I found it! The front of the card said something like "For your birthday, how wouldf you like Ryouga on a silver platter, naked and dripping with honey?" The inside said something like "I guess this will have to do!" with this picture: Teehee ^_^ (Kimi got me into anime in middle school, and we used to have sleepover and watch as many Ranma episodes as we could get our hands on. Also, I used to be blonde and wear a blue scarf in my hair all the time.)

I read about thirty of the Ranma manga, and enjoyed them for the most part, although the amount of boobage was a bit off-putting. That's what I get for cheating on my usual shoujo manga with boy-books. *heh* The episodes where Ranma falls in love with Ryouga also made me squirm, thought I was laughing at the same time. XD

*giggles* That's probably the most risque thing I've still ever heard Kimi say ;D
I only read about two of the Ranma manga, and I never read/saw Ranma fall in love with Ryouga! O_o And yes. Much boobage. The vids are rated R because of it, and Kimi and I had to plead my mom to start an account at the local game shop/video rental place that would allow us to pick up R rated stuff.

I think the gay love thing happened at around book 25. Ryouga got desperate enough to try a magical make-a-girl-fall-in-love-with-you fishing rod but accidentally hooked Ranma instead of Akane. Ranma falls in love with Ryouga, and moves in to Ryouga's little empty-lot-camp, making him meals and doing his laundry and stuff. *heh* Ranma usually stays in girl mode except when he's pissed at Ryouga for flirting with Akane, at which point he goes guy again and beats the crap out of Ryouga, all the while shouting things like, "HOW DARE YOU FLIRT WITH HER WHEN YOU'VE GOT ME?!," to the perplexion of the neighbors in general and Akane in particular. The storyline ends with the spell being lifted, but Akane permanently convinced that Ryouga fell in love with Ranma and used the fishing rod on him deliberately. *snicker* Poor guy.

*lol* The card message was sort of an inside joke. I think I actually got the phrase from Cutie.
I certainly do not remember Ranma falling in love with Ryoga. eek There are times when he cross-dresses to pretend he's in love with him, usually in order to either a. interrupt a date with Akane, or b. get access to a Jusenkyo man-spring in some weird convoluted way. In fact, for someone so set on being masculine, he cross-dresses an awful lot. *muses* Still, it's not as outright nasty as other cross-dressing manga, such as Futaba-Kun Change, where he changes, not from a random water-splash, but from getting "excited." I read up to the point where he gets a nosebleed from looking at pr0n before I got disgusted and put it back on the shelf.
Pre-post edit: Ahhh, you know, I might have read that one. I haven't read any of them for a while, but that fishing-rod thing sounds familiar.
Those movies were probably among the ONLY R-rated movies I ever saw, not counting the half-handful of rebel-movies I watched in high school (like I Know What You Did Last Summer and Scream). Ooo, I was such a bad girl.
Cutie, you have my permission to submit my edit if you like. 3nodding

Chobits is prettier in my eyes, but it's even closer to soft core porn as far as I'm concerned. I mean good Lord...the power button is her cervix? And apparently it's enough of a storyline molder to feature as a main point in the first and last chapters. I don't know about the whole story though...I just browsed the books in my never-ending quest for eye candy. The dresses are so frilly and girly~ heart
