Okay... either I'm not as rusty as I thought or am having a really good day. Then again, try-outs have just started. She winced as the bludger she aimed at Toby slammed into his back and she saw the pain on his face. Yeah, Toby wasn't going to be someone she targeted again anytime soon. There was plenty of others to target and by her calculations it was highly unlikely that Toby or her would even make reserves considering the turn out for beaters-or they wouldn't if everyone else played to their full potential and there was no overwhelming reason not to put them on the team. Keith had made another swing this time at Crash. Leo shook off the hit by the bludger Ronna had aimed quite valiantly. And Cameron swung to aim a bludger at Keith but it looked like he missed and the bludger hit Cameron. It actually surprised her because Cameron generally was a good beater but even the best beater had bad days. She frowned before considering the rest of the Gold team and her next move. Was she just having good luck playing when the other beater hopefuls weren't? She was the only one who had landed a hit as far as she was aware of. "Rosabella here catch!" she called out tossing her the quaffle. "Take the shot!" she shouted over to her hoping no one would take the quaffle from her in the mean time. His gaze settled on that second year Alexandria, who had been glaring at some poor first year, He didn't know their deal, but the possibility of her just being a mean person made him feel a little better at aiming at a younger girl, though he really shouldn't be worried about anyone's age or gender to begin with. So don't stress, don't cry, we don't need no wings to fly.THWACK! Cameron had missed the bludger that was coming straight for him by swinging a tad too early. A hand flew up and clenched the shoulder which had been struck by the ball. The boy spat out about twenty different curse words. What else was he to do after such a painful hit? After a taking a moment to recover, Cam had locked his eyes onto yet another bludger, and without thinking at who he was aiming at, decided to aim it towards Ronna.

Target found... though, it seems kind of wrong to aim at a first year. Noticing as the quaffle moved down the field in the hands of the gold team and Leonette passing it towards Rosabella, the first year, Ronna raised her bat and swung. She felt a bit bad aiming at a first year but playing quidditch it was an eventuality to get hit by a bludger, besides, there was no guarentee Ronna's luck at aiming and making hits would last.  Rosabella caught Leonette's pass and headed straight for the goal posts. Once she got close enough, the first year threw the quaffle as hard as she could. It was rather nerve wracking considering she was trying to score on her biggest enemy. Just as the quaffle escaped her grasp, a bludger slammed into her which caused the first year to cry out in pain. "Ow!" How was that part of the sport?

And it's not easy to be meFeeling the bludger hit his ribs wasn't a good sign he was doing well. In fact, quite the opposite. He wheezed through the hit, and glared at the offending ball. He then turned around and looked at the guy that just hit a bludger at him. Well, Tevye was just as much a target as he was, so he took aim at the boy with his bludger. Position: Gold Team Beater

 Alexandria had been paying close attention the game and the pitched when she noticed a bludger bludgeoning towards her from the corner of her eye. "What the-?" Instinctively, the second year lowered herself by several feet which caused the ball to miss. Dark eyes locked onto Tobias before she realized the chasers were making their way across to pitch towards her. When she noticed Rosabella was the one trying to score, Alex glared again but prepared herself to catch the quaffle. When it was thrown, the keeper lunged to the side.

 Location: Quidditch Pitch David was so close he could feel it only problem was so was Eun. He thought of how it thought last year to catch the snitch, how Remy believed in him even when she couldn't play. He had to prove he wasn't a mistake the year before and he was so close he could taste it. Status: Ready to fight my heart out. Okay... I'm pretty sure I'm the only one with good luck. She noted as the bludger made contact with the first year who Alex seemed to have some grudge against when she noted the bludger coming towards Alex. It was unlikely Ronna could stop the bludger but considering she hadn't been hit by some miracle yet it was worth the attempt. She dived forward to block the bludger when she paused noticing a bludger coming towards her and she managed a barrel roll dodging the bludger and glanced over to who aimed it and noticed it was Cameron and had missed her. She glanced over her shoulder, knowing that the other bludger Alex would have to deal with on her own-there was definitely no way she was going to get there in time. Alexandria huffed when the quaffle flew through one of the goal posts. Her little, mudblood step sister had actually managed to score on her?! The only thing that made this any better was the face of pain Rosabella had made when a bludger came into contact with her. "Told you to stay off my turf," she muttered under her breath as she passed the ball to Tanya.
