YourMummy reached a fork. not a very large one, and it was mainly what he wanted to pick up to help him on his quest. The question was, what was more useful? He looked at each and stared for a while. Finally he chose the second chance timer. He saw it, he saw it. It was there, just there. That light was his way out, his saving grace. he just FELT it. He reached out and ran as fast as his legs would carry him. He got hurt on the was by the monsters wild tail but he couldn't be bothered by stopping…… YES! He got through. The tail. The creature smacked him hard with the tail. But it didn't see him. That had to count for something right? Valendil ran concentrating on not making too much noise instead of the echoes of his past in his ears. His tears were slowing down, his face hot and discolored from sobbing. He was close to the end, the trees darkening around him as if to hide the ink black drider that much better. For the first time, Asimovia found herself in awe of the programming in the game. The way that the geography modified itself with an encroaching threat was sophisticated. Enough to be interesting for the mad hatter, and she spent a moment too long trying to calculate where the quakes (the ones that signified an oncoming terror, those very quakes!) would sit on the richter scale. It was that moment of foolish glee that was punished with pain, and a great deal of it. "Well, s**t." Beware the Jabberwocky, she supposed, was good advice.
