X23 stepped through the portal, and immediately sought her adoptive mother. "The men you wanted got away; or, at least one of them did. I took down about two mechs, one helicopter, and an entire platoon of men in powered armor. And this 'team' I was with seems to focus a lot more on their powers and not enough on any sort of actual combat training. I should never have agreed for the Southern girl to throw me into the church... Stealth would have been a much better option." she reported to Oracle.

"I did fine enough, but those 'teammates' of mine did almost nothing to help me," X23 said. "I'll probably stick to working alone if this is what I have to expect from others..."

Nightshade chimed in, tipping his hat toward Oracle, "Everyone's tired from the previous mission, you know. Anyway, let's get everyone else back here, shall we?"
Babs gave a curt nod, "That's true... I know that Abbot got away, what about Zorn, Parsons, and Castel?" Oracle tapped her comm, "Guys, I know both Abbot and Suppai got away, but what about Jim Zorn, Nikki Parsons, and the assassin Castel?"

X23 glared at Nightshade. "If they were tired from the previous mission they were on, they shouldn't have come. Looks like I'm the only person here that doesn't let fatigue get in the way of my combat effectiveness; When I was with HYDRA, they'd train me until I dropped from exhaustion-- every day of my entire life! If these 'teammates' of mine aren't up to scratch, then the next time we go out and they fail, I'm leaving them behind-- they aren't worth the time and effort of helping if they can't complete their own objectives!"
With that, X23 stormed off to find a room to reside in; she wanted to be alone for a while.

After Kon lead the way through the portal, he was sure to be clear of it for who ever was next before he turned around. At first his gaze was set on the portal, and what Oracle had last said placed a question in his mind- was there time to go back? He looked at Rogue, circling back to the last thing she had asked him-
"It's Conner."

[Enter Kurt, Scott, Professor, Castel, and Songbird to the Xavier institute]
Scott jumped through and quickly grabbed Castel walked out of the room. He stopped a moment and looked back at Songbird.
"Coming with me to take these two to some containment cells?"
He glanced at Songbird who held the Professor. He also noticed a shined golden belt on Songbird that looked much like what Red Cardinal was wearing. He paid no mind seeing as he held an assassin and really wanted to remove him from harms way... well, from harming them anyway.
Kurt hopped through quickly getting out of the way bamphing over towards Superboy and Rogue.
"Am I interrupting anything?"
He said with a smirk before looking around at the others.
"I'm exhausted... I don't know how many more missions I can handle after zhis-"
((Kurt threw Castel in earlier... I Would like to mention and Songbird should have RC's belt on her shoulders or possibly on her person so I would like to incoperate that since she stayed longer in new york and would have found RC's belt.))

Songbird nodded and followed Cyclops, "Sounds good to me, but these two need to be throughly searched while they're both unconscious."
With that, Nightshade tagged along, "Agreed. I'll check them out once we get to the cells. You two keep guard over me while I tend to that, alright?"

Rogue nodded, "Yeah, Ah'd haveta agree. Ah think we all need ta have a wee bit of a rest."
...........
Babs wheeled after X23, "Hey! .... Wait up! What's wrong?"

X23 didn't respond, at first. When they were far enough away, she looked to Babs.
"Mother, I... I just feel like... I don't know. I did about 95 percent of everything good that happened back there for our side, and the only excuse for them not doing anything is 'they were tired'. Well I lived my entire life being pushed to exhaustion and then some. I'm sure these guys haven't, but it just seems so pathetic that they do almost nothing to help me." she said.

"I think there was a lot more going on than any of us realize," Babs paused a moment before continuing, "I just found out from my computer link here that a mental scan swept the area of the battle. I think ... we may have bigger problems than what we first thought. I'm going to suggest everyone pull back ... For training in the X-Men Danger Room."
There was something else that Barbara wanted to say, but she wanted to hear how X23 responds before she continued.

Kesshou had been muttering something incoherently to herself for quite a few minutes. Once Kurt and the others came back she stopped and looked up.
"Hi Kurt. Hi Scott." Kurt and Scott we're her family and she always felt better when they were around. She watched as Scott fussed with the man he had picked up after returning.

A message comes trough with a portion of Information that was gathered from the hacking Geth had done at the batcave. The message was linked to the info that was now stored on the Batcave's computer with this message to Oracle-
"All of I.O. and Stonewalls information please look it over while Robin and I get some R and R before we go on anymore missions.~ Sincerely Red Cardinal"
