I'd just hold onto him.
Just say he is away on an extended classified mission or something.
I kind of took a break from rping..
I'll probably return sooner or later though.
If you want to replace him though, I would completely understand.

Hey.
Not that I think it would matter.
But if I were to create my shop in karakura town now that my profile was accepted...
Would that be okay? (Unsticky thread...or whatever it is called... of course.)
I don't imagine it would be a problem, but not asking would be a tad rude IMO.
