"John, shouldn't you be below deck?" I gesture for him to give the grassling to me.

Finn- John looks at Finn with an annoyed look. "Last I checked, shouldn't ye be up the god's arse?" John growls at him. Starania whistles to get John's attention back.
"Finn's the new first mate, you should treat him accordingly John, especially considering you're at the bottom of the totem pole here." Starania informs. John turns and looks at her, his face turning red in rage again.
"'ORSE SHITE 'E'S FIRST MATE! IF 'E'S ******** FIRST MATE I'LL EAT MY OWN a*****e!" John shouts while flailing his arms around crazily. Kiem squints his eyes in annoyance, plucks the blades from its head, and rams two of them through John's chin into his brain, killing him instantly. John falls onto the deck while Kiem stands on his chest, tugging to try and get its blades back out of the man's head.
"Aww, ain't that just the cutest thing..." Starania comments with a laugh, she kneels down, helping the thing pull the blades out of John's head. "A grassling after my own heart...I used to hate you little guys..." She adds, handing the blades back to Kiem who puts it back in its head then looks up at her. Starania reaches into a pouch on her belt, pulling out a child sized pirate hat that she impales upon Kiem's head. "There, I dub thee 5th Mate...uhh wonder if you've got a name hmm...work on that later. 5th Mate in charge of grassling negotiations and John lobotomizing."

"I believe its name is Kiem. So 5th mate Kiem"

Llangion walks up the gangplank to Board the ship. "Has anyone seen John?"

Llangion heads over to Titiani,"Yeah, one of the cooks named John has him. Kiem scared him shitless John is bringing Kiem to the Capt."

-]A good portion of the crew was still bustling around, even though some time had passed since Starania's announcement, so Ryssa figured they had plenty of time. She had been taking her time, enjoying the meal and her stripey company, giving the later an affectionate kiss when the former was all gone. She had watched Titiani leave and had noticed Llangion bustling about in a bit of a huff, looking worried. Getting to her feet, Ryssa stretched before locking eyes with her lover and said, "We should get going....don't want to be left behind, right?" Taking Sansa's hand, Ryssa kissed it softly and then headed out the door, following some of the other crewmates to the docks and the ship.[-

Ryssa- Sansa nervously allows herself to be brought along; she sticks close to Ryssa, feeling quite awkward around the crew herself as she has no idea what part she'd actually play on a pirate's crew let alone any ship's crew. In life she was never near a large body of water, and in death the landships always somewhat frightened her as she knew how they worked. She looks at the black ship as they approach it and sighs a bit, looking down at the ground beneath it. "I hear sometimes the ground flips the ships...if the crash doesn't kill the crew...the screechers get them." She comments shivering at the thought.

Finn- Starania looks over at Finn, she smiles calmly at him then picks Kiem back up. She looks down at Kiem who goes back to happily munching the roast while she holds him. "My mother would have a field day right now...the thought of me cradling one of her creations. When Ciceri was born I'd hide her all over the castle." She states, laughing a little at the thought. "I was 6, Arnica was 9, she'd help me do it too. We both hated her crying and how she was the special one..." She trails off a bit. "Poor thing never knew dad...and mum would always tell me 'never have kids, they'll make you age a thousand years before they're off the tit'. She also said if I had a kid it'd be as stubborn and loud as me...safe to say I couldn't imagine how she dealt with it." She laughs again, putting Kiem on the inner railing.
Kiem spots Titiani and hops a good 15ft off the railing. It hits the deck with a thud and immediately starts screaming. Starania stands there frozen, a look of shock on her face and she straightens up looking like she just broke a priceless vase. "Welp, that sums up my parenting skills."

Titiani hurries over and picks up Kiem, hugging him close. She gives him a couple kisses on the head then picks up his roast, handing it to him. "Shh shh...I've got you Kiem..." Titiani comforts. Once the little thing stops crying and goes back to its nomming she smiles a bit. "Did you have a fun night Kiem...did you?" She babies. Kiem nods happily, smiling up at her while it finishes off the roast.
