I'm not even sure Medusa knows what gender Chrona is.
Also, for all we know, Aelita was born Aaron and got genderswapped by Anemone. It's completely plausible...

Well, technically, Banana Phone should be Justin Law's theme song.
That's the song I've been imagining him listening to with those headphones for the entire manga.
