  Entering the bunkers again for what felt like the first time in ages, Asphyxia made her way to her bed. She slipped off her clothes and changed into her pyjamas. Pulling her hair back into a pony tail, she revealed the new scar across her cheek that she gained from her fight. Climbing into the bed, she tugged the covers across herself, and went straight to sleep.

 Zaer dashed into the bunkers, scarcely believing her luck. Not a single zombie! The corridors where clean still... in fact for some strange reason it looked there hadn't been an outbreak. "Perhaps the undead should be given more credit where hygiene is concerned," she thought. She paused when she noticed Asphyxia. Zaer looked at her nervously... the covers prevented her from seeing Asphyxia clearly. Was she alive or a zombie?

Asphyxia shuffled around under the covers, and her arm flopped out, hanging over the side of the bed.

"Eep!" Zaer jumped in surprise. She crept closer until she was only a few centimeters away from Asphyxia's arm. Zaer examined it closely... looked normal enough. But better to make sure... Zaer quickly poked Asphyxias arm before backing away again quickly.

"That noise!" Zaer thought, looking around frantically. That slow, irregular walk... definitely a zombie. They'd got the Captain to? Zaer quickly ducked under the bed next to Asphyxia, praying she hadn't been spotted yet.

Still fast asleep, Asphyxia trapped Zaer in a hug, cuddling to to the girl.

*MK approached what he thought was movement, drawing near at a quicker pace, before tripping and landing face first several feet away. He didn't move right away, but just laid there*

Zaer squirmed uncomfortably for a few seconds not expecting that sort of reaction. She pushed away violently, scrambling out of the bed and backing away from both Asphyxia and Mk.

Subconsciously trying to cling onto Zaer, Asphyxia tumbled out of bed. 'Ow, ******** me.' She glanced up and noticed a scared looking Zaer, and an out cold MK. She looked back at Zaer, giving her a peculiar stare. 'You kill him?'

"N-not yet!" Zaer squeaked, relieved to hear Asphyxia speak. That was enough to convince her Asphyxia was still alive and well, for now at least. "Quick! We need to get out of here! Before he eats us!"

'What are you on about? Last time I checked, he ate normal food like the rest of us,' she giggled, and pulled herself up. She approached MK, and knelt down. Poking at his head, she went and sat on his back.

Mk certainly didn't sound like a zombie. Zaer hesitated, wondering if she could have possibly made some sort of mistake. "Um. Is... is everything all right?" she asked nervously, trying to get a grip on the situation. "No outbreaks or anything?"
