'Mmm' was all he replied for now. He felt uptight, slightly stressed, something he wasn't used to. He slipped his shirt over his head, dropping it onto the ground. His trousers followed with a clank of belts on the hard slabs. He stetched his lithe form out, pushing his long black hair back from his face as he came to the edge of the pool.

He dipped a foot in slowly, then a leg, then slithered down onto one of the ledges under the slightly chalky water. A sigh slipped out of him as he felt the warm water enclose his body and he closed his eyes over for a brief moment.

"S'been a while since I've been in here" he commented.

"Alright, kid, I'm moving as fast as I can." Nyxa nearly tripped over her own two feet, Luc right behind her barreling through the door of the Centre. Luc was all fired up to leave a hand-written note for his friends on the corkboard located there, and he was in an all-fired hurry to get it done.

"Move, move!" Almost too impatiently his sturdy body moved past hers, a small hand pointing upwards towards the corkboard's location. He hefted his letter up, "Put it there."

Doing as he asked, Nyxa reminded him of their agreement. "Now you promised, Luc, that we'd bathe if I put up this letter." Sure, it might seem harsh, but the kid didn't really like water and like any normal child, bath was a four-letter word.

Luc grunted, "Yeah, I know." Assuring himself that the note was secured, he read it once more just to be sure it was understandable.



That being done, he headed down the corridor to the springs, Nyxa in hot pursuit. Ahhhhh, a bath. Luc paused at the door before shoving it open and entering the bathroom. He didn't pause as he moved into the hotsprings room, Nyxa fumbling along behind him.

Luc screeched to a halt as he slid into the actual room that housed the hotsprings. Nyxa hadn't yet made it through, instead pausing to collect towels and other whatnots before she moved in to the hotsprings.

Peering at the other Aerandir, there were a few things that struck Luc as familiar. He wasn't going to worry about them at the moment, instead the boy crept backwards a few inches. He wasn't too fond of water, and the other Aerandir was sopping wet. "Hi." He remained cautious, merely raising a small hand in a slight wave. A slight frown wrinkled his forehead as he brought his raised hand to brush back his shock of red hair, "D'I know ya?" He did remember the boy from the Halloween party, was this Osu? He thought it was, but it'd never been confirmed, really.

At this point, Nyxa made her entrance into the hotsprings. Peering over a mountain of towels, she eyed the goings-on with raised brows. A grin toyed with her lips as she peered at the men in the water, "Mmm, what's cooking here?"

Osu looked at Lucius curiously as the other Aerandir took a slight step back from him. Was something wrong..? Then, the other kid waved at him. Ah, it must be ok then!

Beaming, he cheerfully replied to Lucius. "Dunno. I seen you at the Hall'ween thingy.. but I think I seen you before... maybe. I don't 'member..." Frowning for a moment, Osu tried to puzzle this out. He had this definite feeling that he should know this Aerandir... but he just couldn't place it. After a moment, he shook his head slightly, deciding to leave it. Maybe he'd remember later.

"But I'm Osu!" He grinned at the other boy. Maybe he'd want to play! After a moment, Osu's cheerful smile turned a little curious again. There was a funny noise... one he hadn't heard before. What was that rumble?

Allowing the two kids to get on with their meet and greet, Ieyasu grinned at Nyxa as she entered from the bathroom, remaining seated chest-deep in the warm water.
"Hey there. How's it going, Nyxa?" Just as he had finished speaking, he heard a rumble and the surface of the pool started to ripple.
"Woah.. that's not normal.."

Alyosha leapt out of the baths swiftly, almost tripping on the edge. He streaked past Nyxa and headed for the main body of the centre. "You two, follow me, now!" he barked as he dissapeared into the bathrooms.

He grabbed the first towel he could find - a pink fluffy number - and wrapped it around his waist, tucking it tightly so it would stay. "ACIA" he called. The earth spellweaver would surely know what was going on, it was her speciality afterall. No sign. s**t.

He called her name as he walked into his apartments. She wasn't there. Whipping around he was about to make his way back into the main body of the centre when he head the radio unit chirp behind him.

"Coming, coming" he muttered. "Oh.. Anthony" "Yes, it's happening here too." "Look don't worry, get them all into the lodge, asap, I'll use the sat equipment to see if the University can send us any data." "I'll get them to relay it to you too, yes, keep an eye on your laptop." "Best idea to shut of the power supplies, yeah... I'll do that here too" "Out"

He fired up the gizmo he had from the university. It was like a laptop, but linked directly into the sattellite transmitter and reciever which was housed above them on the Cetalu roof. "Rumbling... information, please.. asap..." he muttered quietly to himself as he sent the request off via the Ganymede AE-34 geo-sat. He used this link mainly for data and supply orders. He hoped that someone would pick up his request at the other end. For some reason he had a feeling that the rumbling, which had now ceased, was not the end of the matter.

As Alyosha flashed past Nyxa, Ieyasu vaulted out of the pool, following the other kitsune's lead. Reaching for the towel that he'd left by the side of the pool, he realised that it was sopping wet. Ah, dammit. He thought he'd left it far enough away as well.

Somewhat disconcerted by the rumbling, and Alyosha's extremely quick exit, he decided it would probably be best to follow the order the other kitsune had given. Keep the kids with them as well - make sure they were safe. Whatever it was that was going on. It was never good when the ground started moving about.

Wrapping the soggy towel around his waist - he was soaking wet anyway, so it wasn't like it made much of a difference - he headed over to the two kids and Nyxa.

"Come on guys. We need to go now," he said casually. It wouldn't do to scare them afterall. Leaving a trail of wet footsteps, he followed Aly through into the centre.

"Luc!" Osu was ecstatic as he realised who he'd been talking to. "I missed you! We need to play and stuff!!" He giggled delightedly. The earth was moving too. This was fun! "Cool! It's all shaky!"

As Yassu approached, Osu's expression changed to one of disappointment. "Aw.. do we have to?" He wanted to play in the pool again... But oh well.. at least he had Luc. He turned back to the other Aerandir. "Coming!?" he asked, before turning to run after Yassu.

Fae had swiftly rushed into the Centre, her hair down and flowing around widley. She hadn't planned on going anywhere. Even the words passing through her mouth was mute to her own ears.

Pueblo clung to her guardian tightly, both arms and legs wrapped around. There was an abnormal pink color around her normally inquisitive eyes. Now- they were full of confusion and fright. With her cheek pressed against Fae's heart, all she could concentrate on was listening to Fae's gentle voice and hanging on tight. Her glossy eyes directed toward a crowd in hope.

Fae's satchel bounced on her hip, buldging, and looking uncomfortable. It was ignored. Her heart was already pounding and her mind was working fast. She had never had the responsability over a child before. Fae thought logically, but the abrute shake of earth had jived her memory. "Alyosha!" She breathed as she found a group of men. "What's going on?"

In between Alyosha's question and his own reply, Kiro realised a rather sodden Nyxa and a bewildered Fae had joined them. And if he hadn't been worried already, the tone of Alyosha's 'fretting' made him all the more worried. He crouched down to pick up Tsu, who was also picking up on the worry of the crowd and clinging to Kiro's leg a little tighter. The neko-jin hugged the little Aerandir as he answered the question.

"Just tell me what you want me to do."
