"I will hunt you down and destroy you." he said, turning away. he walked to his wife and kneeled next to her. he closed his eyes in concentration against his parched throat. "Honey, please go inside." he whispered.
"y-you can't let him have her!" she wailed.
Tom hugged her tightly and picked her up. "Come inside." he walked to the door. "if she's harmed i'll hunt you as well." he told Soma before disappearing in the house.

Soma snickered to himself and walked to his house. "Hmph, silly humans. He may be a vamp but he still thinks and acts like a human." When Soma got to his place he set Chloe down on his bed and got some smelling salts from his bathroom. "Alright lets see now." He used the smelling salts on Chloe to try and wake her up.

Chloe's eyelids flickered. she groaned and rolled over. she felt a sharp pang in her body as she turned over. "ugh..."

Chloe froze. she took account of her surroundings. she was on a bed, in an unfamiliar room. "What do you want?" she asked weakly. *at least i don't think he did anything to me...* she thought.

Chloe screwed her eyes shut. Like she didn't remember. how could she forget. she wanted to throw up. "Is he ok? did- did i kill him?" she asked hesitantly. *why did i ask, i don't want to know either way. i wish i was dead.... oh wait i am....*

Soma uncurled Chloe and kissed her deeply. "Calm down, now tell me what's wrong?"
