. He leaned forward crowding Miguel's space. "Well maybe you shouldn't be such a brat then, you little slut." Abel growled again at Miguel. His hand sliding down to slap Miguel hard across the a**.

Jakob had known better to really trust Abel. But seeing as he was at least attempting to be civil, he had shown him the same courtesy. Abel's attitude had gotten to him though. He hated his personality and entitlement. He was just another a*****e in his opinion. The only thing he hated more was himself for enjoying this abuse so much. He was actually feeling giddy as Abel slid down his boxers and exposed his bare a**. Despite his annoyed tone, he couldn't wait to be struck. As Abel slapped his a** he moaned. He knew it couldn't count as a form of punishment if he enjoyed it. That didn't stop him from putting up a fight as he really did worry about him leaving a mark. His body remembered how rough he was the last time Abel struck him. He couldn't sit right for a week.

Snapping at the man he soon felt a hand creep up the back of his neck. The man leaned over him again as he growled. "Well maybe, I wou..Ah! ********> Jakob tried to move away from the man but his grip was too tight. "Like I was saying, I wouldn't have to be a brat if you weren't such an a*****e, you ******** sadist." He was once again pinned to the counter. Huffing, he glared down at the counter. And unlike before he wasn't too keen about it. At least last time he got one kiss out it. But this, Abel's gonna turn his a** black and blue if he had his way.

As he gripped Miguel's neck, Abel felt him try to move. It only made him grip harder. He listened as Miguel cussed at him. Abel hardly cared for his excuses. He didn't understand why Miguel was mad at him in the first place. Abel found it annoying for Miguel to lash out at him. He watched as Miguel stared down at the counter as he held onto the counter. Abel smirked lightly, "Sure I'm the sadist but don't lie and tell me you aren't enjoying this." He spoke teasing Miguel. Abel slipped his hand down between Miguel's cheeks. He fingers lightly teased over his opening.

Jakob was careful not to make a sound as Abel gripped his neck tighter. He didn't want to give him the satisfaction in knowing he had succeeded in hurting him. Instead, he chose to be a brat by cursing at him and putting up a fight. He didn't really care that he was annoying Abel. Abel annoyed him first by giving him an attitude. But more than that he was growing annoyed with himself for enjoying this so much. God he missed Kieran. At least Kieran teased him like this he would kiss him and make him laugh. Abel on the other hand was just doing whatever he pleased. Behind him, the man spoke in a teasing tone. He bit his lower lip as his hand slipped down between his cheeks, his fingers brushing over his hole. "Not one bit." he lied.

There was no need for him to be gentle with Miguel. He was finished after all they both were getting on each other's nerves. Abel wasn't going to baby Miguel. After all he brought this upon himself. He held onto Miguel holding him in place. His fingers teased his opening as he spoke. Abel listened as Miguel responded to him, lying once again. He brought his hand back, smacking Miguel hard on the a** again. "Lying will get you nowhere, it will only get worse." Abel spoke growling at Miguel again. He was tempted to run his hand through his hair and pull it.

Indeed, there was no more room for any decency. Abel had already proven he was done with being pleasant, so he saw no reason to keep his own temper in check. Standing before the counter Jakob tried his best to save face. Although his body was giving him away he wouldn't admit that he liked any of his actions. Feeling the man's fingers teasing his hole he bit his lip to stay silent. He soon lied to the man's face and was smacked for it. Jakob hissed as fresh pain blossomed over his cheeks. Abel then growled once more. "God damn remind me to stab you in the ballsack later." he spat.He knew not to tempt him further, but Abel didn't deserve any ounce of respect.
