"Only somewhat? Not sure if I should be happy or not about that." Answers Eric within his thoughts. Well, at least he knew she had a weakness to the red wine. The divine magic was a given with the way she often kept away from Firin. He gave her a bit more time to enjoy herself before answering her. Her kicks must have been very strong to be felt from the outside with skin and a body like hers. "I'll get your answers on the others males another time. Should you be a good girl and continue not to take my soul." He said as he pokes at her fertile middle to get her attention back on reality. He knew she didn't want him to stop, but he had to before it got out of hand. The lancer was beginning to thinks she much preferred to be chained to him as her master instead of Roxanne right about now!

So the statuettes started their pregnancies? Interesting. Placing a hand to his Chin Max thought a moment. "Well it wouldn't be too much to ask if I could look at one of these statuettes?" he asked with a serious look upon his face. "I study runes, so if there are runes upon them I might be able to decipher them. Of course that's up to you and your companions. I figure idols that dangerous should be locked away." he pondered outloud to her. Mina seemed to be one with knowledge of magic, being a Candle Witch after all.

He blushed a little when she complimented his stew, as well as the large warlock who commented as well. It was hard to believe all the women were getting started on their pregnancies. Many of them looked about ready to pop out a litter or two. Max wondered about something else too. Looking at Mina his blush darkened a little. "Mina could you bare you belly a moment? If runes are involved you might have some on yours. The runes on your tummies and statues might be the keys to seeing how this blessing of a curse can be dealt with." it was a little awkward to ask that, and Scrillo just smiled shaking her head.

Glancing over towards the Succubus the scarf gave her a look of caution when both she and the Lancer seemed to glance in Max's direction while engaging in conversation. Hopefully Max wasn't the next target for the rotund soul stealing demoness.

The succubus shrugged. Testing your temperament is all. Your will is very strong, which makes it all that much more fun to play with... She answered, making a face at the scarf over Eric's shoulder. And as much as I would love to test that theory, I am of demonblood and the divine magic that empowers it is likely to have unpleasant results when touched by my kind. Perhaps you can trick her into touching it...

"Off with you Vor'dra, let Eric eat his food." Roxanne commanded, waddling up and offering Eric the bowl of soup she'd gotten for him. Offering the Eric a parting smile, the succubus waddled off into the carriage. "Sorry about that, I'd sorta forgotten about her."

"Oh come on, she's not that bad. She just takes some gettin' used to is all." Roxanne said, slowly taking in a couple spoonfuls of her own soup. "She was a tricky one to leash and master, but well worth the trouble she causes." Eclipse playfully nudges Roxanne with one of his heads as he begged for food.

Max blushed a little, seeing the fleshy orb appear. With her sitting down it seemed like she had eaten a couple large monsters whole. Bending down his hands gently touched her belly as he began to look for runes. Lifting it a little more when he spotted some near the top of her belly. "Aha! Here we go!" Max spoke with surprise letting one of his hands rest upon the side of her large pregnant tummy.

Focusing he began to study the symbols and blushed a little. "Oh wow...this rune here is...a sign for fertility. They're used all over the place in fertility goddess temples and shrines." he spoke guiding her hand with his as he took it and set it upon the rune. They all seemed to shimmer a bit, and both of them could feel the strong magic aura they gave. "This one over here...I think...stretches the womb. If all of you have this rune then you don't have to worry about popping...and this one here...hmmm....odd I've never seen this one before." he spoke growing serious.

Unlike the others the rune lightly pulsated with light when he touched it. A light blush fell upon his face as his hand suddenly felt warm. It began to glow and suddenly the image of the same rune was on the back of his hand! He blinked a moment staring at it as he removed his hand from the rune. "W-What just happ--ooh?" his other hand felt movement when there wasn't anymore. Rubbing the side of her belly his blush darkened.

The rune on his hand and the rune on her belly shined a bit. Max would have to look at them in his rune tome. Though now he oddly felt connected to her, meeting her eyes he glanced away shyly, was she feeling the same way? Max's hand gently massaged her rotunded tummy a bit as he smiled softly at it. "Your belly is cute by the way. It's so big and warm...I don't think you have to worry about what's growing in your womb...deep down I feel like everything will be ok." he spoke warmly feeling oddly close to her.

Was it the runes? Looking at the back of his hand he blinked. Taking a closer look he noticed one of the symbols had changed. Mina and Max had the same rune but one symbol was different. Very peculiar.

(She trapped his soul? Forgot that detail there. I imagine he has a phylactery like a lich does, that way he could finish his buisness no matter the time. It is his new body but we can figure something out.)
