Kaori giggles, "Hey!" She grabs a pillow and starts hitting him with it, "You'll never winn!!!' She keeps hitting him, "OHMYGAWSH!!! I LOVE This SONG!"

Eon smiles at Martii, saying he has to go to the bathroom, and slips out of their room. He tells Kita, who is standing at the sink window, the same thing. He walks outside and goes behind the house. A few minutes later, as he starts walking back, two black wings come up behind Eon. His screams are heard, but only for a few seconds before the wings engulf him, and the next moment, he is gone, with only a few cursed and smoldering feathers as the only sign that he was there.

Kita looks at Martii for a moment, the words not sinking in, then she bolts down the stairs, where the others are. She pushes past them and stares at the feathers.
Kiki squints, then makes the moonlight angle towards the feathers and gets a better look. "Isn't that....." She tries to remember the name. "Casey!" she yelled, suddenly remembering. "Isn't that a few of Casey's feathers?" She bends down to touch the feathers to touch it, but Kita stops her.
"Don't. They have darkness in them. There's no telling what would happen if--"
All at once, everyone started arguing. Someone poked at another, someone poked back. Some swore, others blamed others.
All the while, Zanna's head was down, her brow furrowed. Suddenly, her head lifted, and she said, "Did you hear that?"
Slowly, everyone quieted down. The first thing they noticed was that everything stopped. There was no wind. No rustle of burned leaves. Nothing. Not even the creatures in the forest made a sound.
This was the first terror of the night.
And then they heard the second terror approaching.
Step...Step.....Step.....Crunch...Snap.....Step...Step....Step....
The sounds approach from behind the small group, and they all turn. There are different reactions as they see who is approaching. Some gasp. Someone's eyes goes wide.
Martii takes a small step toward Eon, but Kita grabs her arm.
"Look at his eyes."
Kiki bends the dimming moonlight to Eon's face, and almost everyone gasps as they see him.
Eon's eyes didn't have his pupils. All that was in his eyes were the hauntingly cold blue. Then Kiki tilted her light just so perfectly that they could see. They saw there were thin spider thread-like THINGS coming out of his spine. Kita figured they were embedded into his spine.
And then he smiled. It wasn't the smile everyone was used to. His teeth were like a shark's, and the front teeth were tipped with metal, to increase damage when he bit someone.
His lifeless eyes glittered as he hissed, "I got him."
Kita's eyes widen in horror. "Casey..." She flew into a rage. "HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO HIM?!" she screamed. "WHY DID YOU DO THIS TO HIM?? IS THERE A REASON FOR THIS?!" All the while, Eon just smiled.

Eon's head tilted, and he blinked slowly. With his voice overlapping with Casey's, he says, "Isn't it obvious, girl? I took him. I controlled him, as you are now seeing. Unfortunely, while Taking him means deceiving you, which didn't work, it means ruining Eon's eyes." Eon's smile faded, and everyone could almost see the real Eon coming back. But then the smile came back, along with the cold Casey that Eon was possessed by.
"Then tell me," Kita prompted Eon, taking a step towards him, "Why go through all this trouble for him? Like Martii said, why not go for her?"
Shard floated to the window, and he stared down at the small group. He said nothing, but took Kaori's hands in his, and sent out a soft but haunting melody into the minds of everyone.
"It was never about her," Eon said simply, "Or that Crystal." He tilted his head slightly again. "It was revenge. Had you not recognized me when I left that prison? I know you more than you know yourself." Then his eyes flickered. "So I answered your question. Now you answer mine. Can you, any of you, remember how you got here? What you did on that first day?"
Kita could remember that first day, though she questioned the memory hundreds of times before. Now it was slowly slipping from her, and that frightened her more than the Silence.
There was a shift of uneasiness as everyone else thought the same thing. Their memories were letting those first days go, right when they needed it the most. And they all knew it.
Eon nodded, as if already knowing what they feared to say. "I didn't think so." And with that, the strings in Eon twisted, and he turned. For the first time, Kita noticed that the cords twitched for him to move. But by the time she and the others came to realize this, an eerie fog had set in, and Eon had already vanished in it.
Zanna was the first to speak up. "Well, we know Eon's alive." All eyes turned to her. "And that he's a puppet. But where's the puppeteer?" No one spoke. "Exactly. So we need to do what we did before. Search."
Immanently, objections flew up.

((....i did. casey. did you NOT read what he SAID?! and sure. go with that idea. i have a feeling this whole guild is gonna die anyway, so, what the hell.))Shard watched Kaori go, feeling more and more empty as she left. He turned back to the others outside, watching silently, though he was creating an unfinished plan.

Shard jumped. "s**t WHERE'D YOU FIND THAT?!" he yelled, snatching the photo away from her. "HOLY CRAP I THOUGHT I BURNED THAT!!!" He suddenly exploded and left a :3 sign on the floor under him.

((o.m.g. sry for taking so long. my home comp got a virus so my parents got a laptop but it wouldnt get into the internet so my parents got another. heh.))
Shard appears behind Kita, smiling weakly at her, then ducks behind her as Kaori leaves the house.
Kita smiles at Kaori. "Whats going on Kaori?"

"Okay," she says and walks off, leaving hard behind.
Shard laughs awkwardly. "I'm a.....buisness saleman, nd I wanted to see if you wanted....um.... real-estate?"
