Character: Inara Ojima Technique Name: Tendril Thread Rank: X [E-S] Type: Kugutsu - Bloodline Element: Maruton Description: Inara extends a tendril to control a puppet similar to the way that the Chakra Thread technique is used to control such tools. Upon making contact with a puppet, the Tendrils will release small threads made of the same material as the larger tendril. Unlike regular puppets which are controlled via hand movements, these puppets are controlled via chakra waves that originate at the base of the spine, meaning that Inara can control these puppets with her mind, so long as the Tendril is in contact with the puppet. The max amount of puppets he can control via this technique per chakra cost is as follow: E Rank: 5 D Rank: 10 C Rank: 15 B Rank: 20 A Rank: 25 S Rank: 30
Additionally, every number above her class allocated max gives her a slight penalty in her reaction time.
Technique Name: Seal of the Heart Rank: C Type: Fuuin - Genjutsu Element: Description: Inara carves the kanji of ‘heart’ [心] into the targeted puppet. This seal can store up to 75 chakra points. What the seal does, is that once the puppet is summoned or released for battle it envelops them in chakra, causing them to look like what they are based off, this making them seem as a summoning, not as a puppet. This seal consumes a single chakra point per post. This seal, while active, makes those that see the puppet not be able to see the threads/tendrils controlling the puppet.
Technique Name: Mask of the Heart - Process of the Living Puppet Rank: B Type: Kugutsu - Bloodline Element: Maruton Description: After the extraction of a heart from a target, Inara ensures to maintain a portion of the target’s chakra and stamina [half] into a heart, then, this heart is added not into Inara, but into a puppet, allowing the same process that occurs with Realization of the Heart to happen within the puppet, giving the heart full control over the puppet. While being in combat, the heart must pay 5 chakra per post, if the heart reaches 0 chakra, or Stamina, the heart withers and the tendrils that control the puppet are destroyed. The heart carries half of the original owner’s technique slots pertaining to his main class, this number is always rounded down.
Technique Name: Stiff Tendril Rank: X Type: Bloodline Element: Maruton Description: Inara hardens a clump of her tendrils by adding chakra on to them, they become sharp as spears as well as hard enough to take a hit and are strong enough to pierce a D Rank defense. It costs 5 CP per 5 Trendrils to activate this ability. It does not require handsigns; to heighten the strength of the tendrils, twice the amount of chakra has to be paid per rank (10 Chakra for C Rank, 20 Chakra fo B Rank, 40 Chakra for A Rank and 80 Chakra for S Rank)

Technique Name: Iron Sense Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Iron Sand Description: An extension of his innate clan abilities with an active and passive component. Passively, Axel is constantly sensing the area [10 feet] around him for metal components that can be transformed into Iron Sand. By paying chakra, Axel is able to send a pulse of his chakra, upon hitting something that can be transformed into Iron Sand, his chakra bounces back, painting an image in his mind of the area around him; every chakra point used is a meter which the chakra travels (ex. 1 CP = 5 feet, ). Upon learning the Gold Sand method and Stone to Sand, this ability is upgraded to correspond to their individual components.
Technique Name: Stone to Sand Rank: X Type: Ninjutsu Element: Iron Sand Description: Having experienced the helplessness of not having Iron Sand readily available, Axel created a method to transform stone into thin grains that are compatible with his Iron Sand, using Raw Chakra instead of simple magnetism to control it. The substance created in this method is regarded as Iron Sand when interacting with other techniques. It requires 2 posts per rank to magnetize the stone so it can be compatible with Iron Sand;

Character: Kaori Raigyo Technique Name: Daiyamondorōtasu [ Diamond Lotus ] Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Raigyo Bloodline Description: This lotus is permanent, but holds no real emotions within it upon creation. It can be infused with any emotion that the user wishes, and it will hold that emotion until it is used, or replaced, but the flower, even after use, is still there, just can't be used again until it has been infused with more emotion. It takes one post to create the lotus, then it takes another post to infuse it with an emotion. Once used, it takes a two post cool down before it can be infused with another emotion. Takes an S-rank to create, but only a D-rank to activate. Kaori would be immune to the effects, since her chakra created it, but everyone else around her would feel the effects of whatever emotion is used. The effects last 10 posts. Cannot be created in battle, must be prepared before hand, can four at a time. Must be prepared outside of battle. Examples of emotions: Fear, love, lust, depression, hopelessness, hate, anger, calm, sadness, apathy. To combine emotions, Kaori must activate two or more flowers at one time. Example: Anger/Sorrow requires two flowers.

Character: Kaz Mugen Technique Name: Rasenshogun Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Wind Description: This technique works much like the wind Rasengan. In fact it is required to learn this technique. By pushing two Rasengans with each hand and reversing the spin of one of them so that they are spinning in opposite directions. This will cause the two to create a large destructive force the closer you push them together. Once the two are touching it will be creating a typhoon like wind that some without high senses of balance can be thrown from the force alone. This attack can be used in a few ways to assault the opponents. Rasenshogun can be thrown: If this attack is thrown it will cause massive wind waves all around the two Rasengans spinning around eachother as they move forward. After ten yards this attack will explode without the aid of the users chakra. Causing violent wind out in all directions of the blast. This also occurs if the attack would hit a solid object or target. Rasenshogun can be merged: Doing this is highly dangerous even to the user. This causes the blast to explode in their palms. They are not as effected as those around them but it will cause a blast strong enough to even send the user flying. Used in a last resort fashion. Rasenshogun can be seperated: By throwing the attack the user can control the rotation of the two techniques and when desired during the path it travels can make a tearing like motion with both of their arms outward causing the two to blast outward. This is used should a target evade the attack. B rank violent wind to erupt outward in the direction the user darted their arms. (Can only do this in up to 2 directions)

Kaori can create up to four of these lotuses at any one time. It takes an S rank amount of chakra to create one lotus, and then it can only hold up to half of her natural chakra within the blossom . This can only be used twice in battle, and must be filled outside of battle. At the point of use, the flower is crushed by the user, and the whole amount of chakra currently stored in the flower at the moment of use is then absorbed into the user. Once used, there is a 5 post cool down before the user can use another lotus.

Odorikuruu [ Dance In Ecstasy ] This technique would bypass the current resolution on Descriptive Rankings, wherein D.R.s from other styles cannot interact or stack with those from others.
Also, in the case of Self-Korabo, while this is generally possible in the case of Ninjutsu being formed and spent alongside each other, by molding the collaborative chakra forces around each other, the physical nature of Buki and Tai generally limit this a little more. Just because two sword swings or styles of punch/strike share a similar stance or a swing pattern doesn't mean that one can force the muscle pattern or physical form behind it to shift and flow together, increasing the overall force. All are thrown from a base form.
Now, combining Complex or spiritual effects into each other may be a good match, but, also like standard korabo and self-korabo, instead of granting a doubled D.R. increase, I would limit this to the standard Korabo bonus of +1 Rank above the Highest Rank initially applied.
I like the implications of Kyoushin, but it needs some resolutions. Such as the permeation factor to it. This needs to be stated whether it sets a simple continuing effect, with a matching upkeep, or a singular use, if you enter x-area, you fall into said effect.
Officially, I also want to tie this into the traps system, since it falls into the ability to set up fields, using the bells. But, in the same fell action, I disagree with it gaining an additional 5 yard range from bell to bell per rank above B rank, as, where it stands, you're getting 30 feet base at anything up to B Rank, A would net you 35 foot diameter, etc, but then any chain of bells, makes the fields possible truly catastrophic in range. Take a bit of time to address these and represent this, and I'll be glad to readdress this again.
Also, I would ask that you quantify what you mean by more 'real' in the case of Genjutsu.

Denied:
Pending an update of the Custom Bloodlines, I am putting this technique as a denial because of the following conflict of techniques. It conflicts with the Ueru Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Planting the Soul ] technique of the bloodline, and in fact, is a more powerful form of the technique, for a lesser cost. While, Planting the Soul requires Double Casting the technique to create any complex emotions, the Diamond Lotus can store complex emotions for a single creation cost and a D-ranked storage cost. While it requires using multiple uses to apply multiple emotions in a sequence, and cannot be created in combat, the flower itself is a perpetual medium, which itself, seems to bypass a large part of the bloodline itself.
It does well by attempting to limit itself, but, the other techniques of this style that have post limits often have some hazardous effect when used for prolonged times, such as Shimeru Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Strangling the Soul ] which deprives the effected of consciousness, then ultimately makes them suicidal.

Character: Inori Uzuriha Technique Name: Mizu Sojuu: Water Manipulation Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Description: This jutsu was one that Inori develiped not out of interest but more out of need and practicality than anything. The basics of this jutsu is that it allows her to use her chakra to condense the water in the air into a usable medium for her jutsu. This method allows her to use her suition jutsu without the need for a large pool of water nearby.

This resonates with the other focus points in the area amplifying the users abilities further when it comes to throwing projectiles or weapons and sharp strait thrust attacks. (Slight increase to speed, strength and accuracy with these attacks for each local Focus point active.) This causes the chakra to glow a yellow aura around the user, the more focus points the greater the glow. The duration of the technique is a 6 posts. This also increases the rank of thrown weapon techniques and thrusting techniques by 1 rank. (regardless of the amount of focus points)

Type: Taijutsu/Bukijutsu Element: Maruton Description: Chōumei as a performer and a devote practitioner of the Shinto faith has developed her fighting style to act as not only a way to defend herself but as a show to appease her gods. The more powerful and passionate her attacks the greater her resolve is shown to appease the local Kami. Using her style of dance and the concept of Karabo Chōumei has developed her own personal form of "Physical Karabo", but more over its self initiated karabo that's drawn out through her impassioned movements from taijutsu/bukijutsu techniques churning and fusing the chakra of her techniques to create a more potent resulting attack. Working across styles as they maybe fused in movements to invoke the mix of chakra about herself or her weapon when using complex or spiritual taijutsu/bukijutsu Chōumei increases the rank of a technique +1 full rank and causes it's effective description to be altered in range, effects, observant flare (such as it's appearance or intensity), and combined results are near impossible to be copied seeming as muddle they break the source of rhythm the initial techniques had to begin with making them an unpredictable resource when facing the range of combinations Chōumei.
• When performing an "Odorikuruu" Chōumei is mixing specifically the spiritual side of the techniques; meaning she pays the chakra cost of both complex or spiritual jutsu but only the stamina cost of the most taxing of the two jutsu if it's applicable. [i.e: Complex slash A cost 10Stm+20Chak, Complex slash B cost 20Stm+40Chak= Odorikuruu'ed slash C costs only 20Stm+60Chak.] • The rank of the jutsu is relatively increased by +1 rank of the most powerful technique in the combination. • Chōumei can only ever combined up to two or three techniques, though this doesn't increase the rank increase it does layer on the effects of the jutsu since jutsu performed through Odorikuruu are considered a single activation and the subsequent supporting jutsu in the mix are supplementary.

Well, in actuality Chōumei the fanatic shrine disciple and performer has developed a unique Genjutsu chakra-trap that echoes and permeates vibrations of chakra through her feet into the ground and out into the air or any medium that sound or chakra may travel over to correspond with a set medium creating a bounded domed field in her environment; by design she uses the bells in "Suzu Senbon no Genkaku" [ Illusion Bell Needles ] (but it can work with other mediums). The lucid physical and meta-physical aura of ying & yang Maruton chakra allows her genjutsu when cast through performing (dancing) or playing music to be felt and heard due to the resonance of the vibrations she creates in an invisible dome, so as long as one is with in the area of effect she designates and builds with the bells needing no more than 4 to create a 10 yard diameter her genjutsu can reach you as if she'd "touched" you directly.
The effects of the genjutsu's remain the same and cost the same, but the kai [release] cost to ones self raises by half, and the resonating chakra raises the influence of genjutsu's making them seem more "real"; Real as in the transition of ones current perception of reality into the illusion are smoother. As if your life was flawlessly video edited into a horror story. I.E. A person using a cloning Genjutsu will seem to physical splice the clone out of them selves and they may seem to retain actual mass and effect the environment to all five sense but their effective inability to harm you is not changed just the belief they're able to create in the mind that they could hurt you is shockingly more visceral. • This jutsu consumes an activation, but is not considered an active Genjutsu, but rather a primer for others. Where in "Suzu Senbon no Genkaku" with in the scope of this Jutsu also becomes simply a primer and set up when four senbon bells (or other mediums) are arranged to four corners of a perimeter. • This jutsu once arranged is triggered with an initial shock-wave of chakra of vibration given off by Chōumei's instrument or dance move to trigger the trap once someone has entered the set area with her inside or at a distance from her as long as her musical notes reaches on of the bells at the edge traps perimeter. • Though activation cost a B-rank [40 chakra] of points due the intensity shock needs to have to begin resonating, from there on the sound continues to echo with in the trap field and requires only a D-ranks [10 chakra] of points to persist the effective intensifying elongating effect on her genjutsu, becomes supplementary in following post at lower cost. if there is no stop to her dancing or playing music.
