Oliver thought he saw something in the sand, but when he nudged it over with his toe it turned out to be a shiny rock. He continued with his pleasant walk.

America had briefly come back to the island for Mean Girl Day, despite being told in sad tones that is was also Boyfriend Day. It wasn't her fault that the Day-naming people had messed it up for boyfriends everywhere.
It was finally nice again, though, with clear blue skies and the sun beaming down, with nothing on the beach attacking her. The tentacle waving hello off in the distance definitely did not count.
Nothing cool showed up but that was okay because she was the coolest thing on the beach anyway. Plus she found another seashell for friendship bracelet making!

There was something in the sand, she wandered closer to see what she found. It turned out that she'd thought she had seen something and hadn't. She went about her way.

It had been some time since Seren had been able to get free to go searching for interesting things on the shore. She managed to snag some time today, however, and headed out to see what, if anything, she could find.
Find she did... A nice little Key, though she wasn't sure what good it did her.

Post-forever-rain, the beach was back to being it's beachy self. Hot and sandy and possibly full of treasure in the sand. Rhys had his eyes open today. Hopeful, but as casual as could be about it.

Seren made it out for another day of hunting the beach for interesting things. She trotted along, in a good mood, because the sun was BACK, and paused to see what she could find. She noticed a likely lump of seaweed, and carefully began to poke through it.

After carefully using a stick to poke through the seaweed, Seren found a Patriotic Flag... a lovely Union Jack. She blinked at it, and chuckles, then hauls the silly thing home.

It was a quiet stroll, spent with his eyes up and looking out into the distant waters and not so much at the sand in case there were things to be found.
