Ruby Rose The young women smiled to him before she took her sights on the army of robots that were coming there way, though she wanted to let this man take on his own battle so she put the blade of her Scythe into the ground and started send off a hail of bullets down the lines of robots to get their attentions set on her and not him which began to work as she put a full clip down their ranks putting down many, though it was still a small amount right now as they now began to focus their fire mostly on her many charging out right to strike her down which was bold but very stupid. As one got close to her she spun on her scythe then kicked in away from her then pulled the trigger using the recoil to send both her and the scythe to the hoard stabbing the blade right into one of the robots. She pulled the blade out then pulled the trigger and let the recoil of the shot spin her blade back cutting down a line of the robots. She would continue this while dodging the on coming fire. The Pegasus like robot glared down to the girl then took his focus back to the man in time to notice he blocked his attack and sent his own towards him and smirked to him. The lightning he had sent to him did in fact go straight for him but he soon absorbed it into his blades "fool you can not defeat me with my own element, I feed upon the very wrath any storm could throw at me" he said in a rather cocky manner, though it was true, he absorbed lightning and any form of electricity. He then charged toward the man and began to thrust his blades toward them charging them up to the point they began to glow brightly and arc off of each other.
Red like roses fills my dream and brings me to the place you rest.

The man suddenly started chuckling at the robot's cocky assumption that he couldn't defeat him with lightning, just because he could handle a few storms, yet those blades of his were literally some form of lightning on there own. Apparently he was from a world with no mages, because he didn't quite seem to realize what this mage had been doing when he was being attacked earlier. The robot was just lucky that this man didn't know a thing about robots or energy reactors, or this fight would have been over already. As it was, a little improvisation may be necessary, seeing as he had just kind of absorbed a lightning bolt. Now it was time to see how well he reacted to fire. The man raised a hand at the charging robot, and a thin little streak of red came out of it, aimed at and following the robot just like the kinetic bolt had followed the earlier robot. But it was just a thin stream of red flame, nothing super heated or anything. About the only odd thing about it was that, once it tapped into the robots chestplate, the tendril connecting it and the man vanished, and the fire kept burning in the air and on the steel of the robot. and it seemed to be pushing slightly on the plate. If it had connected by the time the plasma blades hit, then the robot would see what it was really for. If it hadn't, then Mornelith's secondary plan had to stand. If the fire was on Pegasolta, thing's were about to interesting. As soon as the plasma blades got to the magical defense field that had been previous deflecting it's magic and static cannons, the field did it's thing. It basically shunted any and all energy that hit it through a link to another source that could use, or be overcharged with, the energy. And in this case, that source was the tiny flame on Pegasolta's chest, so the instant the blades made contact with the sheild, the flame went from red candle flame to blaring white plasma-fire, with, as could be expected, the equivalent strength of both of the things own plasma blades. It would have been more if it was a pure transfer, thanks to the arcs between the weapons, but like everything else, this was not a loss-less process, and some of the energy faded into the ambient air during the transfer. Now, at this range and power level, it was a minuscule amount, but it was still notable and often could become problematic for lesser mages at long distances. Unfortunately, his plan if the blades hit without the fire on the robot was remarkably less in finesse. the blades would cut through the redirection sheild, and simply slam into and be forcefully bounced off of a blunt magic barrier. This tactic took a lot more power, but if it couldn't be helped it couldn't be helped. The man was extremly fit, like all mages from his world had to be seeing as there own bodies power was utilized in spellcasting from the weakest to the most powerful of mages. The redirection shield used little more energy then drawing power normally would, allowing a huge amount of power to be redirected for a far smaller cost then actually blocking it. This straight shield took far more energy. However, as the man had already gathered up and held a bunch of ambient power, as Pegasolta bounced off tha feild, a massive kinetic 'crystal' formed above him and slammed down on, or at, the unsuspecting robot. It had about the relative impact force of a large car falling on the thing. Maybe not a lot to the robot, but you never did know. ((Jeez Edge, I'm sorry it's been so long since I posted! I kinda got myself distracted, forgive me...))

Mermaid Princess Azura Why was it so easy to become deathly bored to her? There was no standing still for a moment, she'd quickly become bored or, while in some large city, ether chased out, or get irritated at a few many things she saw there. So, she had to keep moving. Why stop, anyway? It seemed she had no reason to stay in one place. So here she was.Taking a nice long walk in the plains...no where to go, nothing to do..but walk.....

One great change had come to happen only a few hours ago. While she was with her grandmother within the Kingdom of Serenity, as her infant self, the little one had suddenly vanished completely from Unisha's arms, causing a mass panic around the Kingdom. It all happened without warning, and no words to the Queen herself, or Emily's own mother for that matter. When she appeared again, she was inside the Kingdom of Heaven, the most holy location above Serenity where only certain Serenitians could enter. From there, Emily had undergone a massive change. It was as if only seconds had passed before she was suddenly no longer a infant, but instead appeared to be a young teenage girl no older then fifteen at least. The girl had long silvery-white hair, and fox-like ears, while the large fluffy white seven tails gave her quite the unique look! She definitely stuck out of the crowed. Crimson eyes blinked slowly, confusion was fully obvious in those innocent, lost eyes. Just below them, were two crimson like tattoo markings under them. Her clothing was elegant, fit for the young princess with what looked to be a kimono-like dress.
Now, she was brought back to the land after they had -tried- to explain a little of what happened to her, who she was, and what she was to do. She really didn't understand any of it. Maybe in time she would? For now, her mind was completely lost and far to puzzled to even move from the spot she was now sitting in. A nice green patch of grass, out in the middle of....no where? Well! That was nice to be 'dropped off' at in such a state. "........" A;; she could do was look around, and see the world as she never did before, there was a lot of things to learn.....

Drako Constantine "Don't run away from living! That's an order!!" Emily may hear shuffling behind her, as suddenly a squadron of Kaijin troops gathered behind her, looking to be in formation together as some of them knelt, crouched, and stood with their firearms aimed at her. With Kaijin's knowledge, one could only guess why they saw this girl as a threat. Perhaps they knew something she didn't know. But with no words said, they readied to their weapons to take out the threat before it became one... That was, until something fell from the sky faster than a speeding bullet. Crashing into the ground on the outside of the group, the man stabbed his lance into the ground adjacently to the group, and suddenly flames shot out from under them, incinerating them instantly. A few of them screamed, but they dropped only moments later. The man, who used his ultimate Jump move, Dragonfire Dive, then stood, turning to face the girl. His ears gave a slight twitch, before he waved at her. "...Heya," He said, putting the lance on his back. "You shouldn't be out here by yourself... Uh, do you have a parent or someone nearby I could take you to?" The mysterious man with animal ears and a wolf tail asked her. "How old are you?" Not that she looked like a little girl, per se, but she certainly didn't seem a warrior. (( OoC: ))

Emily's right ear twitched slightly, as she slowly turned her head a bit to what she thought she heard. A nice little test of her ability to sense things, though, maybe not quite fast enough! She would have to work on that. What she saw was a lot of men, holding strange things that seemed to be pointed at her. She had no idea what danger she was suddenly in! "...." There was a strange feeling that came over her though, and she found herself clutching one of her large fluffy white tails.to herself as if that was her own source of security. Obviously, she was a bit afraid of all the strangers surrounding her.
Then, came the sudden crash into the ground by another figure, while it was just one figure and very strangely dressed at that to her eyes, he put those men to a quick end before they could do the job they were attempting.
The silvery-white haired girl's crimson eyes settled onto the dark armored man, as her grip on her tail began to loosen, for what ever reason she wasn't so afraid of him after what he just did! Finally, she began to get to her feet, which was a tiny struggle at first, Back when she was still just a baby, she did start to walk a little, but almost always fell. Her new teenage body would have a bit to get used to yet. Still, she was able to take a few steps toward him, her many seven bushie tails swishing behind her slowly. "..F...Friend?" She managed to get out. Only few words she knew, and those were mainly what Azura and Unisha had taught her. Oh, poor Unisha. When she found out the truth one day, she might be pretty devastated!
Pointing up at the sky, she really was trying to say the Serenitians in the Kingdom of Heaven, though, of course he wouldn't get that! "They..say ...Emily..." Well, this was going a little better then the serenitians might of expected it to go. Though at his last two questions, she just kind of stared at him, blinking cutely. She was still so very lost! "Old? " She asked him, then with another step closer, he would feel his ears suddenly poked as she reached up to the animal-like ears, much like her own! Then she saw the tail and suddenly her expression went from greatly confused, to beaming! "Daddy! " Before he could get a chance to become the next confused victim, he was the victim of a sudden hug as she leapt at him, if that wasn't a shocker enough, she began to lick his face! It was clear now, she was far more in her animal-instincts, then her human-like form.

Drako Constantine "Don't run away from living! That's an order!!" "Er..." Drako was a bit confused. The girl looked at least fourteen, yet he felt like he was talking to a child suddenly. How terribly odd. "...Yeah, friend. I want to help you, but I need to know more about you first." The Miqo'te then looked up at the sky, as she pointed up there. "...Er, clouds?" He chuckled a bit. "Had a run-in with Cloud Strife, did'ja?" ...How odd that he actually knew that person. "Watch out. That hair of his is sharper than my Gae Bolg." That obviously being the name of the lance he had on his back. Of course, the girl probaly would have no idea what he was talking about. Then suddenly, she called him daddy? ...What? "Er, I think you're-" He gasped a bit as the girl suddenly lept at him, which he was able to catch her, before she began to lick his face. Well. This was taking a turn down weirdo alley pretty fast. Then again, he had seen stranger things. "A-alright!" He said, holding her away from his face, blinking in confusion. "I'm PRETTY sure I'm not your daddy... But I guess if you think I am, then you must not remember who your parents are..." That was... unfortunate. "Guess I can't really just let you waltz around on your own without any sort of knowledge, huh? Though, I'm not much more intelligent than you when it comes to this world. I'm not from here, you know." He began to think for a moment. "...Hey, you hungry? I'm starving. How about I go find us something to eat? You know, I'm quite a fisherman if I do say so myself...!" He gave the girl a bit of a grin, before he held her close and lept through the air, using a Dragoon's natural Jumping prowess to go through the air in speed that would make Cid Highwind cry.
Once the two had made it to a river, he put her down, turning away from her. After wiping his face off from any MYSTERIOUS SALIVA that just HAPPENED to SPAWN on his FACE, he summoned a fishing rod, grinning. "Now, watch and learn little one." Not that the girl was much younger than he was. He placed bait on the rod, before casting the lure out into the ocean. Quite a good throw, if he does say so himself. Which he would. "Now, we wait for a bite... Then, I pull on this here rod and the fish flies out of the water! Pretty exciting, huh?" He chuckled a bit, glancing back at her as he said it. (( OoC: ))

The more he spoke, the more it seemed she would only become more confused. Azura never mentioned the name of Cloud Strife, so it didn't really hit her.Certain names, if they were said she would show some reaction to. His just wasn't one of them! Then, after she had jumped at him and those playful, affectionate animal instincts began to kick in, he was quick to stop her licking attack. She didn't seem hurt by it,though. Instead she just tried to cuddle up to him while he was trying to hold her away. The poor guy! He may soon regret saving her! Ah, but then. He said a magical word she did know. "Fish..! Fish..friends." He may not get what she really meant by that, though sure enough, soon, he would learn and probably not in a fun way ether! And before she could try to say anything else, she was held closer, and soon in the air with him. This was something she was not used to, or had ever experienced before for that matter.
Finally as they landed and he set her down, Emily staggered a little. Apparently speeding through the air had a interesting affect on her! But it passed very quickly and soon she was sitting there on the ground, watching him with interested eyes. If he looked at her, he would see her ears perk up a little, and her tails swishing as if she were suddenly excited about something..
That something, was what was under the water. Thank goodness the waters weren't completely clear, otherwise he might see the shadowy figure of something large under it. suddenly, he would feel a tug at the line, it seemed stronger then some random small fish, and it couldn't be a shark, due to the strange pattern of pulls. It would become stronger, until all the mysterious 'creature' below used all of it's strength to pull the line as hard as she could, intending to pull the man into the water!

Drako Constantine "Don't run away from living! That's an order!!" "Yeah, fish... friends? Okay. Yeah, friends that we eat. No big, right? That's totally what I do to most of my friends," the man was obviously being sarcastic, as he wasn't exactly a cannibal. "Don't worry--we'll find your parents soon. But I figure we can't work on an empty stomach, right?" Because the girl seemed so worried about it right now.
After Drako had cast his line into the water, he took a seat, as fishing (typically) took time and patience. But one could definitely enjoy the calm, tranquil waves while they awaited a catch. "Ah, now isn't this nice? Just-" Then, a sudden spastic tugging on the line. That was fast. Standing now, Drako yanked on the line, though it was only yanked right back. "Ah! Damned fish..." He kept pulling, but he was only losing ground here. This fish could very well be stronger than he was. ...Or it was the fact he didn't realize just what was on the other side of the line. He gave one last, valiant pull of the rod, before he was thrown into the waters himself. Well, that was an unexpected turn of events. Quickly regaining his composure, he caught sight of... Well. He wasn't sure. A woman with... Oh! This must be one of those mermaids... He didn't know they existed. Drako blinked, unsure of how to react to this. He wasn't sure whether to run, reach for his lance, or attempt to get a second date out of the encounter. (( OoC: ))

Mermaid Princess Azura
If Drako had heard any tales of mermaids, it might come to him that they were said to kill men, and some even eating them after they were dragged down to the dark depths of the ocean. And others, entranced in the siren voice of the beautiful mermaids of the sea.Though it just happened to be, those were the very stories she hated to hear of. It was so insulting to her kind! Sure, there were bad mermaids, but in other worlds, like some she had met in this world that, like most of the world travelers, mermaids from other worlds were appearing here as well. None of which were actually good. Swimming closer to the armored man, she was actually a bit surprised he was able to keep from sinking in such heavy looking armor! Grabbing onto his arm, she decided a small scare miiiight keep him from thinking about going fishing for a while as she suddenly pulled him down a little. "Are you like the others? Those humans that take the lives of living creatures for sport? If you mean to take a life, you best make the most use of the life you take away. " While her voice was stern, and quite serious for a chance, as soon as her point was made she swam him back to the surface, to the edge where he could climb back out of the water.
Next, she seemed to be doing the very same. Her form giving off a faint blue glow before returning to human. "Hmph..Have you ever tried sticking a hook in your mouth? I'm very sure it isn't pleasant! " Blinking, she glanced to Emily, all the while having no idea who she was...Yet.

Drako Constantine "Don't run away from living! That's an order!!" If Azura thought it was a good idea to scare a man in this armor, with such a weapon on his back, she was about to get a good scare herself. Drako was something of a flirt, it was true, but as soon as he began to get pulled down into the water, the fun attitude was no longer present. He knew he couldn't breathe underwater, obviously, and he only had a limit oxygen supply before he ran out and drowned. This was no laughing matter--his journey would not end here, courtesy of an admittedly beautiful siren of the sea. His eyes went from his usual, somewhat carefree and friendly look, to serious and determined. He instantly drew his Gae Bolg, the axe part near the end clicking into place just before the pointed end (as it was obviously a lance) as he reared it back, about to strike it out to stab the mermaid's heart, when the two of them went up to the surface. Upon reaching the surface, he realized the mermaid didn't have any ill intentions, and felt rather bad about almost skewering the fish. Knowing Azura, it probably wouldn't have killed her, but of course he didn't know that. When he climbed back to the surface, onto his hands and knees, he looked up to see... the very same mermaid there standing over him. She was, perhaps, the most lovely sight his eyes had ever beheld. Her beauty surpassed that of even Kan-E-Seena's and her physical appeal (especially in that outfit) was astronomical. It was at that very moment that the Dragoon decided that whatever this girl said was the truth and was correct, and he wouldn't argue at all. So, he was mistaken to fish. It was a horrible thing! So, staying there on his hands and knees, he lowered his head to the beautiful mermaid. "I-I'm sorry! I totally never considered it that way.... Please, forgive me! I'll never do it again! I was wrong...!" one might think this would hurt his pride, but his pride could stand any sort of blow as long as it meant possibly getting a date with a beautiful girl. ...Not that he had ever gotten one before, but that was different! Mermaid Princess Azura One hand to wonder if she really thought that move through.Knowing her, though, she probably did and wasn't to afraid about it. She was just that good at escaping dangerous situations of all kinds, even ones she brought on herself! Only it was this one single time, she actually didn't see him rearing back that large, scary weapon. She was to busy swimming him back up to the surface. After they had gotten back to land, and she had changed forms, returning to human once more, she rarely took her eyes off Drako as he sat there on the ground on his hands and knees. To her surprise, he seemed to give in to what she said. This never happened to her before! ("Wow...This is...different!" ) She thought to herself, trying to hide the small giggle that was trying to creep up on her. How would he take her seriously if she was giggling about it! "T-That's right! Just keep that in mind next time! " She said, placing her hands on her hips as she stood there trying her best to look intimidating! She didn't seem to notice the white haired fox-girl suddenly start to move, she was already sitting there, Emily was already sitting down, so leaning forward, she too got to her hands and knees, lowering her head a little mimicking Drako's actions to a T.
Azura blinked, looking at the many-tailed fox girl in confusion, though this time....she could not stop it.The giggling fit came on suddenly, which caused Emily's ears to twitch as she looked to her curiously.

Drako Constantine "Don't run away from living! That's an order!!" Drako almost laughed a bit to himself. This mermaid was so believing! It worked to his advantage quite well. And indeed, he had the look that he had totally given in and would never do anything to cross her again. "Y-yes! Wh-whatever you say! I'll never hurt a fish again! Honest! Please have mercy...!" He said, lowering his head, which looked one way but the actual reason was to hide his silent laughter. Hook, line and sinker. ...No pun intended. He looked up, just to see her put her hands on her hips, which only made her look all the more attractive to him to be perfectly honest! "Ah!" That sounded scared, though it was really because his heart had skipped a beat at how breathtaking she was. Then, came when Emily mimed him totally. He blinked, then started laughing as well. It was quite hard to hold it in at that point. "Yes, that's right. We bow before beautiful girls. They're the true overlords!" He said sarcastically. Then, he turned his attention to Azura. "You know, she can't talk very well right now... But she wanted me to make a request to you. She said it in my mind, see," ironic that he would say that about a Serenitian without him knowing they could actually do that. "And you can't resist that cute face, can you? Let's see... She says... "Go on a date with Drako here, pwease? It would mean the wowld to me!"" Drako grinned. "That's me, by the way. Drako Constantine. I know it's weird, but hey, can you resist those eyes?" Obviously the girl hadn't spoken into his mind to say that, but Azura would likely pick up on that too. He was just using it as a way to get a date with the blue-haired beauty. (( OoC: ))

Mermaid Princess Azura Azura blinked curiously, was she really that scary? He looked far more terrifying with all that wicked armor and killer weapon strapped at his back! "Hee,hee..You must think i'm going to drag you out to sea and eat you.. !! " It was funny, which was strange considering she always got so insulted when anyone so much as joked about such things. "What do you think I'm going to do to you? " She asked with a soft laugh. Then, after the fox-girl had mimicked him so well, she couldn't help but notice a few things about them. While the hair was different in color, there were great resemblances which made her think."Your daughter is so cute...Trying to copy her daddy? " She could obviously tell the girl didn't look like a little child, but instead it was easy to think she might of had a disability, and was a little slow, and of course this was not something she would joke about or say anything rudely about which is why she was being so playful about it, to boost the girls cheerfulness. Which she did, as Emily's tails were swishing away and a tiny giggle came from her. "You both look so alike, too..The markings, ears and tail..How cute! " Oh, what a shocker it would be soon enough. At what Drako said next, Emily started to giggle. She was rather happy! And then, came his sudden and wonderfully shocking pick up line. Waiting tell he had finished his obvious but ever so cute lie, Azura finally reacted by simply kneeling to the ground in front of him, and rather closely at that. "Hmm? You tried to fish up one of my little friends, I give you a great scare, and now you are asking me on a date? " She said, though there was a small, playful smile playing at her lips. "Hmmmmm....." She glanced back to Emily, before again returning her attention back who she now knew as Drako Constantine. "Oh, gosh...Your right..I can't resist that cute face..Or this one.." She then reached out a hand to rest softly on the side of his cheek as she leaned ever so close to him, their faces just inches apart. "Okay!" Then, with a sudden giggling fit, she leaned back and lowered her hand from the side of his face. Then, it hit her. She still hadn't even said her name! "O-oh.." A faint blush crept up upon her features. "Azura!" Well, she said that rather excitedly. "...I mean i'm Azura..Wonderful to meet you, Drako.." Then she had to add a playfulness to that end. "Even with our most unique meeting.." She giggled again.
